Went in to upgrade my wifes phone and Logan assisted us. He was very helpful with everything needed. He even help us get into a better service plan which will cost us less Than we were currently paying.

This place is very nice! The sales gal was very knowledgeable. And, I was happy with the way she handled my hubbys line of questions. Sometimes he can be a handful. He gets an idea stuck in his head and thats the only thing he can hear. (He presents as a head injury after 2 brain surgeries to correct epilepsy.)She reiterated what I have said repeatedly and although not happy, he heard what she said. I THANK HER FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!

I was having problems accessing a few accounts on my Android phone. I took it in to Verizon in Clinton iowa, Alex explained it was an Android issue..depressed a few keys and I was back in business. I wanted to thank ALex for her professional and easy approach to my vexing problem.

Customers service sucked at the 2nd street. Branch the lady acted like she didnt want to was having trouble with my phone... very rude....... justin from the Lincolnway office rocks on the other hand..he was very helpful when my son and I were in there Sunday....

I hated this place took them forever to get me out of there will never go back there. I go to the other one on the other end of town.

These girls who work at the 2nd St. location are real detail oriented and really made me feel comfortable in the store during this whole COVID-19 Pandemic situation we are currently dealing with. They are very responsible making sure things are sanitized between customers and really make you feel comfortable during my whole visit to the store. They explained every aspect of my purchase very well, and went through everything very thoroughly. Thanks for everything and will be a returning customer for sure!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We just tried to pay our bill here and the employees were just chatting amongst themselves. This place always has rude women working and never seems to help us. They act as if we are a burden on them or are interrupting thier lives. HIRE BETTER FN PEOPLE!-5 STARS

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive experienced in 10 years. A new low. Not helpful in most of my many return trips for assorted issues. The website is even worse than the indifference Ive experienced in the store! I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. Unfortunate individuals who are forced to finally break down and drive here for customer service, because the online help is so incredibly poor/ nonexistent, Be Warned! It doesnt get better. Shop around, Verizon doesnt care about customer loyalty!

McKenna was super helpful. Bit of a wait at first but totally worth it. Helped me pick out and set up 5 phones for me and my small hoarde of children, walked me through all the parental control stuff, AND switched my number over from Straight Talk. Her and her coworker were super patient and friendly. Even estimated what the total cost would be within like $10. 5 stars all around.

Never much help last few time I went in was given 800 number for customer service and no real help in person I’m done with Verizon and don’t think I will come back anytime soon. At Clinton locations you can trade in phones can’t even pay my bill on my disconnected line so what good is a local store if they have no valuable help. And the 800 number for customer service offers a nice 30+min wait too grade a from the “largest” carrier.

The employees here have always been very friendly and helpful. I have never experienced any high pressure sales tactics. I would definitely suggest this group of people to anyone looking for a new carrier, or help with their phone.
