I always use Clovis Pack and Ship when I need to mail something. they have gone out of their way on several occassions. I lost my ID there once(didnt realize I left it there) and they actually brought it to me! Also my daughter was mailing her hair for charity and they made sure we got the best price. Always ready to help this place is great.

The female notary was awesome! She was very friendly compared to other places. We went to a place before this where the lady turned us down because i had a temporary but VALID license. So this place was a breath of fresh air. And they charge $14 compared to $15 everywhere else.

I never want to visit a different place to pack or ship anything. They’re very nice, patient, and helped me throughout the entire process of shipping internationally. I absolutely love the customer service here.

I came in just looking for INFORMATION about a lost package. I was not there to complain whatsoever. The gentleman in front tried to help me patiently but out of nowhere the “boss” “owner” or whatever that old man was doing there came out and started being rude to me trying to get me out of the store because he thought I was trying to complain. Really bad service from that gentleman. Should have stay in the back where no one asked for his opinion. Really rude almost screaming at me.

This is my go to place to mail my packages. The parking is close and convenient. I walk right in with no line to wait in, I hand my packages to the nice counter person and I am on my way to work. Cant beat that!

Some People need togo read there comments before posting them! Its not a business or person on Earth thats perfect! They are always friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have! As far as prices they are cheaper then most business of its type!

Great place for all your post office needs and their boxes are a great deal! Nice to have the option to go pick up my mail later than regular business hours!

I chose Clovis Pack and Ship to deliver a package that had UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery. The package never arrived in that time frame and when I contacted Clovis Pack and Ship they said they couldnt refund anything and that I would have to contact UPS. When I contacted UPS they said that they couldnt do anything because Clovis Pack and Ship was the one that delivered the package so they had to handle that. Neither one was willing to handle the fact that I paid over $30 for the 2nd day air and its already been 4 days and no delivery.

Extremely Disappointed! After shipping over $1000.00 in items the Owner Argam showed his true colors over a $300 UPS CLAIM. UPS damaged an item which Argam had recommended that I insured. UPS denied the claim because the item was improperly packaged. Argam continued to tell me that he had not received a resolution from UPS, but UPS had reached a resolution! Argam did not want to tell me that UPS had determined that his improper packing was an associated factor in the damaging of my package. Argam, may karma repay you in more than 300 ways!

I only come here to send packages and certified mail, it’s convenient and I’m always helped efficiently and courteously by the employees and owners.

This store employs a thief! Do not use them to ship anything you care about! Someone walked in their to send me a package. Only the contents in their hand. An employee from this store packed the envelope. This PKG contained a very rare item that was worth money and the sender placed a note inside a bag with this rare item. Well today I received my envelope opened and only THE NOTE inside! This means someone took the note out of the bag, stole all my items and put the note back in the envelope! I am fuming mad and will do everything in my opoweto press charges against this thief! Tampering with someones mail is a federal offense on top of the theft! I have fingerprints on the envelope and will make them pay! My daughter was so excited for this PKG to arrive and is crushed and broken hearted that some terrible waste of a human being would do this! DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS STORE!

They were so great and friendly. I mail the package at 4:00pm and it was delivered the next day before lunch.

This is the only close pack and ship store I can walk. Ive went quite a few times enough to give my rating . Everytime I come in, employees all just always stare at you, until one will greet. They make me feel uncomfortable. They all have an attitude. Its just a non greet vibe. These kind of places makes me want to slap the attitude off their faces.

Usually quick service & friendly employees. I was even taught how to properly tape a label onto a package (which online instructions I had followed were incorrect). Although, I did have one unpleasant experience here with a rude employee. But, that hasnt happened again.

Very convenient place to ship my prepaids. Beats driving to post office and standing in line.

They said they use the post office rates, THEY LIED! Quoted me $75 for 2 small packages, went to post office and only paid $48.55. Over charging scheisters! Will never use their shop for anything ever again.

The company I work for had a particularly complex shipping situation that required packing and crating, as well as coordination for an overseas shipment to Guam. The crate was expertly built and completely protected the delicate cargo inside. I highly recommend this business - their employees have shown the willingness to handle complex situations and go above and beyond what you would normally expect.

These guys are the best!!!! I have been using this place since 1995. I had to ship some collectables recently and CPS packed them ready to ship for only $10.00.

Our business had to have equipment palletized for shipping. This is something I have never done before and needed some help on the process. When I called, I was greeted by Jack or Jeff on the phone. I am unsure of his name as he thought I was trying to sell him something and hung up on me. I immediately called back and a lady answered the phone telling me I had just spoke with the owner. She told someone would call me back and it didnt happen. I dont normally critique someones business practices, however, this was pretty counter intuitive to have your doors open for business with that attitude. Thankfully they are not the only game in town, the UPS store in Fresno was very kind and is getting our B2B spending from now on.

This business recently went under new management...I went in with a very small bubble envelope, was told $15 to ship, went to the post office, paid $5.

Horrible service! Website says they are open until 6 but they closed at 5:30. Owner came out and said he would not sale two stamps because he closed his register.

Ive been in this place twice stood a fair distance behind the customer being help. Both times other people walked right up to the empty registers and someone came to help them. I will not go to this place anymore. I will go to a United Postal Office.

Charged me 5 dollars to pack an item. (I had all supplies) they call it packing fee. They should maybe tell me this before they start packing up my box
