This is the first time Ive bought a car from a dealership and even though I was hesitant at first, it was a great experience. I was expecting to be talking to Montana transplants, but I used to work with the salesman Danny, so I know hes an all around good guy and hard worker. Then I found out that I went to high school in Cody with Bryan the manager. And then they even stored the car for me after the purchase until I could arrange to pick it up because I live 130 miles away. I am very happy with my purchase, and getting to catch up with old friends.
We were traveling through Wyoming all the way from Wisconsin and started having brake trouble after going through multiple mountain ranges. Don the service manager was awesome and looked at my GMC and got me in for service even though it was the same day I called and they were behind. Thank you so much Don and the rest of the service department that helped us out!!
James and the service department crew are the best! I stopped in while on a road trip with some car troubles and they were booked out until the next week. I planned to change my travel itinerary and wait all day in case they could squeeze me in. James was able to get a mechanic to look at my truck and give me some answers so much quicker than I anticipated. James is an amazing gentleman and great conversationalist. Bought a 2018 Buick Encore from Jeff back in February of this year. Jeff was great to work with. Problem this morning when the car had issues starting. Got it to start and went by the service department to get the battery checked out. They wouldn’t check it, told me to go to auto zone. Said it would be next week before they could fit me in. Long story short, the guys at O’Riley’s are awesome and checked out my battery and then replaced it in 15 minutes. How hard would that have been for the dealership to do the same thing?

Best car buying experience EVER! I had gone to the darkside and purchased an SUV from another automaker who will remain nameless and hated it. So I traded in a 6 month old car to get my 2021 Blazer. We brought a 2017 Traverse from them. we got an excellent deal on our vehicle. They answer any questions we had, if they didnt know the answer they search for it. they were very helpful plus showed us everything new on the vehicle. We were completely satisfied with it. Any questions we had after we got the car they answer to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to everyone.

My family all drove from Billings to test drive a 2020 Silverado 2500. They made transitioning from our Ford alot easier. My wife contacted this dealership In an attempt to schedule an oil change for my 2018 3500. They asked my wife for her information and stated they would have to call her back. A few days passed and no one returned her call. A couple of weeks went by and I called and attempted a second time to schedule some regular maintenance on my truck. I spoke with a receptionist and asked to speak with someone in the service department. She put me on hold and returned a short time later and informed me that they were busy. I totally understood and at her request left my name and number. She informed me they would call me back.This happened on 11/6/19. It’s currently 11/20/19 and I have came to the conclusion that they are not going to call me back. I buy a new truck about every 3 to 4 years. We live in a rural area about an hour away from Cody. Due to the lack of this dealership being able to return a simple phone call (twice) gives me a pretty good idea on how this business is ran. I will not be getting my oil changed or spending my hard earned money on a new vehicle here anytime soon.
Save your time and go to Fremont. The sales manager will play games with you all day if you let him. He will run your credit for cars in the showroom without even asking you first. Not to mention they only wanted to give us 1250 for our trade in and werent even willing to negotiate without a fight where Fremont didnt even hesitate to give us 3000, and we got a way nicer car and were in and out in just less than an hour.

While on vacation in Wyoming our vehicle started overheating. Denny Menholt Chevrolet was able to get the vehicle in on Monday to check it. Determined it to be the thermostat but wouldn’t have one in until Wednesday. They were able to give us a car to use until it was repaired. So THANKFUL that our vacation was not ruined as we were only in Wyoming for a week, and rental cars would be hard to find. Vehicle was done on Wednesday as promised and at a reasonable price. Hope to be back to Wyoming one day and would gladly use them again! Great customer service!

Very satisfied with the entire experience, Tyler Nelson was awesome. My only complaint would be that the online ad said the truck had a 39 gal fuel tank which it has a 20 gal tank. I would have bought the truck anyway but the bigger tank would have been nice.

BUYER BEWARE! The service department over charged me 140% on the part needed to repair the front hub of my truck. They had me over a barrel because it would have been dangerous to drive it out and we both knew it. I did not realize the price discrepancy until later when I had the means to research it out. Meanwhile as I waited for the truck repairs to be completed a very nice sales person tried to sell me a used truck I later found out was priced $8000 over what Kelly Blue Book said the expected dealer price should be. Their decision to gouge me by $300 has cost them any future business from me.

We have had our truck for less than 2 months and the transmission and bright lights dont work. somebody had to know this and should never left the lot this way.

I trusted that taking my truck to the dealership service department would be better quality experience than a small shop. I had a vibration and they sold me a $260 driveshaft hanger bearing replacement without even a test drive. This was less than 10k miles ago. Last night I heard a noise and checked. The replacement part they installed was the cheapest item they couldve used. I point this out because I only use premium parts. Also the bearing looks to have been installed with a hammer and is destroyed with even the grease sleeve hammered to garbage. I also like to add that after I got my truck back I spent $2k on Moog Premium steering components, Not with Denny though😡
I wanted to look at a few trucks older diesel trucks Jim kinkade was very helpful in doing so for being the new guy. Of course being the new guy he had to ask for help from a very rude guy that you would think thought he owned the world but in reality he didnt own squat. I get it Im a young gentleman he didnt think I could buy squat cause Im young when I could actually buy his new z71 4x4 I just choose to be careful with my finances. Neither here or there the rude a$$ ( trying to keep it pg for the ladies ) with white hair cost this dealership a deal. steer clear of this place unless dealing with service or Jim kinkade

My vehicle was involved in an accident caused by a service advisor here in October during an Oil Change on Beck and 16th. I still have no idea how this happened, it was parked in the parking lot and the oil wasnt changed during the time of the accident. The employee avoided my question of why he took the vehicle onto the street going South of 16th Street.Regardless, the service manager took care of me with a small SUV loaner but it obviously threw a wrench into me moving my house and traveling to another state. The service advisor meant well but he had no experience dealing with the situation he caused or warranty details on the body work. Communication was poor for the fact my car was damaged in their possession when I left with the rental. The ball was in the service dept. the whole time of this incident.Positives: Free loaner car, insurance covered their mistake, and they dropped 20 dollars off the service when I asked for a discount.Will take my vehicle to Chevy Bozeman next time, my trust is gone unfortunately.
I love my pickup and I had a very good experience obtaining it. They have been very helpful, especially Mike. He has had to explain the new gadgets to me several times but I have it now.
