Horrible horrible experience. The guy in the front had a horrible attitude I don’t know if it’s because of the fact that I’m a woman or because I’m black but he was really dismissive and rude. They did bad work also. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I got my tires done and had a warranty. They ended up having to change my axel or whatever and my car left SCREECHING. Very low quality. Please do not come here . I won’t even come to fulfill my warranty if I need to. This place is horrible yall please do not come here. Horrible quality and customer service

I. I purchased a car from Wilsons almost 1.75 yrs ago. Since Ive had the car all my service has been thru them. Very friendly, knowledgeable on the complete. Keeps you informed of progress. I will never use this place again. The guy that owns it is rude and untrustworthy . They put new tires on my wifes truck . The tires were the wrong size. They hit/rubbed on the inner fender well. Even after showing them the owner said they were the right size. I held my ground and made him put the right tires on. With that said this was a while ago but it still happened .

I live locally near this auto care place and been a loyal customer for years. but they keep getting away from quality service and knowledgeable technicians. I had new tires install and ever front end coponate replace and ask for a front in alignment and I got got nothing near that. My vehicle was return to me saying work was done properly but my vehicle after a left or right hand turn would try and turn again that same way.I took it back the next business day and they told me they would have to replace my brakes, rotors and rear struts to fix my alignment issue that was not as severe as it is now after they service it.You may want to ask what the small fees at the bottom of your ticket since they charge everyone disposel fee for any ticket work.I would no recommend them for service or there auction vehicle sales.

I called to get two new tires and an oil change and was able to make an appointment that afternoon; Cody was great, very polite and helpful; I highly recommend this family owned business

Rude. I came in to have my tire checked due to the low tire pressure light continuously coming on after putting air in it. The man didnt explain to me what they did and just told me $29. Ok so I asked was the tire patched and he says yes mam aggressively like it was a problem and that was the only way they do it because of warranty. How was I supposed to know that? No worries because you wont get my business again.

Called my work trash work because I came in with used tires at 2:30 on a Friday. I told the owner, Marc Wilson that he could’ve told me no or to come back Monday if he felt that way. He gave a sorry a** apology because I heard him. He thought I couldn’t hear his remarks since I had AirPods in. He was sorry for being heard and not what he said. He also made remarks while I was sitting there about a woman buying tires at 5pm on a Friday.. WELL! She and her husband were pulling an RV and were from out of state. They probably didn’t plan to buy tires on a Friday at 5pm. He made these remarks with customers in the lobby. What kind of customer service is that?

They just sit there and let time go by. I watched as my car sat in one spot for a hour when they fixed one part of my car in 15 minutes. It shouldn’t take a hour to get rest of the job done. Even if I was to wait for a spot to open, they did not communicate this with me. No communication and wasting a lot of time

So grateful for Mr. Wilsons kindness, honesty, and expertise whenever we bring our cars in for service. He was an incredible resource for us as well when we were looking to buy a used vehicle a few months ago. He has been in the car business for close to 40 years! Brought my car in for what I thought I needed — a tire rotation. Fortunately, they noticed that my two rear tires had lumps in them and that’s what was causing my problems. They replaced those tires and now my car drives smooth as silk! Their price was extremely reasonable, and their service was quick. I highly recommend Wilson’s. AAA+++ WHO DAT!

Wilsons has great service and good prices. Locally owned, this small shop will give you an oil change and tire rotation pretty quick. There is a nice air conditioned waiting area to read, get some work finished, or watch whatever is on the TV. Over eight years, Wilsons has always been honest, and offered me options for my car repair. Their mechanics are talented and reasonable.

Had an alignment done. When the mechanic was finished working, he pulled it off the rack, parked it, and never test drove it. They added a fee to my bill without telling me.When I left the shop, I noticed my truck had a pull to the left. Of course I called the shop to tell them, to which they told me it was a mechanical problem I would have to get fixed. Long story short, the front end had all new parts on it, which is why it was getting an alignment. I informed him of this, he suggested I needed new tires. Tires on the truck were less than six months old 😂Anyway, I took it to a mechanic, he looked over it and insisted it had a bad alignmentTook it back to Wilsons, told them what my mechanic said, THE OWNER came to me and suggested I need to have (you cant make this up) my tires rotated. He told me the camber was off on that wheel. I told him I would agree if he showed me the numbers the alignment machine said on paper. He agreed, but said he was too busy to do the work on the truck that day. Long story short, they never got around to checkingAnyways, I got tired of dealing with it, so I took the truck to Obies, who spent a couple of hours looking at everything. Came to the same conclusion as my first mechanic : bad alignmentTo summerize, they did a bad alignment on my truck, and then blamed anything else they could think of rather than fix their mistake. The tires on that truck were brand new, now the front tires are worn wrong and I totally blame this shop. Id give zero stars if I could

Lived in Clinton for the most part of my life and never looked at this place but Im glad my uncle reminded me about it. Despite a minor miscommunication overall I had a good experience. The owner was on site and was very generous, so was the guy who helped me out at the front counter. Went to get 2 new front tires and and alignment but had and unexpected repair. They called, told me exactly what it was, they had the part on hand and replaced it as well. I did have to leave it overnight but my car was ready the next morning. Fair price for the work and it needed to be done so I thank them and I will definitely be back for rear tires or any other front end work I need done on my vehicle.

Marc Wilson is the best mechanic! He is incredibly knowledgeable about cars and has always taken great care of any car problem I have had. We have been taking our cars to him for over 25 years. He helps us to keep up with regular maintenance and solve any other problems we have. We have also bought several cars from him and they have each been a success. I HIGHLY recommend Wilson Tire and Auto Care.

I was traveling from Missouri to Mobile when I discovered my tire was worn to a dangerous level. Mr. Wilson took one look and told me my car needed an alignment as well. He replaced my tire and completed the alignment in a timely fashion which allowed me to reach my destination on time. I highly recommend his service.

I went there very recently and the person who presented himself as the owner had no customer service skills..He looked down or away the whole time he was talking to me..I was told to bring my car in and I would get a price..I gave him my keys and was told to wait...The owner came to me with a price for the part I wanted to put on and another part plus labor..I told him I had the part I asked to be put on in the car that I didn’t need their part..he came back after adding 50.00 more dollars for labor than at first and 50.00 for putting my car on some type of machine which I didn’t ask for.. I reminded him that he did not tell me that he was putting my car on a machine and I was not going to pay him 50.00...I was told to get off his property twice and was called several names...so if you are female and/or nonwhite save yourself a trip, this is a ripoff!!!! My husband and I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone!!

I use them since they are close by. Wish they wouldnt leave the TV in their waiting area on fox news...or news at all. Put it on cooking shows or animal shows, things that wont upset people or mention politics.

So 47.50 for a used tire. Are $90 hours for a new tire. I explained my situation and told them that I was riding around with steel belts sticking out of my front tire I have health issues so would they exchange over my spare tire which was laying in the back of my truck and put it on the front tire for me. I was told that they would but they would be a $20 charge for that. I will never darken their doorstep ever again.

They got my oil change taken care of quickly, and both of the employees I encountered were polite and friendly.

Knowledgeable, yet personal service

Went there today because my car was leaking water on my floor board. It was do to a stopped up av drain valve. He charged me $75 dollars just to blow it out, and sent me on my way. When I made it home I found out he didnt correct the problem. I had to argue the fact that he didnt do the job. So he eventually had me come back a second time. And still did nothing. Told me to have the floor cleaned before they could check my drain which is located on the outside of the car. So I did just that. When I came back he looked at it and told me that they had to remove the dash. I had to show his mechanic where the drain was and when he cleaned it. About a half gallon of water run out. There mechanics suck. I will never go here for nothing again. I wouldnt eleven but a tire. Oh and when I left the didnt close my hood all the way. Glad I caught it before it was to late.

Will never use these folks again, they need to remove the Ten Commandments posted outside the establishment, not practicing what they preach!! These folk are not honest, will quote you a price over the phone and when the job is done it is completely different. They are a bunch of crooks, preying on the innocent people, especially older people and college students. It is ridiculous to charge $27.81 for plugging a tire, by the way they didnt have to find the hole in the tire, the nail was still in it, the hole was visible. The guy had the audacity to tell me he would lock my car up if I didnt come up with the money, he even told me he could let the air out of my tire if I want to go elsewhere. BTW I know $27.81 is not a lot of money, (it is for fixing a flat) it is the principle. They get a ZERO rating from me. #neverstepfootinwilsontire

My first visit for possible tire service/alignment.( Free alignment check with coupon - otherwise its about $47 just to see what might be wrong he says)... The older guy seemed as though he didnt wanna help even though he answered a couple of questions. He did drive the vehicle and said its not the tires but a mechanical issue. When I decided not to get any work done he just dropped the keys in my hand without a thank you for stopping by, nor a hope we can help you next time.....nothing....they sounded like they were on a hurry to see mr leave. And I Did Never to return...

Bought a set of tires and got free lifetime rotation. When they took the wheel off they said the lug was stripped. Not we stripped the lug, like it magically stripped itself.They put the nut on the lug when they put the tire on, so either way they messed up the lug. But even a moron knows the lug is stripped when the nut is put on, and they put it on.He told me that this on is on the house, but not the next one. Nah... no thanks. You strip my lug and make it sound like its something that happens all the time. And then you tell me in a round about way that if you do it again Ill have to pay to fix it.I only went there because the rotation was free. This on top of them aligning my front end on another vehicle and when I straighten out the steering wheel my car veers to the left.I dont know about anyone else. I do know what Ive experienced. And my experience tells me to go somewhere else next time.

I bought a used tire from Wilson Tire and after a month or two needed to take it off due to changing a lower ball joint. They put the lug nuts on so tight I bent my tool with leverage trying to remove them. So, I call there hoping they can loosen (break) the lug nuts. This sarcastic Matthew boy (rookie) answers the phone saying his boss is not there and cannot legally loosen the lug nuts and put them back on. WHAT! Also, he says they will be on just as tight when they put them back on. They didnt torque them the first time so how would he know how tight they put them on the second time. Unprofessional, also when I got my used tire the guy putting it on just lights up a cigarette and smokes all around me.

Avoid this overpriced place. To fix your flat tire cost 27$, over places charge u 7-10$. Plus bad service. After me were 2 customers but they served them first . Over all I was waiting almost hour.

Rude owner. Do not bring an older car for repair. He has young and incapable mechanics that are not able to fix your car after you pay them 300.00 just to try to figure it out.
