This was my first time visiting this site. I was very impressed. Jonathan was very helpful and polite.They were a little low on inventory after black Friday sales and its right before Christmas now... But I am still very impressed with their honesty and transparency about their inventory.Great prices too and they receive new inventory weekly, so Ill be checking back in to see what good deals they will stock.

We had bought a refrigerator from this place when we moved and from DAY 1 the refrigerator did not work. The sent a guy to come look at it and said it was the refrigerant so he out more in the refrigerator worked for a couple days and went out AGAIN we lost hundreds is dollars of our food! So we called the place and they wouldn’t answer so we had to go buy a BRAND NEW refrigerator. Then finally the place answered and told us that he’ll talk to the owner about giving us our refund. They haven’t called us back so we kept calling them and giving us problems saying that he won’t give us the owners number and such literally all we want is our money back. They are still refusing to talk to the owner and letting us know.
I have to admit...my first experience with one of the gentlemen that works at the TV Shop was not a good one. After buying a washer for my son and his family for a Christmas gift and ran into problem with the washer that took 16 days to get the problem resolved...thanks to Grant who came through with flying colors. He took the problem into his own hands (because the problem was in two other workers hands that Grant wasn’t fully aware of the situation...but once I gave him the details...he said he’d take care of it)...and he did. Told me if my husband and I had any problems or questions in the future...to contact him personally. Very professional. No cutting corners...he took care of it right away. Yes I would and plan to buy from there again...but it will only be through Grant...you give good customer service...then the customer will want to deal with the one who provides it. Unless Grants example of professionalism is not followed with the team...to produce good teamwork...then it gives the business a bad name. If you want to be fruitful in any business then you have to have integrity and carry out a good name that produces a reputation of people of their word. Customers will come in by the dozens. Hats off to you Grant. You deserve a raise. 👏👏👏🙏
DELIVERED ME A BROKEN WASHER TODAY THAT WAS TOLD THEY TEST AND ARE IN WORKING ORDER. SUDDENLY NO REFUNDS! WAS NEVER TOLD THAT OR MADE AWARE AND MANAGER UNWILLING TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE! Seems to me like bad business practice. I work customer service I know how it goes. Washer breaks I get it not their fault. Washer delivered broken - 100% their fault. Until this is resolved I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Buyers beware** update** I called their technician out who says it’s a bad control board*** if you test an item how did it get delivered with a bad control board! I walked into a store to purchase a working set for my family.
Purchased a TV from them, took almost two months to come in when they stated it would come in in two weeks. We get the TV and when we took it home we noticed as we turned it on that there was a pixel out you can only see when the TV is powering on with no picture. When they showed me the TV, they already had it on so there was no way to see the damage on the screen. I recommend you ask to turn TV on and Off before you take it home. When I called in to let them know, Grant stated that there was no way to prove the damage did not happen at my home. TV Shop will tell you every lie in the book about the arrival of your TV... people commenting below are all pretty accurate also... BE CAREFUL!!!! Picture shown may not seem like a lot of damage, but in person it is very noticeable.
Great customer service, Brett is awesome. Very good selection for the type of shop it is. Stock is rotated out pretty quick, if they dont have what you want in stock they can get it in a day or two. Warranty work is top notch.
They sold us a broken dryer and refused to honor their warranty or refund us our money. We reported it the same day we bought it. Ive messaged them several times on Facebook asking for a resolution. They ended up blocking me from messaging or commenting. Honestly wouldnt do business again. There have been several similar complaints recently. If you like to gamble your money go ahead and shop with them.Edit: they have changed their name to appliances pros to try and escape all of the bad reviews. Theyre now on ashlan and valentine. Do not buy from them
I am shocked at the negative reviews. I bought my TV about 2 1/2 years ago and I love it! I was offered an open or never been opened box, of course I chose the never been open box due to their is always a risk when buying a open box TV so I paid a little more and have been very happy with my TV. I am actually going back to purchase a refrigerator today or tomorrow. Grant was extremely patient and helpful with me when I purchased my TV. I would definitely recommend this place!!

I would of gave a five star, but the tv I bought came without a control, and cable for the power. But overall the price is good.Update on my purchase the tv only lasted a couple of months then it didn’t work.
Just bought a TV and it didn’t come with a TV stand??? Mom went back and he “checked” the other boxes and couldn’t find the missing part. He said it would take 2-3 days to get shipped from warehouse. Now I have a tv laying on its side. Buyer beware they have a good selection but the boxes aren’t the tv being sold inside them. Make sure all the pieces are there before you buy.
Limited on options. I tried purchasing a TV and just stood there waiting even after I told one of the sales men I wanted a certain tv. Not worth the drive.
I stopped by this place about 3weeks ago, early in the morning to purchase a TV. The service here was ridiculous. I told the employee what I was looking for & was given the cold shoulder. I get it, not a lot of people walk in early in the morning and & ready to purchase a TV. So I was more specific about what I wanted & the features I was looking for, maybe that would get him up off his seat and help me out more, but no. Didn’t seem intrigued by the fact that I was trying to help a small, private business instead of walking to Best Buy. It was a WIN situation for me as I took a drive & ended up finding a GREAT DEAL on a 75in. 4KUHD LG tv.
Horrible got a rain check was told 10-14 days its been longer I have called 3 times and they tell me first come.first serve and my ticket number is 001 and still nothing asked for a refund they said no sales r final and he hung up on me when I told him u basically broke a contract and no updates saying it could be longer. Ridiculous! And wont let me speak to a manger above him or the owner. Very poor service said hes not paid to sit there and be yelled at when I want even yelling. And told me hes gonna continue to hang up and ignore my calls because he doesnt like that I speak my opinion on them ripping me off!
Drove all the way over from West Fresno area from all the Facebook postings and words of mouth. Johnny was there and very, very nice and even though what I wanted wasnt there, he was willing to make me a great deal on the next best thing. However, I had went online and got pre-approved for $2500 + but was told the pricing was different if I went that route. Needless to say I left and well probably just go purchase a unit at Costco or Best Buy since I can use their cards and get same price. I was really excited from all the Facebook postings and shares but ultimately left empty handed. I guess not all social media is worth the drive.....
By far the worse place to work with. The owner is so unprofessional. Everything is good until they sell you a defective TV. They try to lie their way out of all of their mistakes. The TVs are in poor condition and are not priced that great anyway. Save yourself the headache and just spend the little extra and buy New from a reputable company. This place is a joke.
I bought a small 32 in Vizio for my bedroom/office in August 2018. It worked until November 2018, had all kinds of colors running through it. I wasnt able to take it in until Jan 27, 2019 because I had left shoulder replacement November 6th and 2 days later I had a heart attack.It is now April 12, 2019 and still no TV. I have called several times starting a couple of weeks after taking it in. Grant would always tell me the same thing. They only had 1 repairman because someone quit and they were running behind. I even stopped by the store several times, Grant always had the same story. I called Monday, April 8th at 1:30 and was told they were going to check on status(parts ordered, etc) and would call me later that day. Well no call so I just called them today Friday, April 12th at 2:15 & was told Grant no longer worked there and they would get a status, leave message for owner and get back to me, so here I am 2 months 16 days w/o my TV and still getting the run around. At this point I believe Ive been taken advantage of and intend to file a complaint with BBB.Rose Noyes

Took In A Tv About 4 Months Ago And They Said They Will call Back In 3 Weeks To Give Me An Update And I Called Them To Ask About The Tv and They Didn’t Have No Clue If They Wer Working On It Or Not It’s Gonna Be ALMOST 4 MONTHS And I Still Dnt Kno Anything About My TV! They Say They Will Call You To Give You An Update And I Always Call And They Say The Same Thing Over And Over, “We Will Call U Back Tomorrow To Let You Know About Your Tv.” And I Never Get A Call. I Knew A Couple Of People Who Wanted To Go Ther To Get Ther TV Fixes Bt Decided Not To Due To My Current Situation.. I HONESTLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Tried to get a Tv on their open box black Friday deal. They had no tvs in stock at that price so they offered a rain check and told me that they would be honoring them by Nov. 28th. After 30 days of promises that they would be in any day, I finally went in to get a refund or my Tv. Grant told me that they had none in stock and that they would call me. After being lied to several times I was fed up and wanted a refund, which he told me he could not due because all sales were final. After I had to explain to him that a raincheck is a promisary note and is not considered a sale, he then sat behind his counter telling me that i was threatening him. I finally had to call the police and my lawyer and they FINALLY gave me a refund. I wish they didnt push me so far. I would reccomend to NEVER do business with these people. I basically paid them to waste my time.
I purchased the TV from this company on Black Friday not even a week later my TV went out I took my TV back to him they told me give him a week or two Im now going over a month and I still have no TV I talk to them on a Wednesday and they said they have my TV by Friday it is now Saturday and then theyre telling me Ill have it by Monday all I have is gotten the runaround from this company their TVs are cheap but they go out within a month of owning them I highly recommend never purchasing a TV from this company
