Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Impossible to put into words how helpful, patient and kind she was with me. This was my first (and hopefully, only) time buying a mobility vehicle. She helped guide me to something that will fit my moms current needs that was well within my price range. She took a lot of time to make sure I was comfortable with operation of the equipment when I picked up the vehicle. She did volunteer to bring it to me but I felt like I had already taken up way too much of her time. Highly recommend Stephanie @Mike Erdman Mobility if you find yourself in need of a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

I just have to share how amazing Stephanie is! She assisted me when I had no transportation to a medical procedure. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She in no way had to come and get me but she took time out of her day to assist me! She will stand with and support her customers no matter what. My husband is a Viet Nam Veteran and I am also disabled. We have purchased handicap vans from Stephanie for the last 17 years. She is not only a terrific sales rep., but the after care is beyond compare! Whenever we have had a problem we can always count on Stephanie to be right there to help! We have followed Stephanie to several dealers and will continue to do so. She handles everything with the V.A. which is wonderful for us. We are extremely satisfied with everything Stephanie says and does, she is on the side of the Disabled for anything that is needed to help with transportation. After all these years we consider Stephanie a great friend!

I bought a Bruno lift for my scooter from Stephanie less than a year ago and she told me it was a new one ( it was in the showroom) and came with a warranty. My motor has stopped working and when I took it to the dealership I was told it was sold as a used unit with no warrenty! It will cost me $800 plus labor to replace the motor!! Buyer beware of Mike Erdman mobility and Stephanie.... She is not an honest person especially to people with disabilities!!
