A great store with very friendly staff. I had to complete ink fingerprinting and send off some important employment documents and the process was super quick and easy. Their employees even worked with me when I had to return to correct a shipping address. I will definitely return to this store any time I need help with packing/shipping/notary/fingerprints etc. thank you!
The staff here are so friendly and courteous. I went from the Shaw Ave location to this one and the difference in customer service is like night and day. Marcy was especially helpful and made me feel like my needs and pkg were top priority. I will continue going to this location. Keep up the fabulous work!!
Excellent service! They go out of their way to make sure you get the best shipping experience. I came in at the last minute to get some copies that needed to be rushed for my business. So that I could keep on my timeline. I will definitely be back. Clean, friendly and knowledgable.
Super disappointed with this place.I needed some lamination done for a soccer tournament. They told me they would be ready in 15 minutes. I came back in 15 minutes and they manager to ruin my game cards. They were careless with my items and now I have to go home, print them out again and find a place they will do a good job.

When I went in their was no line and I was immediately greeted by the 2 employess and helped by Brooke with my Amazom return. I wasnt too sure what to do but she walked me through how to process a return and get the QR code. She was incredibly professional and friendly. Thank you for how convenient youve made it.

They charge five dollars to print a shipping label page from the email. Seems a bit outrageous for a one-page cost of $.15.Please make sure you print your labels before you go into the store!

Excellent service! I have been with them for 5 years. Judy is always helping me with packing, getting my mail, carrying boxes to my car (I am disabled). She is always professional and kind. Another perdon that I adore is Mary. She makes contact with me if there is a questionable delivery, box renewal etc. Love this place!!!

Weve been using this UPS Store for over four years. As a small business we rely on this store every day to receive our mail (securely), ship out packages to our customers and receive our packages and pallets of freight. Every associate is courteous and professional. They always go out of their way to assist us. I highly recommend them all the time.

No customer service.Arrived at 8:30am Monday morning and there were two employees in the store. I came in to make over 40 copies. The copiers are locked with a pass code. After trying to figure out how to use the copier, I walked over to the counter to ask for the code. My first copy was on heavy card stock. Again I walked over to the counter and explained. I was told to use the other copier. The second copier was locked, again I have to walk over to the counter to get a pass code. This second copier cuts the page off and the copies are light. After two attempts with no success, I again walk over to the counter and explain the problem. There was no response from the employees. I explain that I am going to leave and go to another copy store... still no response from the employees. I paid for the three unusable copies and left.What have I learned, hire on a MBA and not DNA.
Beware!This store refuses to ship items unless you buy a box from them. Whatever kind of box you use, they tell you that that kind of box cannot be used, and they force you to buy a box from them and have them pack it for you ….. Now the cost of shipping has more than doubled, and they tell you “Oh, if we pack, the contents are covered for damage.” Weren’t they already covered by the base insurance? Then why did they ask you the value of the contents the first time around?This last time they refused to ship my item because it was in a wine box, but here’s the irony, that exact wine box (& wine) was shipped from a UPS store in Napa to this very UPS store in Clovis from which I picked it up (for an additional $10 fee.). Now all of a sudden they can’t ship that same wine box, without perishables or liquids inside? Something smells ….not like wine….smells very fishy.Other UPS stores do not charge that $10 pick-up fee.This Clovis UPS store has a very customer unfriendly business model. UPScrewin you over.Just go to a different UPS store and avoid these greedy cheats.
I simply went into the store to mail a Christmas gift package that was already sealed and only needed postage. They required me to fill out a form describing the contents. When the employee saw that it contained a tablet, he said he had to inspect the contents to make sure it wasn’t fragile. He took a razor knife and cut the ready-to-mail box open, saying “don’t worry, I can repackage it”. He then removed the gift and started tearing off the Christmas wrapping. I asked what he was doing, and he told me again that he could repackage it. I told him NO, I would take it to the post office. I later learned that “repackaging” means putting the package into one of their boxes and charging a ridiculously overpriced fee for packaging and postage. Also, since he now knew it contained an expensive electronic device, I doubt the package would have arrived with its contents still in it. He never told me his intentions, just that he had to look in the box.The post office has never opened one of my boxes to see what is inside. I am still appalled that he cut the box open and started unwrapping the gift. I will never go back to a UPS store after this experience; it was probably the most unprofessional thing that I have ever experienced. I can’t believe they think it is okay to open somebody’s mail. The price of convenience is not worth what they will put you and your package through.

I made the mistake of buying a box to ship a package at the ups store. It cost me $22 for the box... I was shocked, the shipping charge was high $13 for a box under 2lb, but double that for the box really. Save your money go somewhere else. I still cant believe it, $22 for a box!

This place is over priced. They can’t follow simple instructions. They overcharge and when called out they don’t care
Dropped off package on Saturday. They packed it up. This store didnt give it to UPS pickup til Tuesday. Lied about it said it was. Caused my package to be delayed by 3 days. Then turns out the package was empty. They have lost the content. Either this store didnt pack right or it was lost from the beginning thats why it was delayed.Just awful. They keep brushing off all responsibilities. Never said even a sorry.There are many ups stores nearby. Please dont risk going here.

I first mailed my taxes from this place with US mail --LOST now returned an amazon package and I am having to fight the proof they sent it. I drop off at any other location and within an hour I get a text stating my return will be on its way... NOTHING

I would not even give them 1 star. Poor service. I called for a service and when I arrived 5 minutes later they told me they could not do it.
