I have worked in the car business before, I am more than patient, I am a very reasonable and understanding person BUT I find it So hard to believe an oil change takes three hours to Complete!! I made an appointment(10:20am), I showed up on time, Yet I am still here(1:25pm) at 2 1/2hrs in I was told by Santiago (service advisor) that they couldn’t find the Oil and filter and they are working on the car now. I mean let’s get real here, the plants in the waiting room have grown faster then they work. 2:00pm finally done. I don’t cry about places or slam places on a regular, but this is factual and completely ridiculous for such a large dealership. I’ve seen 10 people come and go for way more intense services then an oil change get with it please.

Everyone was a pleasure to deal with from AJ our salesman, to Troy and Larry the sales Managers. They took all the time we needed to find the right car for us. This was especially appreciated in today’s low inventory environment. Where other dealers take advantage of low supply and high demand, Mile Erdman Toyota did not.
This was my first time purchasing a car, even going into a dealership by myself. I was welcomed and I felt as if I had nothing to worry about. My whole car buying experience was made possible by Darlenis. From the moment we met, I knew that she was going to help me get the car I wanted... and she did. Well my girlfriend and I went in about a month ago to look at highlanders. We decided the limited xp that we test drove was a little more than she wanted to pay. So over the next couple weeks the sales lady kept reaching out. “Hey we have this coming etc etc etc” and then specifically said come in we are working deals and want to make you a deal. Well we finally decided to come back and possibly just put a deposit on a car they had coming in. They ended up having the same model different color that we liked more already there. We were warned that there was another couple interested and on the way but the salesman said every car is first come first serve and y’all are here first so if you want it, it’s yours. We did a quick test drive and my girlfriend said she wanted it so she filled out the credit app. We sat down and they brought out numbers and there was no deals what so ever like they claimed to get us to come in. They wanted more for this lesser model than we looked at a month ago. But we tried to negotiate one time and the sale manager came back and said bad news car just sold. Will Becker didn’t even apologize for the car being sold out from under us to someone that showed up after us. Didn’t offer a discount on an in coming vehicle or anything just said hey we have another coming if you want to put down a deposit. Safe to say we said no because will Becker made us feel like we didn’t matter as a customer and walked out.
We purchased a used Toyota yesterday and had an excellent experience. Our salesman was polite and professional. He wasnt pushy and gave us time to discuss our purchase. I highly recommend our salesman, Charles Lobosco. He was wonderful to work with.

My first visit was today for a 7:00 am oil change. They took me in at exactly 7:00 no waiting around. Service department was nice to work with and no pressure tactics like Clement or Toyota of Orlando. The truck was finished exactly the time they quoted. Good job Juan N. They get right to the point and did not have any pesky sales people trying to steal/offer bottom dollar for your car or truck.I moved from Apopka to Titusville and this was a nice change going to a new dealer for a factory contract oil change.
Great place to go if you want your elderly family taken advantage of! Nothing like lying straight to Grandmas face about way over charging for a repair to scare her into a new car. Then too tell her its Fully Loaded and its as base as a base model can get and charge her six thousand dollars over MSRP. What a nice place. The only thing this dealership is full of is lies and deceit.
I have been taking my truck to Mike Erdman Toyota to be service for almost 3 years now. Obviously you can go to a lot of other places to get service done for much cheaper but the customer service was great so I continue to come back. That is until today. I have gotten loaner vehicles multiple times in the past even when coming in for just an oil change. I have a business so I would have the need to leave and go do appointments while my truck was being serviced. That was never a problem before. Today was my first time working with Taylor. When I told him I wasn’t going to be doing the full service, just an oil change, he told me I could no longer use a loaner. He told me I was going to have to wait but I was supposed to be at my son‘s daycare to pick him up so I couldn’t wait. He told me I was just going to have to come back then. I talked to a service manager about the situation and the service manager told me it should have been no problem to get a loaner. I then asked why it was such a problem for Taylor and his response was that it shouldn’t have been. Don’t forget that your business is only as good as your customer service if you lose your customer service just because you are growing then expect to lose customers Who were only coming for that great customer service.
We bought a van this week and had the most amazing customer service all-around! With our old van, Carlos has always been top-notch in service. Then Lucas was hands-down the best salesman weve ever dealt with. He looked at our history and knew immediately the perfect van for us. We only looked at ONE! Dave in finance and Jimmie were both fantastic too. The whole process with efficient and pleasant which is not always the case with car purchasing.
Buying my truck was great but subsequent services are a joke. 2 hours for a simple oil change service multiple time is getting old. As much as I love my truck I don’t know that I will use Erdman again.

Sunday I took my car to Mike Erdman for servicing. When I left, I was leaving with a new automobile! This wasnt the original plan, but, Im glad things worked out that way. Melinda Pearce helped me with the purchase.Melinda did not put any pressure on me at all; instead, she answered all my questions, she showed me how the fancy gadgets on the new car work, and she showed great patience in dealing with this customer.This is the second car Ive purchased from Mike Erdman Toyota. I especially like that the service representatives, the sales people, and management are all courteous, informative, and do not pressure the customer.What I especially appreciate about Melinda, is that she was absolutely low-key, and treated me like a friend. I was working on a sewing project when she approached me, and she honestly only wanted to ask me about the project. I started the conversation about the new car! Maybe this sounds a bit unusual, but I actually had been talking with the Lord Jesus about not being pressured by a car salesperson. Melinda is an answer to prayer! No pressure, knowledgeable, and ready to go the extra mile in courtesy!
I just bought a 2021 Tacoma SR5. I am pleased with the purchase. Only issue to be resolved is, I have no keys for my cooler or storage box. My review wouldve been five stars. Melinda Pearce in sales was accommodating as I shopped. Melinda reached out to other departments, to resolve the issue with the keys. I will see how professional the other team members are.**Update 8/5/21**Keys found. My apologies to this dealership. They were at the bottom of the center console. I had been searching every compartment, found them by accident. 100% square deal at Mike Erdman. 5 stars review.

After searching for a new Highlander, I found one “in transit” to Mike Erdman. Prior to its delivery, I spoke with a few employees, but ultimately dealt with Sales Manager Larry Lybarger. Larry and I went over price, including dealer add-ons, my trade in value, financing (which included me dealing with their financing hotline), and ultimately came to a deal for me to purchase the car. Larry even promised to video the delivery and send it to me via text (scheduled for August 30). Well August 30 came and went with no car. For the next several days, Larry assured me it would arrive “today.” Finally on September 7, Larry told me that the car arrived damaged and offered to sell me another car. I considered it, until I discovered Larry lied to me for several days, presumably as he looked for another car to save face. The truth was they sold the car to someone else on September 4. So if you want tactics, deception, and misinformation in your next car buying experience, I got your guy and your dealership. If you’re like me and want transparency and communication, I suggest avoid Mike Erdman Toyota.

The nicest dealership around. The service department is by far the best!!!! I am still in awe. Super fast. I dropped off my car, got a loaner car because they didnt have the part, and help transferring things over from car to car, all in 30 min! (Mind you without an appointment!) A day later, car was done! Came to pick it up and within 10 min I was done! Car got best service, I had 3 different employees ask if I needed help, and this is above an beyond place of business! I will never take my car anywhere else! I will never buy a car from anywhere else. (On our 3rd vehicle with them)
I was looking for a small SUV for my wife. The Mike Erdman sales associate, Dennis Viner, took really good care of us during multiple visits as we compared different makes and models in the local area. Sales, management, and finance personnel were very pleasant during the purchase process. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased there and plan to return again.
Buyer beware: I made an appt with the online sales on 9/20/21 (Mon) for 9/21 for a specific truck. When I arrived I was handed off to another sales rep and we went to the lot - classic bait and switch as i was told that it sold over the weekend. I looked at a few used trucks that meet my criteria. High pressure sales tried to sell those at their retail value (2k to 4k above online price on their website). Hello I was talking initially to online sales so you should realize I was On your website. Note that the online price would have been a fair retail valueWhere the retail price they posted is highOn Kelley Blue Book. At this point I figured I would see what else theyre going to try to pullSo I went through the buying process just enough to see what the price would be - they charge you an extra $5,000 on top of the high retail price. Understand the 2KTaxes, $400 for title the $899 dealer fee.

Very happy with my experience at the parts counter. Particularly a woman named Danni/Danny. She was very pleasant on the phone and said that all parts were in stock and I could come pick them up… We had a miscommunication and found out that one of the parts was not in stock and had to be ordered. I had traveled 45 minutes to get to Mike Erdman Toyota, and was a little disappointed… I asked if there was anyway they could ship the parts to my house. She said that’s normally not done, but she would check to see if someone who worked there lived in an area near me. Long story short, someone physically brought the parts directly to me at my place of work! These guys went above and beyond, and I really appreciate it. Thank you guys!
I have a 2018 RAV4 which is a Company Car lease through Element Fleet that comes with a company issued maintenance card which is used for payment. I called Mike Erdmans service department this morning to setup a time for the routine 5000 mile maintenance to be performed. I explained over the phone that this was a Company Car lease through Element Fleet that has a maintenance card attached to it that will be used for payment. The individual asked me for some information that she used to setup an account with Mike Erdman Toyota, Company name, vehicle Vin#, phone number etc. She assured me this wouldnt be a problem and that they had plenty of openings today to perform the 5000 mile routine maintenance. She asked that when I arrive to speak with Jimmy in the service department which is what I did. I explained everything to Jimmy and handed him the maintenance card. He asked me if Id be hanging around while the maintenance was performed which I did. After sitting in the waiting room for about half an hour, I get a call from Jimmy telling me they werent going to be able to do the maintenance because when they called it in via the maintenance card to setup the account through Element Fleet, they were told it could take up to 30 days before they would receive payment. Jimmy went onto say that its the end of the month and his boss didnt want to potentially have to wait that long to get paid. Were not talking about a huge sum of money here. So now Im on my way home going down Rt. 95 and the hood starts to bounce, I pull over to find that the hood wasnt entirely secured, they evidently started the maintenance but were told to stop and never secured the hood entirely, unbelievable! On a visit to Corpus Christi this past Thanksgiving, the vehicle was due for maintenance when we arrived. Toyota of Corpus Christi was slammed this particular day but told me they would take care of it...same scenario, end of the month with Element Fleet having to setup a new account through the Corpus location, they didnt hesitate to accommodate us. Also, weve purchased two new vehicles through Mike Erdman Toyota along with recommending them to family and friends. Extremely disappointed, never again!!
Was quoted price of $16.2 k on 2021 Corolla SE plus $800 dealer fee, $399 pinstripe fee, plus tax if I financed with SE Toyota finance @ 5.9 percent for 72 months. With $5900 down, which would have resulted in $211 payment. Discussed details with Jay before coming im and told should work. Came in and was told cannot put any money down?! And payment would run around $360 on 19k 75 month loan with 840 credit score?! Seriously??? That is effectively in excess of 10 percent interest. Save yourself. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Is there 0 stars?
Mike Erdman Toyota took great care of my 2005 Toyota Tacoma! I was having an issue with my brakes and bearings. They diagnosed the problem, kept me up to date on the issue and the corrective actions, and had me out the door in short order. My Tacoma rides like its brand new! It was a little pricey, but I know I wont have issues with my brakes or bearings for many years to come. Thanks for a job well done!

The nicest car dealership I’ve been to, the interiors are sleek, stylish, and work centers allows me to quickly set up to work remotely while waiting on my car to be serviced. Speaking of, personally I’ve had great experience with the service department. When I first moved down to Florida I had an ancient Camry that was having all sorts of problems, now I’m sitting at 200k miles and the car has never run better.This is how you build brand loyalty; when I retire my ancient Camry, there’s no way I’m replacing it with anything other than another Toyota from here.PS. Before the pandemic this place had the BEST (free) coffee ever. Looking forward to it once again when things return to normal.

Id leave negative five stars if it was an option. Ive been a Toyota customer for 14 years. Mike Erdman Toyota has literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped my truck off yesterday at noon for a scheduled appointment to do an air bag recall and a diagnostic test for a brake issue. I was told the 30 minute diagnostic test would be $69 and theyd run that before doing the airbag recall and that would take a couple hours. I got a call from Sal Torres in service at 2:45pm saying my truck wouldnt be ready and offering me a loaner vehicle. I asked what time they close (at 4pm) to understand how that early in the day they knew my truck wouldnt be ready for something that should only take about 3hrs. Sal said the diagnostic test was taking longer than expected but my air bag was done. Through me off because I was told it takes 30min and would be done first. Then I received another phone call from Saul saying they hadnt done the diagnostic test yet, and then went on to say a problem with my leaf springs. Of course I questioned how hes calling me to tell me about issues being found but the test hadnt been run yet. To which he changed his story again and said it was just taking longer than usual. By that point I was over the inconsistency in what he said. 9 phone calls from Saul and several lies later I demanded the test be free for the inconvenience to which he agreed. Cut to today when my sister and friend went to pick the truck up I get a phone call saying theyre charging $84.00 🤯 My friend put me on the phone with Saul and he immediately started lying and saying he never said itd be free. He wouldnt answer me when I asked how the price jumped from $69, to free, to $84.I demanded to speak to the manager, mind you he wouldnt let me talk to the manager yesterday. Saul told me the manager said theres nothing to talk about. I said I believe there is and to put him on the phone immediately. Queue Jay Piter the manager who got on the phone without introducing himself, was totally uninterested, and totally aloof. I informed him his employee is not only incompetent but a blatant liar. He said hed drop it back down to $69, I asked again how it jumped to $84. $73.89 later I wont ever be going back there EVER again and when I get another Tundra it will be from Melbourne or Orlando.

My wife and went to see Venza XLE in white as that was the car she wanted. Test drove car, then went over number with sales associate. When we had everything we decided to get some lunch and think things over. While at lunch with kids we decided to move forward with purchase so called sales associate. Now the people at the dealer were well aware we where already pre-approved and basically this would be like a cash transaction. All we needed was bill of sale for our bank to cut check. With it being Sunday we would could only get check Monday and considering they still needed to tint windows, I figured. No big deal.. man was I wrong. Because the floor manager was trying to capture numbers for the end of week he basically was forcing us to write contract and have his banks run our credit to secure car. I couldn’t understand why considering we had gone over bank options and none could match our terms. After questioning why, I was told it was because store manager wanted to close out week with good numbers. This was unacceptable and shook hands with sales associate and left.The next morning I received a text from sales associate that car was still available and getting a bill of sale for my bank would be provided. By then the experience was so bad I declined.The good thing is that I found same care and options at another dealer for a little over $1000.00 less with lifetime warranty.My suggestion to sales associate who helped, find another dealer that respect you and knows the meaning of customer service. A place were a manager doesn’t screw with your commission.For those of you who plan to purchase a car.. go somewhere else.. not worth it. Plus they don’t offer lifetime warranty like many Orlando area Toyota dealers and I’m confident you will find a better deal elsewhere.

Needless to say I bought a Corolla. Great price for my trade even with a repair needed. Great price for the Corolla. My Salesman Speer was super kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I did notice how the young Sales people let the more experienced Sales people take the lead. Such respect! Also they all speak to you say Hello, hold doors. I brought my Avalon in for a 40k service, I had purchased from Toyota the Toyota Care Plus which pays for this service. First of all my service tech tried to sell me some unneeded fuel treatment at an absorbent price, then he told me I did not have this coverage and had to pay $235, it was a Sunday so this could not be verified. Monday morning I called my old Toyota dealer in Kentucky, within seconds he verified I had the coverage. Monday morning I call M E Toyota and asked for the service manager, he was not able to handle this and transferred me to my service tech voicemail. Three days later he called and confirmed I had the service and it would only cost me $86. I told him no, it was covered 100%. After several days of not hearing back I drove to the dealership and showed them all the proof and asked for a refund. That only took 45 minutes. They handed me my check and acted like they were doing me a favor. Not even an Im sorry. Not used to being treated like this. If anyone knows of a good Toyota dealer in the area let me know. The response from Troy Tidwell is a fake. I called him, got his voice mail, I left my number for him to call me back, after a week never heard back from him. More evidence this dealership is not interested in customer service, they just want your money.

Bad attitude from two guys in the service department and if you don’t purchase tour vehicle from them they really don’t wanna explain or talk to you about anything they’ve rather just talk down to you. The only good thing about my experience was the pleasant sales man I dealt with while at the dealership. He was very knowledgable and friendly and not annoying or creepy like alot of car sales people are nowadays.I inquired about some vehicles from the online website because of an email on a sale that was going on.Internet sales agent sent email with some vehicles on Sunday. One of the vehicles listed was for 14k (the MSRP is 25k)which was marked incorrectly in pricing on the email. I had my boyfriend make an inquiring about the vehicle and he was told wasnt available so he didnt pursue.I on the other hand figured it was a mistake and wanted to see if they would own up to it.So when I inquired about the vehicle that was listed at the wrong price I was told that the vehicle wasnt available.So instead of being honest about it, I was told that the vehicle was no longer available.Of course not believing that it had sold I had a friend inquire later in the day and he was told it was available and on the lot. So we went to look at vehicle, it was available and of course not at the pricing listed in the email. When I brought up the email the mngr I spoke with tried to tell me that someone must have hacked their system and sent out the wrong pricing as we werent the first people to bring up this email today. Well thats because I was the person earlier who had originally inquired about it.So now Im having a hard time not believing that they purposely send out an email with this lower pricing to draw you in and when you go its either been sold or there was a glitch or they were hacked and of course they arent going to honor the pricing quoted.I work in sales also and so I know mistakes can happen, but at the company where I work.. if we quote something in writing we honor it. But there arent companies like that anymore.Ive always thought car dealerships were dishonest and this experience definitely reinforced that.I will be buying a car but it wont be with this dealership now or in the future if this is how the Ederman dealerships are run I would think again about dealing with them.
I started off by consulting with Kacie. She was absolutely amazing, and her confidence and knowledge really made me feel comfortable coming in. I was trading a car in, and she made it sound so easy. I came into Mike Erdman, and she set me up to work with Speer. Speer and Kacie working together to make my purchase effortless and easy made me feel so much better, after all my experience at another dealership before was horrible, so everyone at Mike Erdman working together to get me in a new car made me feel like royalty. Once I picked the color and went out to the lot, I of course liked a different color car, and Speer assured me it was no issue to change a few letters and numbers on the paperwork. When we got into the car Speer was very thorough, and so knowledgeable on the features and how the car works. Excellent experience with Jack Baire my new service advisor and his team. Needed my hood to be realigned after a failed attempt to install Ditch Light Brackets at home. Called Jack, Tacoma was in the same day, techs were busy but not only realigned the hood but completed the ditch light installation since the truck was already there. I was a little disappointed in my visit today. I made an appointment so that my service can be done within an hour or so and when I arrived that is when I was notified it was going to take almost 2 hours for just an oil change. After waiting an hour and a half I see my car parked in the corner all finished and my advisor was just chitchatting away for 30 MINUTES with another client about life and nonsense stuff. I became bothered and approached my advisor and before I could say anything he said “I’m not finished here I’ll be with you when I’m done one person at a time” and began talking with the other client about life. I was really upset and was ready to just leave and when I was making my purchase he began to be pushy about trading in my car, which made me uncomfortable!Will not be coming here anymore and will let my friends and family choose another Toyota dealership.
Ive purchased many vehicles throughout the last few years, but the sales at Mike Erdman Toyota provided the best customer experience by far. Jordan, our salesman, took the time to present the vehicle and explain various features to us as is typical for any representative to do. What really set him apart from others was his attentiveness and professionalism. He was in no way pushy or aggressive to try and close the sale. While Jordan took care of the up front work, Larry (Sales Manager) came and made sure we were 100% satisfied with moving forward. Larry not once tried to beat around numbers and hide behind sales tactics. The man sat down with my wife and I and explained exactly what he could do for us, and deliver on that promise with no hidden agenda. He genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and it shows in his work ethic. These two gentlemen have made lifelong Mike Erdman patrons out of my family, and the dealership is fortunate to have these kinds of individuals supporting their products and services.If youre reading this and in the market for a Toyota, dont even bother going to another local dealer. In addition to the outstanding service, Mike Erdman was still able to provide the best price. (We cross shopped the same trim levels and features, still wound up $1500 under the competition.)

The service department will not give an update on my car. I have called 7 times and either go the an endlessly ringing phone or to a voicemail of someone who does not call me back. Don’t know what the problem is, but I believe I will go elsewhere from now on.

Helpful staff once I found someone to help me, not sure as I walk in who to talk to at first.The lobby is nice and convenient for waiting, drinks and food, even have charging station s for your electronics.I was there for my vehicle I purchased from Mike Erdman Toyota 2yrs ago, brand new. Needed service and several items addressed and repaired or replaced.I will say, once I got helped, the associate was through and professional.Edited for update:The customer service is great, never left me in the dark and would keep me current with the status on my vehicle while it was in for service.My service advisor was quick to respond and reply with any questions and address any issues I had at the time of service.I ended up spending a couple $k upgrading my vehicle. Shopping was painless and pricing was very fair.

First off let me shout out to my girl Danielle! She was my guide to a better ride. I was able to explain to her my situation about my current vehicle. It wouldn’t start and when I peeked under the hood the battery was corroded. I was more than positive there was more wrong with it in general. Danielle was able to get the process started and she sent the best sales representative a girl could wish for! Gary showed up like my knight in shining armor to my rescue! He helped me with my car to get it started and we headed to the dealership. I had specific requests in a new vehicle such as third row seating. With a house full of kids, I needed space! Gary knew instantly the perfect fit for me! We went for a test ride in a practically brand new Highlander. I knew it was the ride for me! Then during the paperwork process I was introduced to an angel of a man! Tommy was my financial angel! He helped to guide me through the paper process and he amazed me with his multitasking skills! I have been in the area for years. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Erdman. I just turned in my leased car. I was not ready to get into another lease or buy just yet. I needed a ride home (I live about 10 minutes away from the dealership). I asked the associate who helped me with my paper work when returning the car if I could have a ride home. He said let me go ask my manager. He came back and said Since your not leasing or buying another car, we can not give you a ride. I had to uber home. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR AGAIN FROM ERDMAN! After test driving three vehicles on Sunday at Honda and offering $20,000 cash for a used vehicle- the salesman brushed me off and I walked out- straight to Toyota. I took my 2020 Toyota Camry in for some minor touchups at the time of purchase andfmthey could not have been more accommodating. From dropping the car off at the dealership, through securing a loaner car, to retrieving my car after service was compete, the friendliness and consideration exhibited by the Toyota team was outstanding and the body work was done competently and completely the first time.
I came here one evening to purchase a Tacoma and left empty handed and pretty disappointed at how we were treated, however, the next day we were presented with the offer we originally wanted by a different sales manager, Larry, so we made our way back to the dealership. I was hesitant to return, but Larry made the whole experience turn completely around. I went from swearing off this dealership to becoming a life long customer. Bought a vehicle from this dealership. Great at selling. Service is not acceptable. Almost every time I’ve brought car in for service they have caused another issue. That the car had to be re serviced . I have had 3 batteries from this dealership.have had 2 recalls. Latest incident broke something under my hood during a device and made me pay 89.00 for splicing a wire. Called dealership 3 times to rectify and they would not return with a resolution or courtesy call. I will never bring my car back for service again. Even charged a cleaning fee of 30.00 for their recall service which should have been no charge for me. You will also get a call to up sell your ticket when you wait for it to be serviced.Was promptly called back when they thought they were going to get a sale! Buyer beware!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Ed and Danielle Pearson were SO incredibly disrespectful and condescending. We went in to look at a RAV4 and see what their prices were since the online prices say locked. They would not indicate any of their pricing and did not want to “waste their time on us” if we weren’t buying immediately. I have never experienced such horrific customer service in my life. They treated us as if we weren’t good enough to be in their dealership. All we were requesting was a price breakdown on a specific vehicle and Danielle said “it’s late and we’re tired, you’re wasting our time.” If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I’ll drive to Orlando before ever stepping foot on their property again. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated with such disrespect. I will be calling Toyota corporate to discuss this horrific experience.
My service went very well. I was especially happy that I was able to get a loaner car since I needed quite a bit of work done and live 20miles away from the new complex. I had a meeting with a sales rep to speak about financial options with a vehicle I loved. Once the sales rep and I went to the office, he gathered my information and soon after the manager came into the office. I believe his name is Jimmy and he was nothing but rude and condescending. I do understand that he was looking to make a sale, but in the end, though he did come to a reasonable option for me, I did not take the deal due to his attitude. The thought of having to deal with this manager while I make payments throughout the year was the sole reason I did not go through with it. I went in there with the thought of leaving with a car, but he got in his own way of the sale. I’m disappointed with this being my first experience at a car dealership. Also, manager should lead by example, so please put on a mask Jimmy.
Best car buying experience Ive ever had, from the salesman Jordan and Larry and sales manager Mike and Tom in finance they got me to where I needed to be a to purchase a 2020 Toyota Camry. When many other places first did my homework but wasnt happy with them! They were polite yet humorous. Must have called them five times with questions answered every one. So I bought a New toyota Camery which Im very happy about. The car is great and Toyota vehicles speak for themselves. However when buying from here dont fall for the floor mat scam! They charge you $399 for floor mats that are list on the Toyota website for $169. If they tell you its the combo its a lie because the combo comes with the all wheather trunk mat which it doesnt and even still its $250 on the website. So save the $399 BS charge and just buy them from the Toyota website for half the price. I guess the dealership trys to make any money they can. Who cares who they screw over!

COVID 19 a 74 year old mom grandmother care taker of my father her husband had to sit for 11/2 hours wait and have 3 different people talking to me on her cell phone having her walk all around and inside Toyota Cocoa. I had pre arranged called made two online appointments the called and verified what needed to get done and also I have an online account with my ph# also gave written and email confirmation for payment from x husband die the third time he had paid on the phone at same location same car!So help Sevices guy manager and another manager cuts you off of you are flustered because they have my mom in a unsafe COVID over an hour and a half really NOT caring how they talk or treat people and this is not just some guy having a bad day this happened last time!
