Water hours of trying to get help with our Mercedes sprinter in Cody that would not go into gear we were hooked up with Eagle towing and Roman. This young man was so kind and professional and troubleshot what he could to make things work and then dealt with us and our dogs and hauled our RV to Billings Montana! He was the man and was professional and kind and we knew we were in good hands...our con fidence in his knowledge and what had to be done was what we needed for a stressful situation! We met the team at Eagle Recovery by accident, literally. We are on a business trip from Missouri to Montana and were driving through to overnight in Yellowstone. An elk decided to try and join us. On a road trip from Indiana, I got stranded outside of Yellowstone. The tow driver was great- calling ahead at a hotel that I stayed at for the night, made sure I had their information, and knew where to locate food/groceries while they worked on my car the next morning. The service was incredibly priced and fair. When needing to drop off my rental car, the staff followed me and gave me a ride back. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with great people! I would recommmend this service to anyone who needed work done on their vehicle or a tow when in a bad spot!

I would like to give employees, Ashley (front desk) and Dylan high praise for their assistance and expediency in which they assisted me on 7/28/20.My only complaints (which is why I’m only giving a 3 star review) was the two hours me ant the state trooper had to wait for the tow truck to arrive. We both felt this was much too long of a response time from Cody to my Incident (32 miles west of Cody)Then I was quoted three hours of labor for the tow response which I argued was unfair because it took the tow truck two hours to arrive and I was going to be charged for the time I had to wait. Fortunately the owner took an hour off the bill which was generous but it should have been an hour and a half removed from the bill. Since it was at most a 45 minute drive to the scene and 45 minute drive back to Cody and I assisted in the loading and tie down of my sons motorcycle.After the day we had, I was just appreciative of the hour removed and the ability to rent a U-Haul truck from Eagle Recovery.Thanks again to Ashly, Dylan, Roman (even if you took two hours to get to me, I still appreciated your kindness and professionalism) and to Mike (the owner) for doing the right thing and reducing my bill.Jeff EavensonSurprise, AZ

Like all towing companies it pricey. But they are worth it. I called a 5am I was 35 miles out of town. They had to call and wake the guy up he had to drive to there yard to get the truck then out to me . it took just over an hr and I was loaded up. Great job John. You are appreciated.

Excellent!! We were on our way to Yellowstone from the east coast and the transmission shifter cable clip broke. Luckily we found them. They had us back up and running in 5 minutes. They didnt even want anything for the repair. We insisted they take a cash tip. Great guys. Great place. Highly recommend!

We were on vacation from WI when our exhaust fell off in WY. We were able to wire it up but the issue caused a leak which luckily we were able to get fixed at Whitlock Motors. They recommended we stop at Eagle Recovery to see if they had time to fix our exhaust. They fit us in right away & fixed us up so we could continue with our trip within a couple hours! The receptionist & mechanics were very friendly and helpful. Also (as a side note) the lobby was decorated very nicely. Very grateful to the great service and fair pricing!

AWESOME! Cant say enough good words about this place. Had a vehicle that needed repod and Cody is very far compared to us in Sarasota, FL. They were able to get the vehicle fast and with no damage. We were traveling from GA on a two month trip in our Chinook RV. We thought, it being built on a Ford chassis, it would be easy to get repaired. But the local Ford dealer said they couldn’t work on it. We had a transmission fluid leak and couldn’t continue our trip until it was fixed. Mike and his team were crazy busy that week in July, but they gave us an appointment, a fair estimate and completed the work when they said it would be done. Our trip was saved!!! Eagle Recovery has worked on all of our vehicles and motorcycles. Weve had everything from a lift on our Suburban to exhaust on a Bronco II. From basic maintenance, to upgrades they are always professional and knowledgeable. The work is done in a timely manner, and their rates are always reasonable. Quick, professional, and extremely helpful! We had to call Eagle Recovery when we were stranded on a back country road early in the morning. Their staff answered the phone promptly, were gracious enough to take multiple phone calls from both us and our insurance company, and they made sure we were well taken care of getting back to town. Very reasonable rates and a pleasure to work with!

Cody was the operator that we worked with, he got to us quickly, assessed the situation, got the truck loaded up onto the flat bed and got us to the mechanic shop safely and sufficiently. He got the truck unloaded and placed where it needed to be and was very friendly and great to work with, especially considering the circumstances! We will definitely be using Eagle Recovery again if the time occurs and would recommend them to anyone looking for a tow!

While up in the mountains, on a Friday afternoon, the radiator on our truck busted. We called Eagle Recovery 24 Hour Towing and they sent a truck up to get us right away!I called several mechanic shops in town to have the radiator fixed. Unfortunately for us, no one would be able to get the part in until later the next week. Eagle Recovery ordered the part and had the truck ready to go by Sunday afternoon! They were amazing! And they didnt charge anymore than the other shops would have if wed waited for the part to come in. They took great care of us and the truck runs perfect. Im hoping not to have many more accidents like this, but if we do we wont call anyone but Eagle Recovery!!

A great experience! Alex picked us at the Yellowstone east entrance and called ahead to Mike to talk with him about repairs we needed. Mike in turn spoke directly with me and addressed my concerns. The entire team went above and beyond my expectations. Even though I was from out-of-state, Eagle choose a technique that saved us a lot of time and salvaged our vacation. Everyone else in Cody was saying a couple of weeks and Mike and his team completed in a couple of days. Pricing was very fair and was same as quote.

Took my car in this winter to get my heater looked at this last winter, Ashli was very friendly and answered all my questions. They got my heater fixed quickly for a reasonable price.

Toured the Tetons and Yellowstone National Park and descended into Cody, Wyoming. Was pulling into the parking lot with loaded pickup bed camper to watch the Buffalo Bill Wild West shootout at the Irma Hotel when I heard a loud bang as I parked. Watched the show and got in to leave. My dodge 3500 dually would turn left but not right. Climbed under the truck. The steering linkage looked good so I suspected my gearbox went out. I also heard air leaking from a tire. Found a bolt had gone through the front drivers tire. My wife called Eagle Recovery and Repair. I told them I thought it was my gearbox and the owner said he should have one. It was after 8pm so my wife and I camped in the Bank of the West parking lot. Actually it couldn’t have worked out better considering where we had been. I’m thankful it didn’t happen on the 10% grade dropping into Jackson Hole or the many other grades we had descended between Oregon and Wyoming.Alex the tow truck driver arrived on time at 8am. Loaded and off to the shop 2 miles away.Dropped off the truck. Talked to Mike the owner about a heavy duty gearbox I researched the night before. He said he knew all about it and that would be the only way to go. Mike said they could take care of the tire too. Didn’t have an estimated cost but said it should be done by around 3pm.Visited the Buffalo Bill museum as we planned to do it anyhow. Didn’t bother calling til 3pm when I had not heard anything yet. Started wondering if we’d be stuck another night in Cody. Our next camp was in W. Yellowstone and we planned to take the Beartooth Hwy into NE Yellowstone entrance. Went to the shop and found they were just pulling in with my truck after the test drive. It was ready to go. My dad was thrilled and as a veteran Mike gave him an extra 10% off for his service. It ended up being really fare.Eagle Recovering and Repair saved our vacation. They got us to their shop, ordered the parts, repaired on time and at a cost that was worth every penny. After a person backed into my bike at the east gate at Yellowstone N. P., breaking my front brake rotor, Eagle Recovery was called to tow it to Cody. Brian showed up with a trailer and told me that the Harley dealer in Cody didnt do repairs. He took me to Cody Custom Cycle but it was late, getting dark and I didnt want to leave it outside all night. He took me to a motel then took the bike to their shop for the night. He picked me up the next morning and took me to drop off the bike. Then he dropped me back at the motel. Cant ask for more accommodation than that. I greatly appreciate the service and attitude of Brian. He took a lot of the sting out of a bad situation.

After a devastating accident driving in Yellowstone, Eagle Recovery was not only the cheapest option for towing but they also were able to get my car damages assessed, parts ordered and got me back on the road in less than 3 days. I knew what the cost would be roughly for parts and I had an idea in mind of what the average shop would charge and yet it was less than I ever could have anticipated. One of the only shops Id ever recommend, especially if your traveling across the country and have an accident. Be advised towing charges from Yellowstone to Cody WY are not cheap!

I was in a bind with low tire pressure and Alex helped me out even though he was here for a different customer!

I have been a AAA member for longer than this company has been in business. I have never been denied a tow by a AAA provider until attempting to do business here. Upon learning where we were having our car towed they denied picking us up. We were left stranded in between Meeteetse and Thermopolis Wyoming in a desolate area with very little cell phone service. Having travelled through Wyoming multiple times in the fall we were very lucky that the weather was decent otherwise we could have been in serious danger all due to this companys choice not to go to their shop where they would make more money off of the repair. Upon being picked up 2 hours later by Western Collision out of Powell, who was wonderful and more than helpful and towed us to where we wished to go, we learned that this company has a habit of refusing tows to other repair shops. This is in violation of Eagles provider contract with AAA and a complaint has been filed with AAA as well.

This is the only towing company to use (if you have to) in Cody WY. I crashed in Yellowstone Park disabling both my motorhome and the car I was towing. The car was essentially totaled. The motorhome bashed up. Waiting for my insurance company to send an adjustor a nightmare. BUT, the people at Eagle Recovery made sure my immediate needs were being met. All of the drivers went out of their way to help despite their busy and strenuous schedules.The loved it comment with the 5 stars is not mine. No one can love their vacation plans suddenly terminated, being on their own in a strange environment with difficult decisions to be made. Eagle Recovery came to my rescue in more ways than one!!

My friend and I stick on Chief Joseph Hwy, Cody, WY because we went off road by 2 WD and the soil too soft, that it is my bad.at 1st time, they sent 4 WD to help us but 4 WD stick on that same way,so finally they sent 6 WD to help us with their boos, the 6 WD is so power, it can help all of usThanks,

Keep this company phone number in the phone. Never know when you need them. There hasnt been a place too out of the way. Been in the middle of nowhere in the Rocky mountains and they pulled my truck out more than a few times.

Outrageously over-priced tow for our semi tractor and trailer. Trucking companies, think twice before using this service.
