Dasha and Sally were excellent very friendly and patient while having tons of customers in front of them. They spoke to everyone that came in with a smile. Pete took care of my tire at a very decent time and did the best choice of action for me. I definitely will come back get my service done here because everyone here was excellent and so was the service.

They really worked at getting my car back in order they fixed a issue that had me worried. The only thing is with most people they dont listen when someone tells you their disability all businesses should have training and something in place to accommodate those with disabilities. I spoke to 2 different men in charge and neither one heard me when I said I could not hear without my hearing aid and continued talk to me as though I could hear them. They were kind.

Sallie was very helpful setting up my services. Overall greatly satisfied with the customer service.

Amazing staff. Was traveling through after evacuating for Hurricane Ida. They helped me air up my tires, tighten the lugs & do a quick safety check after having to use my spare due to a flat. These guys bailed me out big time. Purchased tires at a big store, only for them to arrive with no techs showing up that day. Had put off getting this done for too long. Mavis was able to hook me up and get me going with no hassle.These guys rock!! I will not make the mistake of using anyone else now!

Would not reccomend! I brought my car in with a blown tire in the front passenger and a slow leak in the rear passenger. I returned to pick up my car and the manager informed me that the tire tech recommended replacing my front driver side tire (which was only just over a year old and still under warranty with another tire company) instead of the rear passenger like I needed. I told him no, and I explained why. The manager told the tech, and I thought everything was okay. But when I paid I found out that the tech went ahead and replaced my newer tire on the front driver side anyway, and patched the older tire in the rear passenger side. So now I have lost a tire that I could have had replaced under warranty from another company, and I still have a tire that is worn out, and now patched. The manager didnt charge me for the patch job, which honestly I was going to do myself if I hadnt had the blow out. I even have the patch kit at home. I will do more research and look for a tire company that listens to their customers in the future.UPDATE: The rear tire they patched is still leaking air. Thank God I wasnt charged for that service

I bought 4 new tires here about 2 months ago. First issue is when I was given my keys back and was about to leave I noticed only 3 of my tires were new....they were about to let me leave with only 3 of the 4 tires I had paid for. I got that resolved and after about a month one of my tires had a leak. No biggie, it happens. I took it to Mavis to look at because I had bought the extended warranty on my new tires and I wanted to make sure if it wasnt a repairable leak I would be covered by my warranty. Got there at 5 on a day they closed at 6 and was told they only had one mechanic on duty and they wouldnt be able to look at my tire. Came back the next day at 5, in which the hours posted were 8:30 pm close time, and I was still told they couldnt take a look. Since I could not miss work to come in earlier I just left my car there overnight. Finally got fixed the 3rd day (nail in tire). Two weeks later, the plug started leaking so I brought it back. They fixed it but I was told by the mechanic as he was handing me my keys to not bring it back here if it starts leaking again. I smiled and left, but thought to myself, Dont worry, I wont be coming back.

Mavis Tire Cinton location got me in and out in no time for a tire rotation and a new tire. David was very friendly and helpful. They are open 7 days and week and even offer a late day on Thursday. Will definitely return for more services.

You could see the lines under the tread on my tires and it was definitely time!Was on a budget and came in on a relatively busy day but luckily the prices had me covered and they worked me in! Went in for a brake and rotor replacement and they tried to upsell for a full suspension replacement. THEN, after getting the vehicle back, the front driver side rotor immediately developed a deep gouge. Brought it back. They told me the wheel bearing wiped and I needed the suspension work. They did replace the rotor and pad under warranty, though.When I looked under the vehicle in the wheel well, the freaking castle nut was loose and the kotter pin was missing… I waited two weeks to post this because I was so mad.Be mindful of what work you need, what is actually wrong, and inspect your vehicle regularly

This location was a life saver! Hit something on the interstate and got a flat about 3 hours into a 10 hour drive. I was towed to this location and at first they were booked, but the front-desk guy and the mechanic talked and were able to squeeze us in at the end of a very long day. I was extremely thankful. It ended up being more than a flat - a bent rim too! The mechanic shaped it back out, got a new tire on, and we were good to go. I wish I could remember their names, but they were so helpful. Thank you for your amazing service and being the silver lining to a stormy day! My tire is still riding perfectly:)

I am extremely upset. I visited the Clinton location 3 times; however I never once was serviced. All I needed was a front end alignment. Overall the workers are nice and very professional but very nonchalant to the time frames of other people. I scheduled an appointment for 8am twice and both times someone was placed before me even after stating the importance of me being first so I can get to work on time.

Absolutely great service! I came in early morning without an appointment because I needed a noise checked out underneath my car. They were able to see my right away and took great care of my car and checked out everything!
