I guess I dealt with the old staff cuz I had brought my govt cell into store and it was damaged so no problem I paid 25 dollars for a new govt cell but at that time I was told the current cell I have was iffy, internet works wen it wants to speaker mic same so anyways I guess what I was not told by the old staff mgr lady there was a grace period to 45 days well living in a diff town was very hard to make it over there and now I gotta pay another 25 to replace this hunk of junk so maybe would of rated better if I was told more of store policy and so on ..

I strongly reccomend this store for all your cell phone needs...the staff are all friendly and ready to help you with any questions and queries you may have. There manager Amber taylor is especially helpful and more than happy to help you, I would happily return again.
