Took a minute to be helped but someone had quit the day prior so thats understandable. The manager could have acknowledged me when I came in that would have been nice. Once I was helped the guy was friendly and I was in and out quick. Wish it was still 24 hrs.
When the store is busy and there is a long line I would understand that yes being in line will take some time but if you and one other are the only customers in line there should be no reason for us to be waiting 20 min before we are helped. There was one staff (Courtney) who was in the back. I’m not sure what she was doing but once she noticed the line was getting longer she sure came out fast. This kind of work ethic is really really sad and disappointing. FedEx management needs to step up and hire better employees. This is not my first time here also. If I had the choice I would go to UPS instead cuz At least there I wouldn’t be waiting so long but FedEx was the only option I had for my package as a drop off location. My rating would be no stars but I didn’t have that option either.
Jason who was working on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 4:30 pm.(393 W Shaw, Clovis, CA) Was extremely rude refused to help me with printing issues due to the printers not accepting .pdf. Informed me that I had to put in a work order before he would help me. I was the only one in line and one of two people needing assistance. The other customer was already being helped. I removed the .pdf documents from my printing queue and while doing so Jason preceded to joke around with his coworker and lean on the counter. If he had been busy with many customers it would have been justified to make me put in a work order to print out 5 sheets of paper, however he was not. I use this site regularly and have never been treated so poorly by any other staff until now.
We have been coming here for years they help us when we cant figure out an address. We use them for everything. I also found headphones in there that Ive used for 3 years. We love this place and highly recommend it

Trash ..waiting over 30min to pick up a package. The slowness is messing with my companys workorders because of the delays. Please get this location more staff this is an embarrassment for Fedex.

Will never ship any packages with FedEx based on how terrible package delivery is in the Fresno Area. We have had every package shipped with FedEx get delayed for no reason. Without fail. Deliveries are attempted (at least according to the online tracking) but no person actually shows up at our house. Or drivers claim we have moved when obviously this is not true. Please take your business to another carrier that actually cares.

Very bad place I ship little envelope from the clovis office to highland ca on 09-29-2020 I was told it will get there between 1 to 3 business days and the package hasn’t arrived it’s the10-07-2020 I called the Fedex 800 number no one knows where the package is then I called the manager of clovis office Elizabeth she said it may take 10 days so that office are bunch of liars they took $17.50 to lose my package I’ll never ship Fedex anymore and specially clovis fedex

On May 7th while standing in line outside of the FedEx building on 393 W. Shaw Ave Clovis, CA; the store manager Elizabeth exited the building, approached me, then took a picture or recording of me on a cell phone. During the photo or recording she stated, “that’s a nice poster” (referring to the covid 19 social distancing poster directly behind me). Subsequently, Elizabeth told me I need a face mask to enter the building, I showed her my mask, then she proceeded to re-enter the store. Because I stood in front of the poster, the cell phone was pointed towards me, and she did not ask me to move, or wait for me to move, it was indisputable she intentionally took a photo of me. Elizabeth’s behavior was nonetheless concerning and uncanny. As a result, I will no longer conduct business with Fedex.
Great customer service. Dropped off a piece of art for packing and shipping and they did a great job.
ZERO STAR! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Went in to have my art scanned. The place was a ghost town. I was ignored by the girl working the counter. She was having a personal conversation with a coworker. When she finally paid attention to me. I pulled my art from a protective album. The way she handled my art was like it was a bother. She smudge my art with her finger oils. I custom frame art for a living and I know all too well on how art should be handled. When I asked that she not touch the drawing she rolled her eyes. She refused to let me preview the scan she did. When I got home the quality of the scan was blurred from a dirty scanner lens along with smudged art! EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. When my own customers ask where to get scans and prints. I tell them to AVOID THE CLOVIS FEDEX!!!
Great customer service! I was using the self help printer and I was still greeted by the lady working the counter and asked if I needed help.
This is the worst service I ever have. My English is not that good. One of the worker who is pregnant, she is not helpful at all. I asked for help and she told me to do click something in the computer. So, I said “ Can you say it again? I don’t understand, my English is not good”. Then she started being rude to me and leave me without any help. I cannot believe she still has a job. If she cannot be a good service worker, they should not hire this lady. Worst!!!!! Don’t go!!!
Yesterday Kristo help me scanned, printing and save on the memory stick almost 200 documents. He is the best person who was very nice and understand what I needed.He deserves to be promoted.God bless him!!!
Dirk was so incredibly helpful with a portfolio I printed. I overlooked several mistakes (completely my fault) that involved a lengthy process of reprinting and rebinding and Dirk was so patient, helpful and professional. Excellent customer service - I will absolutely use this location again for all future printing needs.

I needed to get a package from Fresno to Las Vegas as quickly as possible. The agent on duty at the start of the day July 21 went out of his way to determine the most economical packaging method. Excellent customer service!

Very poor customer service, I had to mail prepaid box, Im told need new box because the original one is not good.they had to cut the bigger box in order to put my box on it and charge me for big heavy duty box. I believe have duty box even another box was not necessary at all.

I went to make copies and brought my own cardstock paper, you would think they give you a price for using your own paper versus charging you the full price for paper and print. The guy that helped me didnt know why the copier wasnt taking my cardstock so he said he will credit back the amount that it charged me for the first 10 pages. I checked out and printed the receipt from the printer and took it to the guy who helped me regarding my return...he looked at me and said he could no longer do the return because I had already printed my receipt. I looked at him puzzled because he did not mention anything about NOTprinting my receipt once finished. He then said...and I quote, I would need a managers approval and the manager is no longer here so I cant call him for this small credit. WOW!!! I told him if I was paying for it then I want to take the prints with me...eventhough I had no need for it. I wish I remembered the guys name...but I was NOT happy. What ever happend to the customer service there??
Easy to use self-service area where you can email your documents to be printed directly to the printer from your smartphone. Color pages are a little expensive however if you are only printing a couple, this is a good place that you can get in and out of quickly.

Crooks. Wouldnt take my boxes even though fully protected. Ive been shipping for years. Charged 20 dollars to re package. These guys are worthless.
