I asked them to look at one thing on my car. They respond your tires and brakes are bad... I just bought new tires last November. So I figure fine, Ill go somewhere else with my business. I show up to get my car, doors are locked. Everyone has left, its 4:30 they close at 5. I call the office, no response. Now I have no vehicle for a weekend because this company has no responsibility and no respect for potential customers.

I found the gold standard auto repair shop in Clinton, IA, but with competitive rates. Muncks is the only business I will take my vehicles to. Honest, professional, courteous, and the repairs are timely. It is a nice feeling to find a business you can trust.

Very short on phone, wont mount and balance any tire not bought from them. Wanted to pay them to do the other 2 on my car with the tires I already have and set up my full sized spare, and do an alignment. You know just get everything I need done at one time and one place, and pay for services rendered. Like I said after asking, short, denied, and attitude for even considering asking them to do my work. But I can bring it to them for the alignment once I get the tires done elsewhere. Like thats about to happen.

Will not use brand new part that I just bought and want to try charging $600 to $800 dollars to replace a rubber line and to brake lines stupid people never will use these money hungry people.

Took my Ford F 150 in to have the IWE changed on the drivers side. They do a great job. Prices are fair and they are very knowledgeable. Ive had them work on all my vehicles in the past and you cant go wrong. We are lucky to have a shop like this in town.

My wife locked BOTH SETS of HER KEYS in HER CAR today and I am somehow responsible for that even though she started the car and got out and it locked. Like I have magic airwave powers while I sleep in the recliner. Anyway I made a call to Muncks Auto and she had her keys in her hand in 20 minutes. Thank you Muncks for easing the pain.

Their prices are competitive and their work is decent, however it took them two days to make repairs that was supposed to take two hours. That Heather at the front desk had very lacking customer service skills. If they did not have time to do the work they should not have taken the job.

My last two repairs were done in one day, and the rate was reasonable.will continue using Muncks.

Was told they could fix my cars heating issue, they gave an estimate and we set up an appointment for them to do the work only for them to call a couple of hours later saying they wouldnt do it now because they dont know if the engine is damaged from the issue and because my car is an older vehicle. Will never go to them again. They were recommended as, Im told they do great work. But I wont be recommending them.Very dissatisfied.
