This is by far thee best Auto center iv have ever been too! I guarantee you will absolutely love the guys that work there. The people are beyond friendly and the work is amazing!!! I had the pleasure to have Mike work on my breaks and i can tell he put his blood sweat and tears into my car. Its really hard to find trust worthy people in a mechanic shop. I think mechanics get a bad name but if everyone knew these guys they would get a different and refreshing perspective. these guy do great work and are honest and fair with prices. I stress honest and fair. Id like to say thank you to Mike and Anthony for all you help. I would have been down bad with out them.

I made an appointment to get my tires rotated, indicating that I had to stay because I dont have a ride. When I got there, they said that they wouldnt be able to get to it for a while and when I asked how long, they said they couldnt guarantee a time and may not get to it today. When I tried to make another appointment for the earliest time of the day, they still couldnt guarantee that anyone would be in on time to get me out by 8:30 am so I could get to work. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment if it means nothing? It just seemed like they were blowing me off and didnt want to do it. If I could give zero stars, I would. Nice follow-up service after buying a full set of tires at their shop. 🤬

Made an appointment for two new tires, and it was very promptly performed by some very nice dudes, who even checked my oil and had some advice for me as a first-time car owner!I actually showed up a little early for the appointment, and they were able to just start right away. No pressure to buy different tires, straightforward price, overall a very friendly, pleasant service and visit. I visited this location because they were nearest to where I was picking up my car, not nearest to my home, but I would legit consider just returning to this specific store for future needs, it went so well.

This location in Hunt Valley is very thorough. They take the time to explain any issues to you, and are always looking for the best value for you. I have gotten tires, oil changes, and brakes there and every time the work was done quickly and well. Jeff and Mike are friendly and helpful.

I have been taking my car to this shop for almost 3 years. They have done oil changes, tire rotations, and fixed my suspension. They have always been upfront about what needs to be done and how much it will cost. They have never tried to talk me into buying anything I didnt need. They always thoroughly explain what is being done to the car and for what reason. I will continue to take my car here and I recommend anyone in the area do the same.

I have never been been to this Mr. Tire location prior to this past weekend, but I will certainly be back. We had an overheating Jeep on Saturday and Jeff was able to get us in and on our way by the end of Sunday. He was extremely pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, and was such a great help. Terrible experience! My husband just brought our car home after having new tires placed and an alignment on the vehicle. The vehicle has a horrible shake at highway speeds now. The wheel are also scratched and banged up after they had my car. I would not recommend them to anyone and they won’t be getting my business again. Secondly, the manager wasn’t available and won’t be available tomorrow to assist with getting this issue fixed. How can you have no manager available? Poor customer service!

I went in to get my window fixed and asked if they could let me know the price of a new tire since I was already spending money. They fixed the tire FOR FREE even though when I went to the dealer they told me the tire was unable to be fixed and needed to be replacedThey are honest which is VERY hard to come by with auto mechanics. First off, Thank you Mike! I had an appointment and had to miss it because my lug nuts didnt get delivered. I decided to call ahead the next day as soon as they opened and Mike said to just drop it off and they will have it done by noon. Went in there at 9:30am and was out by 12 without an appointment. They were plenty booked too and they handled everything great! I got my new rims installed with 4 brand new cooper tires with warranty! Ofcourse alignment that was very much needed and even got the cabin filter changed for free!!!! SHOUT OUT to Mr. Tires always being upfront with their pricing and always adding any extra discounts to help our pockets.

I hit a pot hole and needed a rim replaced. After having my car towed to Mr.Tire (where Id just bought tires 2weeks prior), Ive been waiting for my car to be repaired for a week. When I called to check on the status, I was rudely spoken to, and hung up on. I was told the part was ordered, but when I asked for the tracking number, I was spoken to rudely again, and hung up on for the second time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!!! Take your business to someone who respects you as a customer. Youre paying their salary, not the other way around.

This shop, I my humble opinion, is top of the line in speedy repairs, excellent customer service, and no over the top in repair cost. All-in-all a problem solver in finding and repairing that elusive knockin scraping sound you hear and cant find as you drive down lifes highway.

They tried to rip me off!! Tried to charge me $1000 for an alternator repair when all I really needed was just a battery…just because I’m a woman! Took it to Precision Tune and they replaced the battery and it only cost me $239!

Went in for a concern with my car, they were very quick to try solutions and get my vehicle back to me! However, ultimately they were unable to fix the situation, as it was something they could not do, but the employee that spoke to me about it mentioned to check and see if the specific issue I was having was under any sort of recall or warranty extension for my used car. In fact, it was, and I did get it fixed. So even while they were unable to solve the issue, once they realized what was clearly going on, they gave me great advice to see about getting it fixed. In summary: Dont waste your Time, Money or Sanity on this place.Horrible Customer ServiceTerrible Actual ServiceYou will actually leave worse off then when you arrived.And if you dont know anything about cars, they will take advantage of you and up sell you thing you dont need to the tune of more than 4x what you originally came in for.(Feel free to read my rant).Entered the store without an appointment and was fortunate enough to have supervisor take a look at my tire for a flat. While walking to my car I was informed that because it was an Audi all four tires would need to be replaced, even though all three are 4 months old with a couple of thousand miles on them. This should have been my first RED FLAG. Despite being told a blatant lie, without the tech even seeing the car, we continued inside. Scott let me know that they would do what they can to repair the tire before 5 pm that day. I was great full for his assistance although his co-workers may not of been.They complained loudly in front of the customer that they refused to stay late. Again RED FLAG #2. Knowing that they wanted to be gone at 5 pm they would of been rushing to accomplish theyre tasks. 4:45 pm rolls around and I see my car pull up. At this point Scott lets me know that the tire cannot be saved however they put the donut on free of charge. I thanked him and his staff for their assistance and went outside to get in my car.This is where things go downhill. I walk out to find my old tire in my back seat of my car. First thought was, Why in the world would you put a dirty deflated tire in the back seat of a car, let alone a luxury sedan with suede seats. Thank god the tire was in a bag or things would of been way worse. However the bag was ripped and clearly forcefully pushed into position by the tech. I know this because I could not remove the tire from the back seat without moving the passenger seat forward. Also there were clear tire marks on the back of the seat (Seen in Pictures). After seeing this I walked back inside and spoke to Scott about my findings. His response? I didnt do it. Well thats very helpful. I then informed him that my back seat was full of dirt and all marked up from the old tire. Again he just stared at me with a confused look as if he didnt understand the issue. The tech said you had stuff in your trunk. If that were the case dont you think he should of came out and asked me to move some stuff around or if it was ok for the staff to do so?At this point, understanding I was not going to get any where with this man I asked for him to contact the Store Manager to let him know that the staff and effectively ruined a customers interior with a bad decision to put a tire in the back seat. I was told that he would not be contacting the store manager on his day off and that I should call the store on Monday to complain, and pointed to his card. I took a card asked for the names of all that were involved with his colossal failure of customer service. Scott then told me I wasnt understanding and that after all I got a free service. Frustrated I left.

Black Friday First Time Customer. Came in for four new tires, balancing and alignment for my minivan. Great experience! They were very reasonable in assisting me - knowledgeable, answering my questions for which tires were appropriate. I got a great discount for an upgraded tires. Told me it would take a minimum of ninety minutes but they had it done in closer to 60-65. Confident in returning to them for future service needs.

The Mr. Tire on York in Cockeysville is highly rated for many good reasons. Mike (Manager) and Anthony (Mechanic) took great care of my Volvo this morning! I never write reviews but the difference in my ride is truly impressive and the service at Mr. Tire was first rate. Tires and balancing are fantastic. My car rides like a dream. Anthony was very thorough in his work and in explaining everything to me. Mike answered all my questions. I trust them - low key and honest.

I came in with a flat tire and the service, quality wise and duration wise I received was excellent. They were very kind and eager to help me, especially Darrell and Jeff, very easy-going, accommodating and helpful guys. Hopefully I dont have to but any car troubles I have in the future will certainly be handled by them !

Had gotten two new back tires from a Mr. Tire about a week ago. I noticed that PSI gauge was lower on passenger rear tire and I filled it with air. To me it seemed to be a slow leak so I took my car back into Mr. Tire to have them fix it under the warranty I got with the new tires. Both the desk staff and the store manager assisted me with the situation and told me that I would have my car back same day. They were nothing short of kind and friendly and quite frankly saved the reputation of Mr. Tire in my eyes as I’ve always been skeptical of large chain automotive shops. I believe this shop to be a good one and capable of handling your tire needs. I will definitely come back to this location if I am ever in need of tires again.

After a huge mistake that flattened one of my tires with grim prospects during these COVID times, I took a risk in having the tow truck driver stop by this MR. Tire instead of dropping my car off at a dealership or already closed service center to get worked on the next day. After informing me that they were going to close in 10 minutes, they instead of refusing to assist bent over backwards to fit me in and stay late to replace my tire so I could drive home shortly after. They were exceptionally kind, courteous and efficient along with offering me a great deal on the tire and labor, considering my circumstances (where I was easily in a position to be taken advantage of). I will absolutely be recommending this store to all my friends and coworkers in the area for their tire service needs.I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I’m disappointed with today’s service. I brought it here because of all the good reviews but I’m not sure that the work that is done is completely honest. I brought it in for an alignment and when they took it back, the front desk person had suggested services to add as well. One of those being an oil change and engine coolant. What is strange is that I had an oil change at the Honda dealership a couple months ago and I have not moved the car. However, because I’m taking a road trip, to be safe, I decided to go ahead with the suggested services. They also suggested to replace the cabin filter, which I had also just replaced a couple months ago, MY SELF so I declined and I figured I would change it myself again. The suggestions felt off, considering I knew two of those services (oil change/cabin filter) has been done recently. When they were done with the car, I decided to look at the cabin filter and to my surprise it was clean and it did not need replacing. I showed the gentleman at the front desk and he said it was because of discoloration which I know what those filters look like because I buy them and change them and there was no discoloration or debris. Now I am wondering if truly the additional services needed to done. It is disappointing to see lack of honestly and integrity with some mechanic shops.

I came here for an oil change last month and had a good experience. So, when my check engine light came on, I was quick to go back. That was a mistake. I walked in knowing what the code that was on the engine. I had tested it and multiple other people had checked it and received the same code. They were personable and I did not have to wait very long for them to do the diagnostic on my car. When they first called me to go over the results, I was told I had a dreaded code. I was surprised because the code that I knew about was not too costly and made sense at the mileage my car was currently at. The tech brought the paper up. The first issue I saw was the code that they told me I had was not even written on the paper. The description for that code was written down with a different code. Below that code was the code that I was aware of and completely willing to repair. The manager, Mike, the changed the code on the paper to match the description and did not even question it, nor did the technician. Unfortunately for them, I did question it. I was told that their software was better than mine and that is why it was showing what I could not see. I made the appointment for the work and then told them that if I ran the codes and the code they were saying was there was not, I would not be doing that work. It was the difference between a $260 repair and a $1100 one. I went home, the code came back on and then I did another reading on it. I was still only receiving the one code. I called the Store Manager at this point to give him a chance to rectify the situation. He told me that they are not in the business of telling people that they need things they do not need. I assume he was implying that I was a liar. I then took my issue to customer service. They were WONDERFUL. Both agents I spoke to went above an beyond to help me out. They sent me to another store(that confirmed there was only one code on the vehicle) and they talked me through my frustrations. Ultimately I did wind up having the work done at a Mr. Tire, but not this location. I was demeaned and made to feel stupid for questioning what they were telling me. I would not ever go back there. That is why I took it to the level that I did. I have no issue doing repairs that I need on my car, but I think honesty and integrity are a staple in that process. Both shops told me the same thing and were in line with one another. The difference is, one was honest and made sure I was ONLY getting the work done that was needed and the other was trying to take advantage. I will not ever go back to this location and if you know what is good for you, you wont go there either. I honestly wouldnt even give them one star but in order to do the review you have to.....

They checked a vehicle I was considering buying so I could make a better informed decision. They were reasonably priced and I was able to negotiate a better deal with the car dealer. It was a great experience and I highly highly recommend them!! Wish I didn’t live over an hour away or I’d use them all the time! Thanks guys for a job well done!

On May 16, 2020 I walked into the Mr. Tire location located at 10501 York Rd. I’ve gotten service here before and this time I went there to get 4 brand new tires after speaking with an associate by the name of David over the phone, I told him I’d be there within the hour. I got there and there was no one inside but I did see an associate helping another customer outside. Well when an associate did walk back into the store he never even acknowledged my presence. Typically when a customer is waiting to be seen an associate will greet the customer and at least say “please give me one moment I’ll be with you soon”. Nope nothing was ever said to me so I walked out of the store and took my business elsewhere. I went right to interstate tire up York road going towards hunt valley located at 18 Cockeysville Rd. I experienced great service there and will definitely patron there again.

This is the best location in the Maryland area. I recently had new tires on my 4Runner and Jeff provided a great deal. The other members of the team are always friendly, knowledgeable and update me on needed repairs or augmentations on my vehicle. Both Eric and Mike went out of their way to answer my questions in a way I could understand. Shop itself was very neat and clean and mechanic Ryan kept my car that way as well when he did his work. Services were performed way quicker than I anticipated. Quality work & service at a great price!I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Mr. Tire in Hunt Valley. I highly recommend them!!! I will definitely return.

Excellent customer service

These guys are not only patient, but extremely informative. While here for service, the manager working with me was questioned by a customer. He explained to the customer that dumping the filter upside down is improper for cleaning and that while a car sits, can still get dirty and filthy. The customer took pause with that and seemed upset at the answer. Either way, I received excellent service from Josh, Mike and Megan.

Very helpful, quick and close to home. I have been here several times. Great online coupons for free tire repair and discounted oil change to name a few. I will be coming back! :)
