I dont even know where to begin with the incompetence and lies. We pay extra monthly with the car payments to include oil change and tire rotations. First issue, the guy at service tried tried charge my husband over $100. Doesnt that show on the profile? It makes me question where that money would have gone if my husband did pay it. The first time we took the car they mentioned nothing of that, so clearly it does show in the computer. Second issue, they used our lug nut to take our tires off..... this is a mechanic, also, at an Infiniti dealership. Dont you have your own supplies? Why did they go through OUR car looking for it. Third issue, if my husband didnt realize our little bag we had in the center console out then they would have never told us they went snooping through our car and took out OUR lug nuts. So, we noticed, it was missing. This was a Saturday. We called right away and said we needed it dropped off asap. We were promised the service manager would call as soon as he arrived Monday. Yes, he called around 9:15 am and promised they would be dropped off the nest day ( Tuesday). Wednesday came around. I called, was told it would be dropped off that afternoon. Thursday came around and I was told by 3pm. We arrived home at 545pm, no lug nuts, plus we had a trip planned for the next day. These things are needed especially for a road trip in case something would have happened. My husband ended up going to pick it up and the manager was not there but he had one of the front desk girls hand my husband a letter of apology. We were offered a detail for our car which I highly doubt we will use. We would go there out of convenience, but I think traveling further may be our best choice. Even when we financed our car that was a bad experience, we had to go back because the brakes were warped from sitting in the lot a few months and the interior was not cleaned, it was all dusty ! How do you let a car off the lot without checking these things!?!?!? Also, this is our third time getting a service done at this location, and all of the times we went there has been an issue. Pathetic.

I went for the first time they helped me to look at cars then I decided which one I want, sat down and discussed the offers I said will think about it, so they said we will give better offer when you come back. So I looked at offers online to see but when I went back Juan the manger came helped me and he gave us the best deal and we were able to make the deal and buy the car, they were quick and nice not pushy at allI really recommend this place :)

This is my second 1 star Google review.I stopped by the Infiniti dealer (Clifton location) to schedule an appointment. My car is making a very loud noise while I’m driving. They gave me an appointment for the following week. So, for 7 days I’m driving on the right lane of a highway, 50-60 miles per hour. Afraid that it might break down any minute, waiting for my appointment day. I arrived at my appointment yesterday. The service manager came over to me just to inform me that they will not provide any services because I left them a bad Google review!They made me drive for a week a car what can break down while I’m driving, cause harm to my health/life just because of a Google review.Unfortunately I don’t have the luxury of taking a week off from work while waiting for my car to be fixed.I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me that when I went there to schedule this appointment?They handled my case very poorly the first time, they deserve bad review.However, I figured I’ll give them a second chance.All businesses are hurting now, they understaffed, nobody’s trained properly, post Covid stress.I should go somewhere else, learn my lesson the first time.Seriously, if that was me on the other side, I would apologize, promise I will do my best to provide better service and simply ask to take the bad review down.They would not have the bad review and keep a customer.Lesson learned!Don’t make my mistake, just go somewhere else.

Writing to update: For anyone who thought the owner reaching out did any good, it was just for show. After this review it took another month to receive the plates. My husband ended up calling Albany several times, only to hear that the dealership failed to register his car and request his plates again and again. The only reason ANYTHING got done is because we called Infiniti’s company customer service (not another dealership) and they graciously and continuously followed up with the company to get things resolved. To make matters worse, when the plates finally did arrive at the end of June, Jonathan had the nerve to tell us to drive back to NJ to pick them up after telling us he would have them delivered Next-Day through FedEx. Shockingly, it took another 2 WEEKS to receive the plates. My opinion has not at all changed. Stay FAR AWAY from this place and take your money elsewhere. They are no where near worth the headache.This place has been a nightmare to work with. My husband and I purchased a car from them in April, and were supposed to have the license plates delivered to our home about a week ago. Well, now the temp plates are expired and we can’t drive our car. No one at the dealership has been helpful, but instead completely dismissive. No clue what happened to Jonathan, our sales rep, who I honestly believe purposefully ignores our calls because when we call from another number he conveniently answers. We’ve been passed around from person to person, with someone “calling us back” each time. They either need a better system or to hire more workers because the way it’s running is despicable.

They refused to give me a loaner, when i wanted to bring my car in to fix (transfer case, transmission issue) just because I didn’t buy my Infintiti from fetter infiniti dealer. Although it was going to stay by them at least a week to diagnose and fix. And although I always do my oil change by them. Very bad customer service, never going back by them.

They wanted to charge me $2500 for a $600 job. Bought parts on eBay and went to pep boys, fixed my car to factory specs in front of my eyes. Guess who’s never coming back to this place?? This guy.While you at it to save your name train your service manager to stop talking smack in office over his phone about his colleagues in Spanish, some of us do understand his rude comments. There are two love birds there that were making out in lobby, the white muscles guy and the white cashier. Get room next time please.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO RETURN MY CALLS. They are rude. I leased a vehicle on April 24 and still have not received my registration. My dealer plates have expired and I did receive a ticket for no registration. I called 2 weeks ago and was told it was in the mail and to put my old plates back on. Well 2 weeks later still no registration. I have been very patient till they started to lie to me giving me fake fed ex tracking number. The reception laughing at me every time I call to speak to someone. Then Charles calls me back with some more lies promising it would be here today and still nothing. I put in a formal complaint with corporation headquarters and consumer affairs.

His professional and calm demeanor was very much appreciated as the buying process could be stressful for most. The staff here is very kind and straight forward. My family and I didnt appreciate how we were treated at all this was my mom second purchase with INFINITI when she brought the 2017 QX50 she was told welcome to the INFINIT family and she wouldnt have to put any more down payments with her next or future purchase . We spent over an hour going back in forth with this alone with Charles and then his Boss as if we were lying then they started coming up with the sales pitch of this is the best we can do by offering my mom different down payment amounts mind you the car had 17k miles on it and in great condition it was just weird to spend that much time on a down payment when we was telling them what the prior manager told us, there answer to that was maybe that is why he dont work their anymore I will try and see about my mom going to another INFINIT dealer going forward also when she brought her 2017 she was told all car washes was free and she can come anytime that was also a issue smh I asked for a bottle of water and was told we dont have any (smh ) so we seen Gabriel and he was nice enough to get me a bottle of water when Im ready to buy a car it wont be from this dealership AT ALL. that is not how you treat family also please pardon any typos Im a busy answering emails and trying to get this typed up. The only person I found to be nice was the sales guy and Gabriel is nice but Charles is 30 years to long no personality kind of nice nasty and his manager as well.

After shopping around at slummy Toyota dealerships for a month, I was super relieved to visit Fette Infiniti. I had grown tired of being treated unprofessionally by dealerships all around NY/NJ.It’s a very nice dealership. Really clean and professional. Jacques, the salesmen was super nice to work with and was helpful, knowledgeable and honest. The finance manager, O.C was wonderful to work with, was quick and very helpful and friendly. Very disaapointed and ANGRY. I came here to get a alignment done which I was quoted $450 for. I came home to find a large scratch on my rim and when I called them to tell them about it, they said We asked our technician and we trust him more than you, sorry. The sad thing is I actually really liked this dealership and I would come here even though Ramsey Infiniti is closer to my home. Guess thats going to change now....

I went to the Fette Infiniti on Monday to drop off my car for Tuesday’s appointment and pick up the loaner car. After speaking to few people I was finally informed that they need to cancel my appointment because they don’t have the loaner available, due to Covid restrictions. My appointment was moved to Wednesday. Wednesday morning I received text and voicemail that they need to cancel my appointment again, due to being understaffed. I called back on my lunch break, they couldn’t reschedule it because the service department receptionist was on the phone with another client, I was told they will call back. I informed the person I spoke to that my lunch is over at 11:30am, to call me back before that time or call me back when I’m done with work, after 3:30pm.Of course she called back at 11:36am!!!I called back after work, they rescheduled it to the next day.When I got home I decided to call the main Infiniti headquarters to let them know what’s is going on. She called the Fette Infiniti place and guess what? She was informed that they need to cancel that appointment as well. This time to power outrage. The manager said that they have that problem for last few days due to construction on route 46 and that I was called this morning to reschedule it. I explained to him that the call this morning was to cancel today’s appointment, the appointment for tomorrow (he just told me he needs to cancel) was scheduled about an hour ago.This time my appointment was rescheduled to next week.Every single time I was given a different reason for the cancellation depends on who I spoke to.Every single person I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m shocked that this is the service Infiniti is providing to their customers. Next time I’ll go to a different location. The only reason I’m still trying to be seen by someone at Clifton location is that the problem I have with my car was “fixed” there 6 months ago.Very upsetting.

The absolute worst dealership and service center. Not only will I never buy another Infiniti but will not consider another luxury vehicle ever again. I was sold a car that came off lease. Less than 18 months later the brake lines failed at 60k miles. I was left in the middle of the highway with a car full of kids. When it was in to be fixed they didnt like the way the transmission looked so they changed it. It was all under warranty. 8 months later the transfer case blew. Cost me 4k in other expenses because the rusted parts not under warranty couldnt be safely put back. Less than 6 months later and 3 weeks after receiving a clean bill of health, the transmission blew. During this time the communication from the service team was atrocious. I wouldnt get a call back for days and when I did there was little to no information. I would call and get hung up on by the receptionist or not picked up at all. Then all of a sudden one day I get a text the car is ready to be picked up. The 1st time the transmission was changed it took 3 days. The 2nd time was 2 weeks. Here we are now 6 months later and one morning my car doesnt start. (There have been at least 6 semi major issues outside of these 3 but they were handled relatively ok.) It has been a week and I have received 1 initial phone call and 2 text messages saying they need to do more testing. Thats it. The communication and customer service has taken a nose dive. I still owe $$$$$ and have the most unreliable vehicle Ive ever owned. The worst part is dreading going to this shop. I purposely go into each situation with optimistic expectations and yet again Im let down. I dont know if all of a sudden all Infiniti cars are breaking down, if they are severely under staffed, or over book but what I do know is I have a vehicle with less than 100k miles and feel like 25% of the year my car is in Fettes shop. I have contacted corporate and their recommendation is to go to another shop. Not exactly a convenient option or one that solves anything. The day I get rid of this car may rank very close to the days my kids were born.

STAY AWAY. Do not purchase a used vehicle from Fette. After buying a used Jeep in August, I brought it to their service dept under warranty. After spending 10 days at Fette, the issues were still not repaired properly causing me to fail inspection. I contacted Fette and they never called back to schedule repair. Waited over a week for a call back. Finally took it to Jeep service shop and it was repaired in one day. Fette will not reimburse me for the cost. They will take your money and run.

Such a horrible experience. Especially with service. Only thing that was great there is no longer there. Which was the salesman that sold me the car. Recall on the suv. I bring it back they take 4 hours to do the service. Get my car back. On the way home makes the same sound it was making when they took it in. By the time i get home i get a call from service telling me “oh your recall part just came it” i said.. i just came from there & you guys had my car for four hours. I had a lease! Every time i went for service they try to charge me for something. Anyway my last service they tried to charge me $1,000 dollars... i said nope! Dont do any of it. My dad is a retired mechanic he will take care of anything. Anyway they put such a bad taste in my mouth.. i ended the lease two months early & went an leased a Volvo. Btw i get my bill from end of lease bill from infiniti THEY CHARGED ME $155. For 3 rims i scraped on the rims. Not the $1,000 the dealer was trying to charge me on my last service.

Wow, after having a very poor experience at Tri County Lexus this morning, I headed over to Infiniti to see if I could get a good deal on a 2020 Q50...and boy, did I! I worked with Jairo Salazar and Charlie from Finance...I typically hate dealing with dealerships but these gentlemen were patient, honest, kind, and took the time to listen to my wants and needs. All 4+ or higher reviews are paid ones. One of the worst CS of all other car brands. Dealer is avoiding customers from returning the lease vehicle. Manager is constantly busy and makes false promise to call back multiple times. Even considering the pandemic sales fall, the customer service and experience with Infiniti overall are disaster.

James McNally should not be in any customer facing position.... PERIODI thought this was the best dealership I had ever visited....Until of course they tried to screw me over. Bought the highest warranty plan they had and even though the warranty clearly stated my defective part was covered, they refused to cover it. Lost over a week without my vehicle because I was fighting with them. They then COVERED the defective the part but gave me nothing as any form of compensation for what they put me through. If you want to experience the biggest LIES and SCAMS then come to Fette Infiniti. Also you have to avoid Jairo Salazar the salesman who told me he was a sales manager (Lies lies lies) and Osirus Cruz who is supposedly his manager. These 2 are the biggest crooks. I was ready to sign and they offered me a bill that was $3k higher than what we finally agreed upon. “The $3k is due to Infiniti” LOL LIARS!!!!!! I had two Infinities and I brought both of them here for regular maintenance and repairs. I always found them to be very well organized. Unfortunately over time it seemed to me that they would find more and more things they wanted me to fix for more and more money. The waiting area is very nice and and uncrowded. For some reason I always feel like we lose our intellect not to mention a brains when we walk into a car dealer, maybe just speaking for myself, maybe Im just a distrustful of salesman, but I have to admit, I think they did a decent job or could have they done better ? yes definitely, but all in all, I was satisfied with my purchase, I really fell in love with the car, after driving it for a few weeks that car became a hell of a machine, I truly loved it, I bought the Q 50, wish I had bought the Q 50 S but was not in stock and I didnt know about it at the time but I was still satisfied with the car, went back for oil change had a noise in the braking system took it to my old Mechanic gave me some lame excuse about why that noise was there couldnt fix it, I told the Fette infinity about it, they replaced the brakes and fixed my rotors for free,mind you I was not on the maintenance ! they really treated me fairly and I was very satisfied, I gave them a four star because they gave me a new salesman that couldve done a better job, I actually got a chance to drive the car because of the service man that was cleaning the snow off at the cars at the time when I walked in, but all in all, those people were absolutely up to par and helping me. And they the best they could to make me happy, I made this purchase 9 months ago..!

James went above and beyond for me this time. I came here before once and had an issue with the adviser who insisted that I needed work that i did not need at the moment and I knew for a fact since i normally do maintenance on my own vehicles and which also was corroborated by the mechanics report. James went over the exact maintenance my car required at the moment and suggested exactly what i knew was coming up in the future and actually mentioned a maintenance that i was not aware the facility performed for my convertible top. I was very impressed by James; I was hesitant to go to Fette this time because of my previous experience with the other adviser.

I just received the bill for the lease I returned and was charged an additional $500 for my front tires that were dangerously worn out. Thats crazy because I just went to the dealership a month before my lease end to get my tires checked out since they kept indicating that they were running low. (Which seemed to be a super common and reoccurring issue.) I have the tire warranty and the ultimate protection plan that covers wear and tear. The service department said they changed the tires and I dont owe anything so I was good to go. Theres no way after a month of barely even driving, can my tires go from new to dangerously balding. Infiniti financial asked that I get the service records on the vehicle so I went to the dealership and they gave me a Repair Order of a job they didnt do and another R.O. saying they replaced one tire but I declined their recommendation of getting 2 other tires taken care of. I was never even told about these recommendations. They said I wouldve received an email or text about the recommendations. I didnt get either one. I wanted the inspection reports and they couldnt provide it. Some manager said I was just e-mailed pictures and more details so I opened it up in front of him and it showed me nothing of what he said. I asked for pictures, the mileage of the car when I brought it for repairs and the mileage of the car when I returned it, proof of signature that I declined any service and all repair orders on this vehicle. They couldnt give me anything. When I spoke to Infiniti Financial, they were able to get me the pictures and say that everything shouldve been covered with the 2 warrantees I paid for. Not only that, the pictures they received of the vehicle had completely different tires on them! This was not the condition of how I returned the car to them. Ive been in the car business for years so I have heard of the fraudulent activities that take place at dealerships. I drove off their lot on June 10th with 4 great tires. July 15th, all of a sudden the tires are worn out so much and the thread was destroyed. Doesnt make sense. Neither the general manager or the service manager came out to speak to me or try to help. Luckily for Johnny in Infiniti Financial, the fee was waived. Also, as I left the dealership, there were 2 Hispanic men that were yelled at and told they had to wait outside in 98 degree weather for their refund or theyd call the police on them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SMELLS LIKE FRAUD ALL OVER. With the exception of 2 or 3 great sales men that tried to assist, this place is trash. Coward managers that cant take accountability for anything. Lowered his head as to not make eye contact like a scared puppy.

Bought a car from there and not only did it take about 5 months to receive my license plates after the purchase but when I got into an accident and tried to file my claims I found out my official paperwork was filled out wrong and had parts left blank delaying my insurance process. Buying the car was smooth but everything after was honestly a nightmare and unnecessary hassle.

Waited 20 min just now all sales people had no clients and no one wanted to help us..... sad because my husband and I were there with my brother and sister in law ... we wanted 2 Infiniti QX60 ... the front desk kept paging them and they proceeded to act as if we didn’t exist .... maybe because we looked young they assumed we weren’t serious .... disgusting.

Went in for regular scheduled maintenance yesterday. Todd helped make sure my car was in great condition. Got a oil change, and filter service for a reasonable price on my rare vibrant red G37 convertible. They didnt mess with anything on purpose to bleed more money out of the customer like a lot of service dealers do. This is the location to service your vehicle if you have an Infiniti.

I used to go to Ramsey Infiniti for anything related to my EX-35 but due to distance I had to drive from Jersey City I had to look for a better closer option. Thankfully I found it! I have been going to this newly renovated location in Clifton NJ for about a year now and I love it. The service is always cordial, friendly, on-time but more importantly very professional. Todd in service is wonderful, not only he makes sure the job gets done well but also keeps me updated with the progress of the job as well as checking up on it even after I have picked up the car. Rafael was very patient and fair. I never felt forced into anything or like a bait and switch was about to happen, which is the case at most dealers. The process almost seemed to good to be true. He also took the time to reviewed every possible feature on the QX60. Typically, you drive off the lot with features you never know exist. I will definitely go back when it is time for a new car.

Great place to buy or lease with friendly service.I came in to consider this car as a possible option over Lexus or BMW. My sales person was my sales person, he was very knowledgeable about the car features and details of each car. He did not push me to buy any car. I test drove two models and I loved the car, but after going over my options with him. I was impressed in how friendly and knowledgeable about the car that I made my decision that day and leased the car. I got a great deal on the car and he made the process as seem less as possible. I am on my 3rd Infiniti and I hate them very much lol. Pierre was my sales rep and became a friend. I was completely satisfied with how the purchase of my car went and he made sure that even after I left that he would check on the car and myself. I recently did my second service and this service department is SECOND TO NONE. I went to Fette about 10 years ago and it was not to my liking. After returning last year since Englewood closed without any customer notice, I can say I am extremely satisfied this time around. Julio Sanchez has been my service rep for about 10 years and seeing a familiar face at Fette has given me comfort and great confidence. Julio has always made me feel like a VIP since I was 17 years old and now pushing 28, he still has my complete confidence and trust based on his sincerity and consistency . I have never serviced any of my 3 vehicles without his advice or his previous manager Carlos in which he worked under. I actually went to the dealer just to talk about what cars are out now and what will be coming out at the end of the year.First off the showroom is beautiful, the receptionist was so informative upon my arrival.As I began to look at cars on the show room floor I was approached by the financial officer who was kind enough to introduce my husband and I to a great salesman Fernando Alicea. He was low pressure informative and honest, he was very patient with me as I was indecisive. The staff was very attentive to my husband and I. Once we decided to purchase everything went smooth and quick. Paperwork was a cinch no hidden information. The honesty and integrity of this dealer is definitely built on great customer service. We had such an a great experience leasing our 2015 Infiniti with Mike. He was so helpful and responsive. The day we went to pick up the vehicle everything was prepared and we were in and out with no gimmicks and extras added at the last minute like many other dealers. Ive never written reviews or felt the need to write one if you receive at the minimum satisfactory service at an establishment. But I felt as though this review had to be written.So I went in to have a diagnostic test done on my transmission about 6 weeks ago. After being told by my mechanic to have it done at the dealership because obviously Infiniti would better be able to better diagnose their own cars, or so I thought.First it took a while to get my car to go in to have the service done (understandable since there were others waiting as well). When my car finally went in to have the test done (3 hrs later), the diagnostic came back and said new transmission. After asking the response was, its our code.I returned that same weekend to get a further explanation because as I stated before I had the diagnostic done, I have to forward the information to my warranty to approve a claim and have the repair done. I inquired for further information as to what the problem was. I was told that the person who serviced the car was not available that day, and that someone would call me back with an explanation of the issue (scapegoat tactic to get me to leave).Six weeks later I still havent received any call and honestly feel like I threw away my money. Ive never received such bad service. I received much better service at Honda and Buick. I honestly expected more and although I love my car, if maintenance warrants this kind of service, Id rather not own an Infiniti.
