These guys are great, i bought a car from them a few years ago and it did give me trouble just after i bought it, they took it in and fixed the problems, after a couple years i traded it in here for a truck and have had no problem at all and i have had the truck for about 1 1/2 years now. they always seem happy to see me when i walk in to make my payment. it might be cause i am giving them money but anyway they are happy. lol

If it was up to me these guys don’t get a star. They provide false advertising. When you go to their website it mention certain amount for a car that includes Tag, tax, title. When your ready and have the money. And when you go in. What they want according to their website. They tell you that’s not the real down payment. The real down payment is two thousand dollars more plus if you don’t have a tag to transfer they charge additional 300.00 for a tag. Plus they never tell how much they are really selling the vehicle for. I highly recommended to stay away from these guys!!

Robert was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We test drove a couple of trucks, and talked financing. No purchase yet, but they are definitely on our short list of low credit options.

No prices listed on their cars and when you ask you realize why. They are extremely overpriced! They were easily $4k over blue book on the car I was interested in. Theirs was the 4th one I had test driven that day so I know what they are going for. Not to mention all the research I had done. Dont get taken advantage of by this place.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. After spending my morning at the Kia dealership and not being able to work out a deal that fit me financially, one of the sales guys actually recommended me to this place. I was nervous because it’s a buy here pay here and you never know what you’re going to get but after my experience today I couldn’t be more happy! Firstly when I arrived I was greeted by Junior who was extremely down to earth and honest on what he could do with the down payment I had. I walked in with 3000 down not knowing if I was going to find something to fit my budget of keeping my payments low. He didn’t pressure me and let me walk around the lot and told me to come back in and grab him if I found something I liked. I had a few options and he came outside and took the time to go over each option with me. They have some really nice newer cars on the lot with low mileage but I had my eye on a 2013 Honda Accord as I know they’re reliable cars and this one was pretty immaculate. I asked if I could test drive the car and he handed over the keys and let me take it. The car ride was extremely smooth and I loved but it but as a single mom I decided to ask if I could take it down to a mechanic and have it looked at. Junior had no problem with that so I took it down the street and paid to have it looked over and even the mechanic said I was getting an amazing deal and that the car was in mint condition. Junior worked with me on my down payment to make sure I left with nothing owed and even sat through the process of trying to help me with insurance talking to his rep to see if he could find me lower rates. Junior was very upfront and honest and made it a very pleasurable experience. I made a friend hanging out with him and he really gained my trust. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and it was greatly appreciated. All I can advise to anyone reading this is to have fair expectations. This is a used lot. Even with me having my car checked out at the mechanic I was prepared to hear that maybe down the road I would need to replace something (it’s a used car) but in my case thankfully everything checking out but even if it wouldn’t have and something were to happen a month down the road that was reasonable I wouldn’t be trashing these guys on reviews. They are family operated and amazingly nice people! I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

BEWARE!when i boutht the car they said it had a new motor.so i done took the car in 4 timessince i got it july 6th!1st time was for the ac line2nd time was for a transmission leak and they plugged it3rd time is because my friend who did my oil change said hey ur engine mount is all messed up when u switch gears the whole thing jumps around. so i took itnto em and they fixed it.4th time now its the motor! they saying i blow the motor.and its not under warranty and i gotta pay 1700$ for my half! SO I GAVE THEM BACK THERE CRAPPYCAR AND NOW THIS IS ON MY CREDIT! 2003 buick lesabre for 7000$ 😭

Gotten 2 cars from them and dont know what I was thinking when I got the second. They wont fix things clearly in the warranty. Theyll tell you its fixed or was something else when it really wasnt or they did absolutely nothing. They are very CHEAP and do NOT recommend at all.

We got a 2007 Ford Escape and my wife was making payments including a $500 down payment but they wanted my wifes tax return which went towards her student loan. They have repossessed her car twice including today when my wife tested positive for Covid-19 and shes a healthcare worker. The people at Automaster are rude and do not communicate. Theyre not listed with the BBB but we will report them. Everyone needs to be aware that Automaster Cocoa dealership is crooked, shady, and a bunch of cowards. STAY AWAY!!!

Worse place ever. Sold me a piece of junk. My truck was in and out of their shop l. I had it 5 weeks longest shop stay 2 weeks 1 day and every time id get it back the same issue and more. They con people out of their money. The last time in the shop was 2 weeks one day and they didnt do any work until the last 2 days they threw it together the shop manager didnt even know my truck was sitting back there she had to look for my work order! I lost so much money with these people paying a rental for 2 weeks and a down payment!

Agreed to buy a car at about 26% APR after being told I can refinance after a year of payment because Automaster told me they report to credit agencies monthly. After a year of on time payments I go to refinance and not a single payment shows up on my credit. LIARS. I returned the car because they didnt keep their word and Entrapped me with a high interest loan. They then decided to report that i stopped making payments. Dishonest company! Wont be coming back.

Dealership sells Lemons at new or decent used car prices,. Vehicles not serviced or clean. Service dept put used parts at new parts n service prices. Fake staff who like to get a sell commission. People please take your vehicles to a reputure mechanic n hv your auto checks out for potential unmaintenced repairs. My vehicle had roaches n the last driver nasty trash still in it. I returned mine n they tried keeping my money. Two failed transmission in 6 months. Service dept techs not certified or skilled.

These people sold me and my wife and lemon 2014 Ford focus when we informed them they said use the warranty we said there is no fix for this issue it and it has been to for 5 times before we got it and we had it in the Ford dealer 3 times in the to weeks we had this car they would not give us our money back they said if we would pay more money down for another car they would trade us out well no we went to drivetime and bought an awesome car for less with an extended warranty and so know dont use this car lot they charge more than what should be charged it might be easy to by here but be ware your just a number to them

I paid on a three year loan faithfully for over 4 years (with interest) with Auto Masters, I paid the car off in June 2016 and they never reported it. I called and asked them if they would report it, they said they would submit my pay off by the end of the month, again nothing. I called them a 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th time and I got a laundry list of excuses yet STILL no report. They only report when you do not pay. They will not let you talk to management and the managers dont even give you a call back. I dealt with 4.5 years of HELL to pay 14,000 for a 7,000 car because I was in need of a car and credit and they promised me, I even have signed paperwork stating they would report my pay off to the credit bureau, yet here we are January 2017 still no report and when I called complaining about it the lady on the phone actually had the nerve to try to talk me into buying another car, I could not believe it.. I went to report it to the BBB and SURPRISE.. they are not even registered with them. If you just need a cheap car and dont care about how long it lasts or how much you pay here is the place to go, otherwise STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Rhajal and Carrie are the WORST out of the whole bunch they will lie, cheat, and steal to get whatever they want.

DONT BUY HERE!Went here looking at a Jeep, explained to them that I live in a remote area, that this would be my only vehicle, that it would be taken off road on a daily basis, and it was vital that it be dependable.Took it for a test drive and the low coolant light came on. Brought it to their attention, and they topped it off and promised to take care of it if it leaked.I bought a car from them many years ago and had a great experience, so I trusted that they would do what they said. Now I know that it is no longer run by the same people.2 days later my blinkers and brake lights started to go out one by one. It rained, and water leaked inside, it started idling wrong, and randomly jerking like a bucking bronco.On day three the low coolant light came back on. I have since bought stock in the antifreeze industry.A week later I got an appointment (Their repair shop is very busy). They fixed the leak, and the idle, and they replaced the light bulbs that werent working.Three days later my lights started to go out again. I took the lights one by one, and found that one of the sockets was broken. I glued it back together and put it back in (temporary fix), and the lights started working again.Then the brakes started grinding and leaking brake fluid. Took it apart, and both of the rear calipers were completely shot, there were no pads left, and one of the rotors was MAYBE 1/8 thick.My son fixed the brakes because it was cheaper than what it wouldve been to have them repair it under their warranty; which covers 50% of parts and 50%of labor, both of which they jack up so it ends up costing you more than it would to pay full price somewhere else.It was still jerking and bucking, every time you made a sharp turn. It became apparent there was a steering problem.Once the 100 coats of Armor All wore off, the dry rot on the two right side tires became visible. One of which started leaking air through the sidewall.1 1/2 weeks later i dropped it off, they called a couple of hours later saying it was ready. They said they did a pressure test and it wasnt leaking antifreeze, the light socket wasnt broken, and there was no jerking.They said the steering problem was probably because of the tires. They couldnt help me with the tires, but they recommended I replace all 4. I asked them to put the spare on in place of the one that was leaking, and they refused, saying it wouldnt do any good.I picked up the Jeep, drove 2-3 blocks down the street to the gas station, got out, and there was antifreeze leaking out on the ground.I brought it back and showed them it was leaking, and they popped the hood and saw that the hose was leaking. They tightened the clamps on it, sent me on my way and told me to keep an eye on the hose.The vehicle was in unsafe condition from day one with the blinkers and brake lights not working, the non existent brakes, and the inability to make a sharp turn.Theyve repaird it twice, and it still has most of the same problems it had to begin with. Ive owned it for 6 weeks and had to replace the brakes and all 4 tires and still have to make wide turns like its a semi.High pressure sales, dishonesty, unsafe vehicles, an all around unethical business!

Dont do it! seriously they are CROOKS! liars! they have such a high turnover on their shop crew. bought a car in feb. of this year was promised to have the problem in engine fixed was given the runaround for months finally got it fixed by their new shop crew and then they want to stick me with charges. ummm no u promised to fix this no charge to me and now its a diff story. Simon is the finance manager so disrespectful so nasty crumpled up the page which by the way i gave no authority to go ahead and bill me for work done, threw it over his shoulder and said there resolved. ok. few days after im getting messages from secretary who is also a lying good for nothing crook, demanding repair charges. by this time my check for monthly bi-weekly payments is in the mail after telling her that it would be a week prior, three days after i mailed it car was taken from my home. repossed. now they claim i was late on payment because they did not receive check, still being in the middle of the month claiming default. they are vindictive, disgusting people with no moral, ethics or principles!!! dont believe anything they say. wanted to charge me 968 to get the car back....ummmm NO you can keep your leaking piece of garbage car i will not be giving them another penny!. thanks
