Another terrible experience at Fette Ford, I wonder why I do not come to service here, however I decided to give a try again, except for Christina, wonderful agent, Ryan and the manager Steven failed delivering the Fette brand promise, from customer service skills to body language, instead the manager look for me I had to look him even when he was advised I’m trying to talk to him, short story, I came for a recall and came out with an engine light on, I remember clearly looking at the dashboard when I was asked for the mileage no engine light on, they are telling me that is was there, did anyone from Fette tried to reach me and advise? letting me know about the situation, they return the car to me with paperwork that will not state anything related about it not even verbally and no wash, now that trying a story they hand wrote it. Sounds more like a fabrication from Fette end, now they are doing me a favor by checking the car and no admission of any wrong doing, this is not the first time that Fette Ford somehow take advantage of honest customers, Ryan you need to take a course in customer service, Steven you should follow that too, at least 101, I want to keep the business local but episodes like this will not help.At the end did the check and something wrong with the transmission they will take care of, however damage is done, wrong body language, wrong approach, wrong procedure.

This place is the worst dealership I have ever seen. Lazy salespeople, filthy sales floor and bathroom. Drove all the way from out of town to help my sister look for a vehicle. Reps were standing around uninterested in assisting customers. They were on their phones, standing around doing nothing. We were assisted by (will provide name with callback) who was the rep assigned to us by their online scheduling service. He started out ok, but the conversation took a turn when asked could they come down off of a $10K mark up on a Telluride. He wanted to know immediately what her credit score was (profiling). He immediately became rude and rolled his eyes…as to say how dare us ask to come done on a vehicle that shows $44K on the sticker price, but a rouge handmade sign beside it that clearly says $10K mark up. She was willing to purchase today, but wanted to see what could be done. They wouldn’t budge one cent. Avoid this place, they are rude and clearly uninterested in making a sell. I felt that he did not take us as serious buyers. Only do business with businesses who want to do business. His unprofessionalism at the end, is when I advised her to go someplace else.

My experience here was very efficient and amazing. I was purchasing my very first car on my own. Straight out of grad school. I got the Kia Forte GT 2021. The young man Adam Hindi helped me. Buying a new car can be an exhausting experience but the sales rep I worked with made as smooth as possible. Only downside if I had to give was a different rep tried to say the car I was there for was on hold for his “cousin” and tried to have Kristopher sell me a different car. I decided to request a price on a Kia Forte GT. So I chatted with an internet sales rep. She said someone will be in touch and that all the info I gave her she would pass it on. Within minutes someone did reach out. But first thing that sales rep says is what car you trying to get? So I go ahead and rewrite all the info again. Good thing Im not holding my breath. Cause I have yet to get a reply. Seems like almost all the Kia dealerships have horrible customer service. I guess I wont be getting a Kia.

Kia in Clifton, NJ is THE WORST. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. they are nice to you to get your money. As soon as the contract is signed, you dont exist. No one assumes any responsibility here. They pass the blame from department to department. They never follow through on expectations and then have the nerve to blame the customer. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. AWFUL. Also pay attention to how their responses to negative reviews are automated... they simply do not care.

I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul last June. Recently theres been a recall on the engines and mine was replaced about 2 weeks ago (or so.) This morning I started the car, the check oil light came on and the engine sounds like a mixture of angry bees meeting up with a sewing machine. Ive had it with KIA.UPDATE - Ive reached out to Mr.Ciresi 3 times already with nary a response.

This is what I just posted to their Facebook page: FYI - Youve lost a customer, due to your staffs failure to respond to repeated phone calls/voicemail messages and emails related to a mistake that YOUR technicians made during my last service there back in February. Why did it take me so long to post this? Because Im a busy working professional who just doesnt have time to keep following up to get someone elses errors fixed...so I just gave up around mid-March, knowing that Id eventually go public about my experience once I got around to it. In sum, one of your techs wrote up a summary in my service report that contained incorrect insinuations about the circumstances under which I chose not to replace two of my four tires. They said theyd change it to reflect the correct history of my conversation with the service advisor, but they never did so despite multiple follow-up emails and phone messages from me. This is actually the second time this sort of thing has happened...and now itll be the last. The last time it happened, when a subsequent problem came up they said that due to the history in the records (vs. what actually happened) there was nothing they could do. Ill take my business elsewhere, and will also advise others I know to do the same. The funny thing is that I repeatedly get letters like this one, requesting a response. Yeah, I requested a response too...but never got one.

Had a flat tire first thing in the morning, and had it towed to Fette on a whim. I just left and Acura dealership as I currently have of an Mdx but was interested in getting a second car. However, I saw the stinger online and the telluride so was curious to test drive and lease one. I walked in to get a sales rep. Immediately the sales rep was rude I was showing my wife via video chat the car as she could not be with me. The sales rep did not introduce himself just said, hey you are looking for a car. I said please give me one second was showing my wife the car. Kept talking without care, and just said what price are you looking for? I said well based on your online pricing around 550. Then he said I cant do the stinger or the telluride. Im like uhm you didnt even try to get me interested in the car I just came from looking at the S type acura. The first kia dealership I have ever gone to and what a horrible experience. I never right reviews but I definitely discriminated against and it was just a joke.

They are very kind to sell or give you a car for lease, but when you need them for help, they hang up on you, dont answer messages. Besides, they lie about prices, say one thing, and then want more money! Disgustingly impudent!

Highly recommend working with Adam at kia fette. After meeting with him and telling him what car we wanted, he kept us in the loop and alerted us as soon as the one we wanted came in stock. Never have I experienced buyers remorse until I bought a car from Fette Kia. Worst experience ever. Rude and inexperienced sales people that dont know how to build rapport. I hear Jack Daniels Kia is way better. Will be sure to bring my business there next time. Save yourselves the headache and hassle!

Bought a Telluride back in April on the 13th to be exact. To this day i still do not have my registration or license plate. Been contacting my salesmen through text and email and am not hearing back. So in May right around the 13th l contacted my salesmen and asked him what the status of registration and plates were and was told he needed a copy of my insurance card. Its my understanding you cant leave a dealership without giving them an insurance card to drive the vehicle off the lot. So we are now over 2 months and no messages/emails have been responded to to find out where this stuff is. I am not happy with the service and wouldnt buy a vehicle from there again. It should not take over 2 months to get your registration and plates.

I was in the market for another car and I specifically wanted a Kia Optima. Since the Optimas are being replaced with K5s, it was difficult finding dealerships with Optimas in their inventory. After doing a search for all local Kia dealerships, I came across Fette Kia and they had 5 Optimas in stock, all in the trim and color I wanted. They were also promoting a $0 down lease deal with a very attractive monthly for the Kia Optima. I clicked the deal button on the car in the inventory list and I was soon contacted by Estela. Over email she informed me about their easy lease process where I fill out the credit application online. This had to be the easiest lease deal I have ever completed. Estela was straight-forward with pricing. There was never any pressure from her. She was completely helpful and honest. And this was all over email. Fette Kia ran my application for credit approval. Estela then asked when I could come in. I was there the same day and all I did was sign some papers and I drove the car home. Really easy. It was such a short time we were there. He did not beat around the bush. Him and his team worked very hard and quickly to get it done. I would recommend anyone, even if you think you don’t qualify, to see Alec. If there is anything that can be done, he will go out of his way to make it happen.

I went to Fette Kia on Memorial day because they had an ad for a lease on niro ev for $200 month. The price they quoted me was $300 per month. I showed them the ad from their website (not kia national site) and looked at me like I was insane. That is actually illegal.

My experience with Adam Hindi has been very helpful especially during this pandemic. He was transparent with pricing and the process of buying my new car.I would highly recommend.Update: May 18Customer service is horrible. Once they received payment, they became non existent. I have been waiting over 2 months for my license plates. Which is super inconvenient to say the least. However that wasnt the problem, no one world respond to my calls, messages or texts. Basically I was in the dark the majority of the time until the manager called saying there was a problem with the insurance 1 month in. I corrected the problem in 5 min. Didnt hear from them again another month later, now theres a problem with the registration. Again corrected with in minutes. My temporary license plate expired April 6th didnt receive my plates until May 15th. They are beyond unprofessional.

I leased a 2021 K5 Gt line AWD in wolf gray, red leather interior today, I couldn’t be anymore happier with the car but it was the service that stood out. I was interested in the new Kia Seltos that just came out for 2021. It was hard to find the trim I wanted and after visiting two other Kia dealerships, I found it at Fette Kia. I called ahead to confirm it was there and spoke with Estela Bernales, sales person. I was going to visit the next morning but decided to go that same evening. I called back to Kia to let them know, and Ms Bernales was swiftly ready to get the new vehicle from their other lot (the vehicle just arrived and was BRAND new). I was able to drive it and confirm I wanted it. Ms Bernales worked with me and the manager on lease price and it worked out well. I picked up the vehicle the next day and she went over details of the Seltos. She also followed up with me a week later in case I had questions of concerns. (She also followed safety protocol, wearing mask gloves and hair net). Thank you!

We had the worst possible experience returning Kia which we leased out of state to this dealership. We were told over the phone that it’s fine and we can return it, however when my wife got there to return the car first she was asked to wait for about an hour and then the sales manager- Daniel Fette said that they don’t take cars which weren’t leased here in the rudest manner possible.These guys are not trustworthy. Save your nerves.
