There isnt someone up front to sign guest in so you end up standing at the front of the store not knowing where to go or how many people are waiting ahead of you, which helps if you need to decide whether sign in or come back later. The techs are very helpful.

My experience here could have been better. One of the staff was great in helping me in my original reason for visiting, which was to setup a new phone. When I went back, however, the same day to report an issue with the SIM card not working in the new phone the staff member that helped the first time had left. The manager there at the time wasnt much help in helping me and seemed to be trying to get me out the store fast versus offering options and solutions to help.

I usually go to this particular store but today they made me mad so no I wont be coming back there. I understand its holiday hours going on but it was still another hour before they closed. Anyway, I pull up to the store the security guard keeps looking out the window walking away & coming back to see what Im doing. I walk up to the door with my mask on & the guard opens the door while we have a small conversation outside of why I cant come in to be serviced. He said you have to make an appointment and after 3pm they arent serving anyone because we close @ 4pm today. I said okay I understand closing early but making an appointment I wasnt aware. How was I supposed to know? He says I dont know thats what they told me to say. I said you know what okay and I turned and left. Never again Clinton!

Horrible experience at this Verizon. We waited in line for 2 hours and they kept helping the people behind us. Super frustrating. To top this off the staff was hugging costumers with no regard for the prevention of COVID. I will never be back to this store.

I visited the Verizon store in Clinton Maryland today to pick up my new phone. I was greeted by the representative named Nikki this young lady was very professional and had very great outstanding customer service skills. Nikki assisted me with all my needs of transferring to a new phone. I appreciated her service so much she will make you come in there and get a new phone even if you dont need it. Again thank you so much for your assistance Nikki. You are my shero.

Terrible service, was pushed to buy a new phone - but decided I didnt want one. Went back to activate my old phone and return the new phone, I was told we dont activate old phones and I can contact tech to do that. Went to another verizon location in DC, got the help I needed, activated my old phone back on the account. Really frustrated with the service, starting from customer reps interaction, gave me a wrong phone case, also sold me two cases that I didnt need. Will be going back to cancel all transactions here - highly recommend to look elsewhere for Verizon needs!

Waited 40 minutes for service, they didnt enter my name in their wait list correctly, so I ended up waiting until people who came in after me to be assisted. No apology, no courtesy, and they didnt seem to understand I wanted to get a new phone, not upgrade an existing one. I tried to explain it 3 times, each time they told me I wasnt eligible for upgrade, and they couldnt understand I wanted a new phone on a new line in addition to what I already had. Avoid this place at all costs.

I wanted to leave a comment for Nikki, my first time great experience at any Verizon store. I have been a verizon customer for over 15 years and this is the best experience Ive ever had, she was awesome and I would recommend Nikki to anyone.

Salesperson did not seem to want our business. He seemed to get disinterested when he found that we did not qualify as veterans or first responders. Did not offer us the senior citizen deal now being advertised even after making it clear that we were well qualified for it.

Reading these reviews, these employees don’t get enough credit! When I first came to this store about 6 months ago to purchase my phone, Nikki helped me. Very informative having all answers to all my questions. I came back to add a line and was helped by Saeed. Unfortunately they didn’t have my phone in the store, but he ordered and told me to come back once I received them, so he can get me set up. Unfortunately there was a problem adding my new line. Through no fault of his own! Even though I was in the store for longer then expected, Saeed never gave me the impression that he was rushing. He actually had the patience when I didn’t, to get my service up and running before I left the store. Saeed and Nikki was very engaging and made it a delight to even have met them. I will be going back to them FOR ALL MY VERIZON NEEDS! Even if it’s to pay a bill. Everyone is friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable about their products. If you are not satisfied when you leave this store, then you should check yourself.. Because that staff deserves 5 stars each!

This is the worst Verizon store I ever been. I was a loyalty Verizon customer for more then 7years.. When one day I decide to take advantage of the promotion where you trade your old phone and get $300 on the purchase of a new phone, I try to add my wife new line with my.. So when I first enter the store note that there where more people there that day that before.. After talked to one of the Verizon seller and manager of the store and chose the phone that I want.. They ask me if I what to buy any accessories I denied then buying any cause Verizon price on screen protector or accessories to high.. When I came from my car to give the phone and explained to used the $300 on the purchase of the new phone they told me that they where going to give me the accessories free.. So I Took them.. After wait for more then 1hour so they can get the phone activated I run out cause I was going late to work and find out that my phone is not receive/or transmit any calls.. It took me all afternoon calling customer service to get my phone working again.. After got my phone working and check my Verizon bill online found that the $300 of the trade show only 200 and there is a charge on 100 for accessories that I didnt authorize..when to the store next day talk to manager George Williams who after explain what happened told me that my phone that trade is gone and he can give my money back.. I said yes.. After 2weeks today I when and talk to manager of the store George Williams to find out that he didnt said that And I can get my phone or money back, how you lie on your own customer..? Also that day I when he said those guys that help me are not from the store there doing training.. Im very disappoint with Verizon what they did to me is illegal,to charge accessories that I didnt want it.. No more Verizon ..

Verizon in Clinton is the worst and they are the reason I switch my service... The customer service stinks... I was there almost two weeks ago with my sister to purchase a prepaid phone and for some reason after paying and being there for about 3 hours for the phone they could not complete the activation so they had us to leave the phone and come back the next day... This was Sunday, I return on the next day and stay about an hour and still no activation so the young said take the phone home and turn it on in the morning and it should be fine... Well, I did that and still no service so I call the cooperate office and they tried to walk me thru and still no luck... Ok its been three days so I decided to return the phone but they only wanted to give me a partial refund and mail the other part because I wrote a check... I still have not received my money... I called to today and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then someone hug the phone up... Sick of them ... So today on 11/19/2018 I call and was told by corporate that its in the system that I received two separate refunds that day( unbelievable) I said no, so that mean someone is stealing and taking advantage of the customers... This is the Clinton MD store and I can not believe what has taken place here... I let them know I will be going to small claims court even tho its a small amount ... Let them lie under oath... I am a 62 year old female and I dont have time for such fraudulent transactions as this... If they did it to me this is not the first time... Today I went to Verizon after work and the young lady Sherry was in there so I bought it to her attention about what took place and at first she stood there and look at me and I kept talking so she did not denie it .... Then she got this other guy and they were asking to see my receipt to get the number off of it, I told them no I will read you the order number and thats what I did... Then they ask me to verify my sister address which I dont know what that had to do with it... Then the guy said it take six weeks for your refund and I said no she said 2 weeks and she just stood there looking, then they both walk away... I heard them say something about giving me my refund back in cash and they did today... My question is why did I go thru all of this over a prepaid phone... Im telling you something is not right going on in that store in Clinton... It needs to be looked into.. Please be sure to check your transactions carefully if you go into this store especially older people....

Had us waiting for over 30 minutes because one associate didnt want to do an AOL. After going to a different associate, she couldnt do the AOL because the system wouldnt let her. This took another 15 minutes to figure out before she finally told us she couldnt do it. -.-

Upon arrival we asked to speak to a manager about our bill. The manger referred us to a representative that did not seem to understand our questions. The last time we visited we were quoted a bill that was $20 less than what we were billed. The manager didn’t seem to understand our question and kept telling us that the fees were the fcc and federally regulated. Lies...had to to call to get our bill resolved.

I have visited this location several times and I feel that the customer service is the worst. I went in yesterday regarding the recall on my Galaxy Note 7 and when going into the store the rep that helped me was plesent but I feel that he did not try and find out all the options to get me a replacement phone. When I left and came back that same day while talking to customer relations the manager said that whatever customer relations said we could do in the store we cannot but customer relations was doing it. Then when it came to looking for a new device the geltmen at the counter was no help and he basically looked at me in a few words like pick a phone and come on. He was not pleasant and was mad that customer relations helped fixed my issue.That location has never had good service and I try to avoid it at all cost. They are always trying to rush you out of the store without really trying to fix your problem and make sure the customer is happy... They all need retraining in customer service. I have been in that field for 11 years and its bad at that location....
