I have been here twice and on both occasions I have been impressed with the level of customer service. I would recommend this location 100%.

Good prices for services vs dealer. Down side left hand grease stains in interior of vehicle. Had to wipe down interior. Not sure if the use chair cover or paper mat on floor. Grease stains on mat. Check engine light was on after a tire services. Went to Auto place and connected the device that gives codes for diagnosis. Light went out. LHM

This NTB is great. All the associates I came into contact with were very professional and nice. I went here for an oil change and tire change and both experiences were very good. Time wasnt too long for the jobs and all of the associates were great at keeping me informed throughout the process! Thanks guys! In fact, my car was done before the promised time. Hats off to these guys for going above and beyond to ensure a stellar experience. I definitely recommend this location for your car needs. Additionally, I was not asked to leave a follow-up review, so I do believe that they provided phenomenal service as a genuine effort independent of my review. Definitely a stand-up crew all around.Original:I usually have a good experience, but today was an exception. I scheduled an appointment this morning and was hoping to be out in an hour. Thirty minutes later after my appointment time and my car still had not been touched. Meanwhile, a walk-in customer who checked in at the same time with me somehow had their car pulled into the shop immediately.Needless to say, I am disappointed and surprised that appointments seem to take a lower priority here. Having purchased five-year alignment packages for both of my vehicles as well as lifetime balancing, I thought there would be some consideration for customer loyalty.The gentleman up front was very professional and courteous, and this was my first bad experience after probably 14-15 visits to this location. It’s just a shame this happened on a day I actually had a time crunch. They did graciously reschedule me for tomorrow, and I anticipate an experience that falls more in line with what I’ve come to expect here.

The best rebate offer, the best financing option, the best promotion and the best service location. I love my tires and I strategically chose this location, the furthest from my home, because the closest NTB had closed early, just after noon. This location was thourough and quick. They were accommodating and very respectful. The team is managed well and the shop orderly. I will be continuing my tire service with NTB.

They overcharge for everything. If you know anything about cars, you will see the over priced services.

Super impressed. We have three small kids and they came and grabbed our tire that needed to be fixed from our car so we didn’t have to get the kids out of the car. They were efficient and super kind. We’ll definitely be back!

I 100% enjoyed my experience with this location and the service I received. I came in to get an alignment and the staff work efficiently and in a timely manner. One of their staff members, Edwyn, let me know what else needed to be done to my car and the cost. I loved the transparency with the cost of their services. I never felt that they were upping up the cost as some other places tend to do. I will definitely be coming back from here on our.

Went into the shop with for an oil change and new tires William at the service desk explained I could get my car into without hesitation. Not only did I get my oil change but he got the exact tires I needed and the promotion that came with it. (Didnt know that)They took great care of my car and tires. 10/10 Phenomenal customer service from William I will recommend your store to everyone.

Went in to get my winter tires (I brought with me) put on. After putting on the tires and balancing the tires it came out to $111 which is on the fairly pricy side of things. Front desk guy was fairly courteous.Main issue came when I picked up the car. The all seasons (recently purchased ~10k miles) that were removed to put on my winter tires were not in the car. Had to go back in and the front desk worker seemed confused when I asked him where my tires were. Eventually found them somewhere in the garage and I went on my way. There are two ways to look at this.1. Give them the benefit of the doubt and they truly didnt think Id want my fairly new all seasons back or2. They tried to steal my tires hoping Id forget about them.Incompetence or shadiness you can take your pick. Either way almost cost me 4 new tires.

This place always goes above & beyond to meet any needs I have with my car. They are extremely knowledgeable of all issues and are respectful of all my wants.

Absolutely No Complaints, had a Flat 2 miles away from their shop. Drove in on the spare, got a new Tire put on and out in less than 40 minutes.Staff was Fantastic, Shop area was so clean you could have eaten off the floor.Impressive.

Edwin was a huge help today. I bought mudflaps for a new car I bought my wife for Christmas. I came in today and Edwin was so helpful. He did the intake and had an employee install the mudflaps in only 15 minutes. Just in time before my wife was to meet.Merry Christmas to everyone at NTB.

Got tires and alignment great price

I recently went in to obtain new tires and get my car serviced since I was dong a long distance drive (800 miles). They did an in depth inspection and provided me with a short and long term services that were needed in my vehicle. I opted to get the short term and leave some of the long term recommendation for later. I truly appreciated the transparency in services that were needed and the pricing. Needless to say, my car felt amazing during my drive. I will be going back for all my future needs and to service my other vehicle.

Just left the Cockeysville store and wanted to take a moment to review. What friendly service, the agent was helpful and even though his mask I could feel his smile. Just needed a tire replaced so I was not a big sale but he made me feel like I was his biggest of the day. He got me in and out in no time and while he didnt know it, he really impacted my day in a positive way by his quick service. We had a nail or piece of metal in the tire. We dropped it off on a busy evening without an appointment and they fit us in and got it done as fast as they could. They were very polite, courteous, and practicing safe procedures during COVID. NTB on York Road in Cockeysville is the place to go.

I got an oil change that was extremely overpriced. The tech did not tighten my drain plug all the way. They marked it with blue paint to where they tightened it too. (See picture) It need another turn to be tight. I will add a picture of where it needed to be turned to be tight. Because of this oil leaked out all over my undercarriage and Ive been driving my car low on oil. Had I not of caught this my engine would have been ruined. This was complete negligence and I will not be returning.

I’ve come to this NTB location thrice now - 2 oil changes and 4 replacement tires/Freon top-off - and Mike (the manager) is phenomenal! Doesn’t price gouge or up-sell, and he’s so kind and efficient! Also have to give kudos to Kelvin (service manager), as he’s the one who squeezed in the tire/Freon appointment at the last second, and Megan (service advisor), as she was very patient in explaining some service options (I’m NOT an auto person...ha!). I will definitely return should I need anything more serviced...this place and its people are awesome! Thank you!EDIT: Been here four times now! Kelvin was kind enough to squeeze me in for an alignment, and it was done in a snap! I seriously love these guys (and girls)! Thank you all again!

Got my tire alignment done here after getting it done at the toyota service center. I was told by toyota that my aggresive offset rims made it difficult to align the car. I left toyota with a crooked steering wheel an extreme tire hum and a car that felt like it was ready to fall apart, and all that after sitting for several hours waiting. So i brought my car into NTB and i was in and out in 30 minutes with what feels like a new car again. If you need an alignment bring it here.

Stopped in after having battery issues with my car. The strapping gentleman at the counter William took me in for a simple battery install. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Will be coming here for all my auto needs and for Williams advice.

I had a wonderful experience at NTB in Cockeysville! I was driving on a spare after having a flat tire from a nail and was in desperate need to get my tire repaired. Even though I didn’t have an appointment I was greeted with kindness by Edwyn the store manager and he made it very convenient for me to leave my tire at his location so that they could work on it in between appointments and that he would give me a call once the tire was repaired and that’s exactly what he and his amazing team did! And their timing was fantastic! I’m so grateful to the NTB team for their professionalism, courteousness and personal care for their patrons and would definitely recommend this location to anyone that is in need. Had four tires replaced on wifes car. Did a good job replacing the tires. But they claimed shock was leaking oil. Took it to another mechanic who inspected all four and said nothing was out of the ordinary. Also, they rooted through all the glove compartments, didnt even bother to close them. Definitely didnt seem trust worthy and wouldnt return based on that.

Thank you to Kelvin for helping us out in a major pinch! Noticed a slow leak in my tire right around the time every shop was closing for the day. Drove up 30 mins close and expressed my need the tired needs to be repaired and Kelvin told me to pull up and they will take care of me! Super Service! Highly recommend!

Great experience! Firstly they are low car friendly so they were able to align my 91 Volvo 240. Megan was very friendly and fit me in on the spot. They also took the vehicle back to fine tune the alignment when it wasn’t quite right the first time without any gup.

Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, experienced, and focused manager, Mike as well as the assistant service manager, Kelvin. They both ensure that your job requests are done accurately and in a timely matter. They offer a lot of vehicle services not advertised because its tire facility but the store does much more than tire . Ihad my Corvette serviced there and was highly satisfied. The techs are highly skilled and trained.

Manger Edwin, is awesome he is honest polite he handles customers with courtesy and respect I will go there again.

I used to go to NTB in Columbia, but one of their service managers came to this store (cockeysvilles) so I kinda followed. Also I liked his honesty. Turns out he is now the store manager. Still the same honesty, and according to one of the other customers the vibe at the place is much better. I highly recommend going here for your tire and brake needs. They do a good job and give a fair price. NTB could use more guys like Edwyn.

So go back to themCall up, ask if they have any specials. $17.99 for conventional. Get in for my appointment. Get my oil changed. Tech is busy flirting with the female service writer. Finally, they pull my car out and charge me $87. Ask them how is that much they say its the price. Ask them how its 4x the price of regular oil suddenly. Kelvin says Because it is. Gave me $20 off. Never going back. Not sure if NTB is squeezing or the female service writer intentionally over charging.

I had the pleasure of visiting this shop with a flat tire. The Manager Mike could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars is not enough! Great service, professionalism and customer care! Highly recommend!

Edwin and Ro have been absolutely fantastic. Although there was a minor balancing issues with new tires due to our vehicle rims being larger, Edwin provided a solution at a nearby NTB which had more specialized balancing equipment for larger vehicles and the solution worked. We bring all of our vehicles to this specific NTB for a reason and will continue to do so. William was also very helpful and respectful.NTB Corporate - be sure to provide Edwin and Ro with what they need to continue to provide great customer service and so that you can retain great talent.

They advertise publicly Free Re-test if your vehicle fails Maryland inspection, well, they charged me $50 for the Free Re-test because he had to put my truck on the lift to look underneath it. I witnessed my truck on the lift for less than 10 minutes which was an over-charge of shop time anyway.They also told me to replace front passenger shock assembly, which I did, and when I came back they said oh sorry, its actually the drivers side rear shock that needs replacing. At this point I made them put it in writing that I would not be charged again for my Free Re-test. I do all my own work on my vehicles.They gave me a print out: $2000 to pass inspection. I did it myself for $140 most of which was unnecessary parts they made me install to pass my truck.This place is a rip off. Please avoid this place at all costs. Much better and faster shops around.

FAST, FRIENDLY and VERY HELPFUL SERVICE. I drove up and down York Road getting quotes for new tires. This was the best price and service I found.

Buyer BEWARE! I noticed my bill was higher than I expected, turns out NTB has the right to include a shop fee which was nowhere to be found on the quote. The shop fee is a max $35 dollars which is exactly what I got. Not a fan of sneaky pricing, just be upfront on how much a service costs.

I visited the store to purchase tires and to get an oil change. Not only did they do an amazing job they also didn’t have me waiting long. The staff was great there and Kelvin helped me out. I will be returning for maintenance on my car in the future!

I was treated like their best customer even though I had only been there twice before. Mike was the one that actually put my battery in and made me feel like I had just spent 1000 dollars even though I spent less than 200. Pricing and customer service were unmatched. Awesome customer service, got everything I needed and it was super quick. I was able to get a ntb card to purchase all new tires so that was great. I didn’t even know you could get credit cards at auto shops!!!

Great place. Besides being friendly they still know what service means in customer service. I came in with a small problem that still took time and effort to fix, they said it was on the house. I’d ask for Kelvin, he was informative and more than friendly. Good things should come to people with a good attitude. There was no reason to give me a complimentary fix, but they did. Made sure my filters were blown clean before and after my new tire service so they could last longer. I lost a lug nut stud during the change but I was told I have 4 left so thats good! Very knowledgeable staff was awesome.

Kelvin Lewis was amazing! NTB constantly provides professional and quick service. I didn’t anticipate a day of smooth sailing with the issues I had but Mr. Lewis talked me through my vehicle issues so that I was assured I was not being nickel and dimed.

Got tires there, but one wheel wasnt properly torque. Could have been hurt or injured with my kids in the car because the wheel was close to falling off. Worker claimed my wheel was sabotaged, didnt check if my studs was damaged, installed none matching lug nuts and wasnt apologetic for it.

Great place, great price. Changed all four of my tire sensors in under an hour! Will def go back for any car issues.

I followed the manager from the other store he ran. Having been in the service industry myself previously I know when Im getting the run around or getting excellent service. Corporate would be wise to make sure that every store is run like Mike does. A manager really does set the tone of the store, between good customer service, fair prices and honest mechanics. This will be my go to store for my cars and the other 5 cars in my immediate family. Jon.

NTB in York Rd in Cockeysville MD has been a reliable source for tires, maintenance & understanding what you need to fix or maintain your vehicle. I just bought a used car and needed to put 4 new tires on it, as we all know it can get expensive. Yet, I was very grateful to have dealt with Micheal (the manager) of NTB who went over each and every tire and price and diagrams of what was best for my vehicle. It was actually the best experience I ever had with a shop. Not only do they work around your needs but they are very personal and respectful and knowledgeable on everything I asked. Maintenance, staff, tires and much more I will continue going to this amazing business.
