I just bought my first Ford pickup from Max. Once we figured out exactly what I needed and wanted, it was a breeze. It took minutes, not hours to complete the paperwork. I feel great about my choice in the truck and about doing business at McKinsey Motor Co.

Customer service was good but you have to remind them when you want an oil change, you also want the whole service meaning you want the multi-expection. They didnt top the fluids.

Great dealership!! Sales staff is always very friendly and helpful. Service department is top notch, they strive for same day sevice. I have had trouble before on the road, Max brought us a vehicle so we could continue our trip which was about 185 miles from the dealership...

We’ve only done business here one time buying a used vehicle, but I won’t be returning. We’ve had numerous issues with the vehicle, two of which were pointed out immediately on the test drive but were shrugged off by the service manager and salesman. They offered to make one of the repairs (a bad window seal), but we live two hours away and bringing the car back wasn’t really a viable option for a quick repair. They offered to pay for that repair so we could have it done locally. We still haven’t seen a refund on that repair that we paid for.The other issue we had was a screeching/squealing coming from the front end that we pointed out on the test drive. After they inspected it again, they assured us it was just “ceramic brake pads rubbing slightly on the rotors”. It was not the brake pads, but in fact the drivers front wheel bearing/hub assembly. This issue was evident upon initial inspection by my wife and I, but yet this vehicle passed through their shop and was allowed to be put up for sale and sold. A wheel bearing is a fairly serious safety concern, but that is of no consequence to McKinsey Ford. I’ve notified the salesman and have yet to receive a response.Small, home town feel for a Ford Dealership, but shady practices when it comes to preparing a pre-owned vehicle. I will NOT recommend McKinsey Ford until they make an effort to right these issues. They’ve gotten their money and wiped their hands of the situation in afraid.Edit: Also found out today that this vehicle had a bad Sync module causing the Navigation radio not to work properly and the USB ports to be dead. Software could not be updated and a new module had to be installed in the console in order to restore function. There’s another $500 in repairs. Thanks, McKinsey Motors!

Wonderful service department and great people. I broke down over the weekend while traveling and had my truck towed in on Monday morning. Even though all the service bays were full Chad said he would work me in and at least diagnose the problem. I was certain it would take a day or two to get the parts and install them. To my surprise and delight they had the part needed and accomplished a several hour install by 3:00 pm. They also had a worker take me to and from the rv park where I was staying. If McKinsey Ford treats a customer that lives hundreds of miles away and is unlikely to ever need service there again like they treated me, I can only imagine how they treat their regulars! Thank you McKinsey Ford!! Mike M

Great service!To quickly service me, they called all the suppliers of spare parts, but nevertheless they found the right ones and let my car go as quickly as possible. The whole service did not drag out in order to earn extra hours, Literally an hour later I was on the road again ..Thanks.Recomend for everybody!
