I WAS SERVED TO MY SATISFACTION N EFFICIENTLY. I WAA PLEASED FROM THIS STANDPOINT, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE PHONE IS NOT TE)LLING YOU IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
I arrived at the store to replace a phone that was damaged and was helped by Morgan Larkins. She was the most courteous sales person I have seen in several years. She was able to resolve my problem in under 5 minutes and it a very pleasant experience.
Came before lunch. They were short on help but they were very helpful. They helped me decide on a new phone and plan.
The young man that helped me this morning at the Clinton, MS C-Spire store was kind, and quick to get my phone going. He was a very polite gentleman.
Dont ever pay cash. Even if it is a recognized return/refund it takes 4 days or better to get your money back. The Clinton store staff initially said they could get it from the kiosks but didnt. They wanted to collect it over the day and call me to come pick it up.. That day I asked if I could come back on Monday due to work and not being able to hang around in town to wait. not give the refund if they have counted They said they would call having to wait until enough cash was on hand.. No one called Monday or Tuesday so I went to the location at 615pm, end of day surely they had taken in enough cash but still no luck. Staff was counting down their till due to discussed plans to leave at 645 and said they did not have it again. Wednesday I was called just after 5pm arrived about 6 and had to wait till closing. There was so much fake smoosimg in the beginning to ensure repeat business but by 634pm Wednesday even that was gone. It all started because unlike other carriers you cant talk and use all other phone capabilities like email, downloads etc. You have to end calls. O work out in the field and collect info for work which makes the smart phone functions necessary. Customer driven Na

This place has excellent customer service that is very helpful when you are needing help. Although lines are long, you will get the attention you need very quickly. I recommend C Spire at anytime with dealing with your phone.

I prefer going to this location. Staff is very friendly! I usually ask for Ms Shannon Bohannon, but she was busy when I visited on 02.23.18. Mr. Tyrone (?), assisted me & he was very helpful, professional & courteous, but I prefer dealing with the same agent if at all possible!
Nice store but its only an authorized retail outlet and not operated by c-spire so if you pay your bill there they add a fee.

The absolute worse customer service ever! Ive tried this location several times for convenience, and each time Im reminded why I hate to stop at this location. The reps speak to you and treat you like its a bother for them to be at work. The answer to ever issue about billing, equipment or service is they cant help. I go right over to the Cspire on Hwy 80 to get overly accommodated and sincere appreciation for being a loyal customer.
When I first purchased my phone, I was very satisfied. My wife and I both got the family plan. When dealing with customer service after I got my phone, I had a VERY unpleasant experience with an associate who refused to give her name. Her employee # was 38447. I will be changing back to ATT as soon as possible.
Sold me my phone so happy came in today fixed what I messed up on my phone so pleased and did it all with a smile so overwhelmed made me feel I was his only customer even though the building was full o I will never switch again so overjoyed with cspire
I needed to add a line to my already existing plan. The lady at the store that helped me was very nice and helped me do just that. She informed that I needed to change my plan because the one I had was outdated and that if I wanted to add a line I could no longer use the old plan. She told me that my bill would be $120 a month. My first bill was $210 and my second bill was $169 a month. I called their customer service and tried to ask why my bill was so much and they basically told me that the lady at the store was wrong and that I would have to eat it. Cspire is a greedy, money hungry, terrible company that blatantly lies to get customers to sign up. Once you are signed up they can basically do whatever they want with you. The lady at the store in Clinton is a liar as I am sure all their reps are and their customer service just does not care. I would recommend you go somewhere else, but honestly they are probably all this bad.

I had to go out of town for work and my company phone was giving me trouble (battery), I think. I stopped by the Clinton MS store and the people were absolutly rude. Basically told me that she may not get to me tonight and there were people in front of me, which I could see. I was ok to wait for assitance, but I gurantee I will be changing my service and the rest of my families, including our business lines. I cannot stand rude people that do not want to do their job. You hate working a CSpire then get a new job but you just cost the company a lot of money considering we have 51 employees. Great Job lady. Job well done.
They fixed my phones without a problem.
