I will have to say that i experienced something i have never experienced before, when I called downtown auto service about hauling something for me, The response was so quick I had to hurry to get to where my tow was needed, so they didnt beat me there.The owner showed up on the job to make sure all was going well, and Quentin was wonderful to work with.As a Veteran is nice to work with companies that hire Vets.I would absolutely recommend downtown auto clinic for any of your towing needs, And if this is the way they run their auto clinic I will absolutely take my cars there for the repairs that I dont do myself.Thanks Gentlemen for a great experience at a fair price.Clark Rutledge

I recently had a entire new motor put into my 2006 Chevy Trailblazer, which was no easy task. Troy and the rest of the crew did an excellent job. It took four days which is timely for removing and then installing a new motor. I would recommend Downtown Auto Clinic for a major repair like this or something as simple as an oil change.

I wont take my vehicles anywhere else! Doug and the other guys are very professional and always do the best work at an honest price.

By far the best towing service I ever had. I called and 10 minutes later tow truck was there. The guy was very nice. He towed my truck right to my driveway. And even gave me a ride. All for a very very cheep rate. Downtown auto will be the first I ever call again.

Our cars engine was starting to lock up so we had it towed there and ask them to tare apart the engine to see why its doing so and fix it. All they did was change the oil, started it and because it ran they thought because it ran it was fine. Then suggested that we have our tie rod ends and a ball joint replaced so we have it done, and it cost over $900 when I drove the vehicle home the engine seized up and now we have a 2010 Dodge Charger for a lawn ornament we called and asked if they tore the engine apart and they said no they changed the oil in it turned over so they thought it was good to go. Thanks a lot for nothing

Ive had everything done here from a transmission to a radiator and I have to say this is by far the best place to take your car in Clinton. Theyre knowledgeable and straight forward. Troy is my mechanic, but all of the guys are great. Ive known them for over 5 years now and there isnt anything I wouldnt trust them to do on my car. If I cant do it, I know they can and in a timely manner at that.

Amazingly nice people and very courteous. Plus they squeezed my car in for a leak in my tire even though they were really busy! Great place to go!

My truck broke down, leaving me stranded. AAA was of no use getting a tow. The wonderful people at Downtown Auto Clinic came to my aid. They Came quickly and we were kind and courteous. Once they got my truck back to their shop they very quickly diagnose the problem and gave me a call. I picked my truck up today, less than 24 hours later, perfectly repaired. And I loved the fantastic doggies that they have in their shop! Gentle giants.

A couple years ago. I had the worst experience getting my car detailed ever. Im assuming it was one of the owners kids detailing my car. Which was fine, however they cracked my bumper badly. The owner and his daughter brought it back to me, told me what happened and the owner pretty much demanded that I get it fixed at a shop in town I already had bad experience with. Figures. So I took it too Classics because I have always trusted them. They gave me a quote. Me being friendly, I took it to the owner. He made me sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes before coming out only to scream at me for getting a quote somewhere else for the damage that was on MY CAR. He said if thats how you want to play it then thats what well do. I left with saying good luck fighting state farm. Come to find out he paid Classics without going through insurance. Wonder why..? Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome place Doug was super honest about my car issue. Called me prior to doing something extra. My oil leak has been fixed. Car was returned the same day. Those guys worked hard to get this done fast. Great service great price! I will be back!!!!!

This is a great shop to get your car fixed. The mechanic Troy is the best and he knows what hes doing! Every time something goes wrong with our cars Troy figures it out and has it fixed within a couple hours. A little pricey, but well worth it! Thanks Troy.

Honest mechanics who work hard to keep your vehicle in excellent working condition. Their tow trucks run 24/7 for unlocks, jump starts, accidents and more. They even went and picked up a vehicle i purchased out of state for me. They do everything vehicle wise but body work.

These guys are very good at spotting potential trouble spots when they do their routine maintenance like oil changes. In one instance, they found a cracked frame on my Toyota Tacoma. This led to the discovery of an un-publicized recall on this defect. I ended up with a new Toyota Tacoma out of this deal.They are fast in their repairs, and the job is done on time, as promised.
