Thank you to Alexis for her kindness and efforts to help. I came down from Kansas City to talk with someone who might care a bit more. I had been offered a free phone with the promotion. They took my phone and then told me they didnt have it so i would have to pay for my new phone. I had already paid $800 for the phone i gave them, not too long ago. TCC was the retailer and they refused to fix the situation. I went higher up, etc - nothing. I then contacted the District Attorney (Consumer Protection) and the Better Business Bureau. Just yesterday i received notice that they reimbursed me for my lost phone. Will see. They have made several arrangements with me throughout this process (started in April) and then changed their minds. I will know more when i get my next bill ;^) Thanks again Alexis.

Rude, arrogant and ignorant told me all Samsung phones cause home wifi not to work . She must be an iPhone fan. How can you sell 1000 dollar phones with zero tech knowledge. Maybe your sales associates should at least have a 2 year community college degree.

Alexis spent almost 2 hours helping us and Nathan did the same last week. While Alexis was helping us other staff members were keeping our 5 yr old occupied drawing. 😊 OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Ive worked in customer service my entire working experience. When there is an upset customer you try to see what the issue is and how you can help.The experience I received was that there was no care about losing a customer. That says a lot right there.

I dropped my phone in the Lake and went in to get a replacement, Nick was very friendly and tried to get me a good trade. When I left I was told if I didnt like it to come trade within 14 days. I got back home and this phone does not have any service at my house on calls, I have never had this issue with any other phone. So I took it back the following Wednesday and was going to pay difference to get another phone. He took phone over to Im assuming his manager and after an hour she came over and said we cant take this back it has tiny scratches on back so I gave you a new SIM card and thats all I can do. So now Im stuck with a phone that doesnt work for 900.00.
The staff member i interacted with was extremely rude demonstrated zero desire to be helpful and was an unpleasant person to be around. I would drive hours to go to a Verizon location other than this one again.
Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had and the manager was EXTREMLY RUDE. I would not even recommend this place to my enemies. Cricket is way better and Im glad i didnt switch!!!

We went to the Clinton Verizon Store yesterday because my husbands cell phone just quit working. The young man who greeted us there was Tyler Allen. Tyler checked out the phone, keeping us advised of his findings as he worked. He advised us to invest in a new phone since this one could not be fixed to work for more than perhaps an hour. My husband hated to part with the phone, so Tyler gave it a temporary fix. He also went over the various phones and advantages of each. This was after listening carefully to WHY my husband liked the phone, and what features were important to him. He told us if we needed him the next day to give him a call and he would come right in. He gave us his phone number. No other representative in all our long history with Verizon has ever done this! He put absolutely NO pressure on us, which we appreciated very much. As we left, my husband noted that the cell phone was indeed working. He turned it off. The next day the phone accepted a text and very little else and went back into Dead mode. When we were ready to go to Clinton, we gave Tyler a call. We left him a voice message, which he answered quickly and was very soon meeting with us at the Verizon Store in Clinton. We were there a couple of hours while he terminated the current cell phone service and added the new phone. He also helped us find the right cover for the new phone, as well as the cover for the face of the phone. He fitted the phone up for us, and did a perfect job! I should mention that we are definitely Senior Citizens, but Tyler didnt behave as if that bothered him at all. He was kind, friendly, informative, knowledgeable about his product, and really good at creating a great experience for us with purchasing the new phone with accessories. He also told us about purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Tablet, and we decided to take advantage of that also. Normally we dread the whole phone is dead so now we have to replace it process. Not this time! Tyler made it painless and even fun. We feel that we got a great deal without any heartburn involved! Thank you so much, Tyler! Verizon you have got a real keeper!
Hello just wanted to say thank you to your wonderful employee Brandon in sales at your Clinton MO store, and tell you what an awesome representative he is for your company! It doesnt matter how many times I stop by to ask him questions about my new phone that Brandon sold to my son and I for me, he is always quick and courteous in his service! Went in to upgrade from my iPhone X to the new 11 pro, Alexis Duffy made the process seamless and pleasant. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in years.
On Saturday, my husband and I went in to get him a new phone. He wanted a Droid Z Play. While we were there, we worked with Stephanie. She was very professional and helped us add the new phone with no complications. My husband is very rough on phones, so he needs a very tough case. They told us Saturday that there was not an OtterBox for the Z Play, but we thought we had seen some on Amazon so we bought the phone anyway. Turns out they were right, imagine that. So today, Tuesday, we went in and returned the phone. While there, we worked with Quinn. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about their phones and gave suggestions of phones my husband may want to look into since he is so rough on them. Quinn processed our return without any hassle or complications. Another worker, Brandon, even helped Quinn make sure we got a return on the accessory we purchased for the phone. Stephanie also called us to make sure everything was okay with the phone we returned and that we were happy. Our experience here was great/painless and I would highly recommend working with Stephanie, Quinn, or Brandon.

I came in to upgrade my phone. We ran into trouble with the Verizon Bureaucracy. Preston went above beyond the call of duty to make sure I got going. I was awe struck by the customer at this locatiom. I cannot reccomend this store or Verizon highly enough. I will definitely be back and ask for Preston everytime.
