Ive got a 04 jeep from them and anytime theres been a problem they told me to bring it in. There was even a time the jeep broke down and they towed it to there shop for free and fixed everything. They have always worked with me if I got behind on payments. Over all great place! I couldnt of been more pleased with a buy here pay here! BEWARE! Owner (Chris Mahnke) is a crook. Purchased (item purchased under EON Auto) from me and used the fineprints to manipulate and steal from me. Took my item AND the refunded money. Has promised to return the item back but lied. Even sent return shipping label. Messaged him multiple times after with NO response; only responded to this review. Unethical.

Got a car from them. Absolutely love it. After a few days had a check engine light come on. They were more than happy to figure out the problem and fix it. Vehicles here are of great quality. Work is done by a great crew. The sales rep is very knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend!

Trash. Got a car and it only lasted 7weeks. Had problems within 30 mins of leaving the lot. They wouldnt fix anything. My niece had the same issue with 2 cars from there. Dont recommend this place at all

I generally buy a used vehicle from the used car lot of a new car dealer, this was the very first time Ive purchased from a used car lot. These guys are a step above most new car dealers Ive encountered, and are not the stereotypical shyster used car lot - even though the lot itself is in a field by several broken down mobile homes!I was very impressed with my experience here - they gave me the keys and told me to go drive the vehicle of interest (Jeep) as long as I wanted. Told me about a couple of minor issues with the vehicle, as well as work theyd had done on it and what history they knew from the previous owner. They werent just low pressure, but more like NO pressure.Heres where it gets even better. I got home with my new Jeep, and the next day I discovered a chunk missing out of one of the rims - nobody had seen it at EON and I hadnt noticed it either. I gave them a call and explained the situation, and it was no problem at all - they found and paid for a very nice replacement rim. This was despite the fact that Id signed a purchase contract stating As-is, no warranty. They treated me right, and I wont forget that!

Apparently this place must have alot of friends and family or these people have the wrong car dealership. This place is an absolute joke. I drove from winter haven Florida all the way here to get a minivan that they said was good to go only needed a cleaning. Which who minds cleaning for a great deal. Drove two hours to get there and when I opened the door ROACHES went running around in the car. I started to walk away and they came walking over. I asked why they didnt say this to me before making me drive two hours and they said it just needs to be cleaned.... No it needs an exterminator!!

We were making payments on our Ford explorer and then my husband lost his job. Eon worked with us and they were amazing in every way. They were understanding and very family oriented. We will be back for another vehicle in the future.

My aunt wanted to buy me a car because my other half and I shared 1 vehicle with us both in college and working full time and it was really hard to manage. We went here after reading the ratings and let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed. Jeremy was honest and up front with us, didnt try to sell us something that he knew we couldnt afford, which I really appreciated. I bought a Honda out right because the price was just right. While it may not be a perfect car, its perfect for my situation and he worked with us past closing time.
