This Meineke is fantastic. I had a simple oil change that took maybe 25 minutes. The stars here were earned by Kirk working the front desk. He was kind and compassionate with everyone that came through, and so considerate explaining the shops procedures and decisions to each patron. We will be coming back again and again if the service continues to be that stellar.

First, auto shops are not your friends and I learned that the hard way by going to Meineke on Coventry Way. I have been going here for years and ALWAYS had great service. However, when I took my vehicle to get serviced I was quoted a price in the thousands...yes thousands. I decided to take it to my vehicles maker certified dealer and the problem Meineke on Coventry Way diagnosed and try to have me pay THOUSANDS wasnt even an issue. In total I ended paying $226. I will NEVER take my vehicle there again.

This auto repair shop is great. They walk you through what is needed for repair and explain the importance in detail of each service. Nate is a great mechanic! They make you feel at ease, not like some of their competitors.
Great service experience. Called at the last minute to get an oil change. Didnt need an appointment like most places. I was waited on quickly and my oil change was done quickly. This will definitely be mt place to go when I need service on my car.
Its always nice to be able to review a auto repair shop in hopes itwill help someone, especially women- when trying to find an honestand professional repair service. Well, look no more!! The team atMeineke in Clinton MD are true professionals, the owner Mr. Howardwas very kind and honest. After dealing with my ridiculously over-priceddealership, it was very comforting knowing that there are repair shopsthat are actually trustworthy and reliable. They were able to diagnosismy truck problem, fix it at half the cost of the dealer and return mytruck back to me within 24-hrs. Great Job Meineke keep up the greatwork.
The service was great and the price was fair
On 04/03/19 I took my Chev Express 2500 to the Meineke Care Centre #763 at 6311 D Coventry Way, Clinton, MD for a routine oil change and for a diagnostic to determine why the check engine light was on. I met the owner of this location who called me a day after to tell me that did the diagnostic and four codes and needed to change a tube. I gave him permission to do so and requested he saved the old parts. The next day he called me again to to say that the check engine list is still coming on, but he has reached out to someone he know who works at the Chevron dealership in Virginia. The store manage then called me the next day to tell me that he had has done a through check on the van and he could only find one code and to fix the problem he would need to replace the alternator; I agreed and asked him to keep the old part. The next day I received a phone call from the store manager and owner to inform me that they are unable to fix the van and at this point its it best I take it to the dealership. When I went to pick up the van I was give a bill for $738. 60 and they refused to produce the old parts. I have made several phone calls to their corporate office and up til today 5/11/2019 they have reduced to release my van and no one from their corporate office have attempt to return my phone call. This van is owned by a non profit managed and the vehicle was used to deliver food to seniors and persons with disabilities in Montgomery county, MD. Since 4/3/19 we have to rent trucks from U-Haul to enable us to provide services which is causing me undue stress and loss Of income and revenue. I am about to seek legal advice.
They are honest and good people. Tere was a mistake with my air compressor, it was 1100$ to fix and they fixed their mistake for free, most mechanics would force you into court for that amount. But they handled it for free and were outstanding.
Great customer service with knowledgeable service people and mechanics. They are very courteous. They are my new go to place to service my car.

Im impressed...I had an appt and the wait was very short. I was very surprised when my name was called to retrieve my vehicle and there were 3 people already there when I got there. I dont know how long they were there before me but they were done soon after my arrivalπ€happy me.

I came in for an oil change, which did not take even 30 minutes. So that was as good. But he mentions my engines light is on but wouldnβt tell me why when I asked. He told me I had to schedule an appointment for him to just tell me.

Came here for an oil change and a diagnosis on my exhaust pipe making light noise when my car is operating. They helped me to fix the pipe $125. The manager is nice and friendly, willing to take you to your car, show you in detail what wrong with it. Recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Came here a couple of times for oil changes, which were fine. Made the big mistake of bringing my car in to have the timing belt replaced. They had my car all day and it was supposedly fixed. Going home, the dashboard lit up with warning lights. Called and was told to bring it back. No apology either because I have nothing better to do with my time. They told me it would be another 3 hours because they had to take everything apart again. No apology still. Called after 3 hours and was told it would be 45 minutes. Came back after 2 hours and the car still wasnt done. Over 3 hours later and Im still waiting. When I got to this area, I was told to avoid shops outside Joint Base Andrews because the owners and workers are lazy and incompetent. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and what a mistake that was! Spend the extra money and take your car to people who know what theyre doing, which isnt this place.
Honestly the reason I am giving them such a low rating is because of the owner. I went there for an oil change and the person was EXTREMELY rude and just acted as if I was wasting his time. I went for an oil change and for some reason my car wouldnt start when they was trying move it out of the bay. The guy [Howard Chambers] called me and told me my car wouldnt start in which i was very concerned. So he said we are going to see whats wrong with it. I will call you back in a couple minutes. [ very rude like]. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I CALLED HIM BACK AFTER A HOUR AND HE WAS MAD AT ME FOR ASKING ABOUT MY CAR. When i arrived to the shop, he was EXTREMELY RUDE. He wouldnt let me speak without interrupting me, he told me to pay and leave and wouldnt give me customer service information to call and get my car towed . The gentlemen who name is Howard Chamber apparently is the owner. The most rude person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting . Customer service means nothing at all to him. I will never return to this site again. I advise you not to either.

I went in for an oil change and was in and out in about a half an hour. Not only was the staff courteous and efficient but Meineke is one of the best priced places for an oil change.
I had some work done on 10/ 19/19 had to take my car back on 10/ 25/19, They did take Care of the situation. At this time everything is goin pretty well with my car.
Absolutely terrible service. I brought my car in for a job that is simple and it took 2 hours for the man at the front to tell me they messed up and have to order a part. When I first called he said it wouldnβt take long like I expected. So bc of that I needed to drop off someone. He tells me my car is undrivable. Then tells me I can take it only if I pay a deposit. Why am I pay for something that isnβt done? And YALL messed up! NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER coming back to his place where the mechanics donβt know what theyβre doing and theyβre hustling prices. Iβll take my car to the dealership for now on. Donβt trust these kinds of places.Especially if youβre a woman.
My husbands F250 wouldnt go into park. I told him how to fix it himself, but he insisted it was something else. The shop called and I was right. A couple of screws came loose lol so I told them to tighten them and charge us cuz thats the price a guy has to pay once in a while when he cant admit he has a couple of screws loose. Thanks Meineke for being honest. It gave me a good laugh and was worth every penny!

Skip this place for anything exhaust. They cut my exhaust to fill in an o2 bung and left enough holes in the welds and piping to throw codes. Had to get fixed at another shop after first taking it back and them not even fixing the one main visible hole. That was also almost $400 in repairs..
