Went to have pull rope replaced. That was fine. While there one of the employees tries to rip me off and sell me an air filter for $100! The part only cost $22 at another repair shop. This is a very inappropriate way to conduct business. Will never use this business again.

Tim was very helpful we lost our key to the mower and he connected us with Tony at John Deere in Maryville to help us get a duplicate.

Great small engine repair and very honest. My mother thought her lawn mower blew up so i took it to him and dropped it off. he called me 2 days later to pick up with no charge for cleaning up oil from the carburetor, which was the only problem. Places like this are extremely hard to find.
