Worst experience. Bought a brand new car. Dealership never bothered to do the work to register it. Ended up driving around in an expired registration car- had to cancel a drivers license road test as a result, they couldn’t give answers as to where my license plate even was. Complete fail. Took us 3 months to get the road test and we care leaving the DMV now Bc of the laziness of this dealership. They blamed the fact that they outsource registrations. Did not even take ownership for their complete fail. Do not recommend. Still have no idea if and when my car will be registered and guess what? Neither do they. Disgusting service. Next drivers test is 3 months away. DO NOT BUY YOUR KIDS A CAR HERE no matter what.

I had placed my car for service Saturday and they kept telling my they are going to diagnose it by the Tuesday and still havent looked at the vehicle even tho they told me multiple times they would. I told them I needed the vehicle for work and if they cant look at it to please let me know so i can make arrangements and they just keep lying. Im removing my vehicle and never using their terrible service center again.its been well over a week.

1 start is too high for their service. I made an appointment 4 months ago, drop off my car 3 month ago, and you need to rent a car by yourself during this period when the repairs are under warranty. And now, finally get fixed. Nobody answer my phone, nobody will call you back. If you want to repair your car here, please be ready to come here every time using your rental car to get updated. What a wonderful experience. People who come here must really love this store
That guy Malik Thebeta is the biggest scammer in the place. Tried to rip me off and had a real big attitude, it’s almost as if he didn’t care. He was getting loud with me and being rude because I didn’t let him scam me.
Clearly I’m not the only person with this type of awful experience. My car was towed to their facility and was there for two weeks before I ever got a follow up. I had to call them just to make sure it even got there at all. After that my car was with them for an additional two MONTHS and when I went to pick up vehicle, half of what I brought it in for wasn’t even fixed. I was told by three different people I would be getting a rental that never came. And they had the audacity to charge me additional labor cost after I pointed out that they didn’t fix what they were pid to fix. If you’re looking for timely work from a reliable and communicative staff, just don’t come here.
My representative was Sole and she was AMAZING. The car part for my car was on backorder for about a month. Although this was very stressful, sole updated me along the way and let me know everything even before i asked. I would recommend Fette Ford and Sole any-day !
This was my first time in this service provider, but, certainly was the last too. There was a poor service. I spent about three hours for a simple oil change and to complete the bad part, after i left the facility i could see that they did not change the sticker on my cars windshield, so, I was unable to know whether the oil had been changed or not, the desk advisor didnt gave me any information. Its unbelievable.
Terrible service, I went to get my car serviced Wednesday morning. I was told they would be able to service my car same day and give me a call same day in the afternoon. I never received a call so I’ve had to call them several times and they kept saying they haven’t gotten a chance to look at my car. It’s been three days now and I still have no idea what the status of my car is. Often times they would forward me to the guy who is responsible for Ford cars getting serviced but it always goes to voicemail. If my car isn’t serviced today I will pick up my car and get it serviced at a more competent Ford Dealership

I have sent my car to this Ford twice to fix my cars defogger and once to fix the leak from my AC that keeps flooding my floors. I still keep having the same problems and it seems like they didnt fix anything and just charge me for nothing. The only thing they did the second visit was dry the floors in the drivers and passengers side. Im very irritated that every time they fix something its never fixed. Now today I have a flat tire and they had sent their tow truck to tow my car. Never came until we complained. Had to wait 40 minutes when the truck was apparently five minutes away.
I went today to the parts section to buy transmission oil for my car I always use to go there this new kid want to sell me 6 quarter separately it’s more money !! This is the worst service dealer to take your vehicle. If could give it a 0 I would. I never write reviews, but my experience here was so awful I felt compel to warn other Ford car owners about Fette Ford in Clifton. The worst part about the the service was not only the delayed of service as my car stayed from Thursday to Tuesday of the next week, but the customer service of the person (SOLE) who I had the misfortune to speak over and over throughout the my wait for my car to be ready. I could understand the fact that parts were not delivered, what I found untolerable was the service person to argue, talk over me, and nearly fight me over the phone after I, understandibly, voiced my fustruation over being without a car for nearly a week. I was told that my car might stay in the shop for one night, but it turned out being 4 nights and 5 days. I will never go to this dealership again, in spite of being 5 minutes away from my house. I would rather drive an hour to another dealer, than giving business to this place. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION, and if you do, good luck, as you will need it. And expect to be without a car for a week!!!!!
Found the Salesmen to be more knowledgeable about the vehicles and the technology then any other dealership in the area. Fair pricing...very happy with them.
The trucks are amazing but the sales staff (specifically Nick the manager) is the cliche car sales men. They see you as another sale and when you sign you are dead to them. They promised me work to be done to the rims of the truck but never completed it and they have been dodging all of my voicemails. My truck sat on their lot for two days with zero notification of the progress and when I showed up they told me to just take the truck home. If you like Ford vehicles definitely get one but not at Fette Ford.

My family has purchased vehicles at Fette Ford for over 30 years. It saddens me that the dealership has fallen to such a bad place when it comes to customer service. I recently went there to return an end of lease vehicle, as I have done every other time in the past. I called beforehand to ensure I could do this- it was confirmed that I could. Upon arriving, the sales manager, Mr. Ramrup rudely dismissed my visit, insinuated I was lying about being told I was able to come today, and refused to help me. Mr. Ramrup told me it was my problem that I did not get the name of the person who told me I could return the car today. Never mind that my intent was to lease another vehicle today. After I left the dealership I called Ford Customer Service to explain what happened with Mr. Ramrup. The representative called Mr. Ramrup and asked him if he could accommodate our return since I traveled over 30 minutes after being told I could on a Saturday The customer service representative said Mr. Ramrup said no and that if I was a nicer woman with a smile on my face he would have helped me. Mr. Ramrups misogynistic comments were uncalled for when all that needed to be done was a vehicle return. I filed a formal complaint with Ford on this matter.
Had a great Experience. FRANK the salemen was great and his Sale manager as well was great. Help me get a great deal on a New Explorer. The process was smooth no issues. They stay after hours Frank and his Sale manager to make sure everything was taken care of and I did not leave anything in my old vehicle. Thanks

Personally I do not recommend this place is the worst tube the worst experience a year fighting to fix my car with Warranty, and they never did, for them all the failures of the cars is normal it is the worst place, on top of that they crashed my car and there no one responds for anything, it is the worst place to buy a vehicle. I went to Fette Ford to evaluate the new Mustang Mach-E and was initially impressed with the sales rep, but quickly found out that his follow-up was nonexistent. I then went to the head of sales and had an identical poor experience. Ended up buying the car from another Ford dealership. Dont waste your time on Fette Ford!
DO NOT take your vehicle to get serviced here. Extremely poor workmanship. Took my truck for recall work and it’s been in and out of there at least 3 time for various issues including engine malfunction and missing parts since then.

Never Ever will I get a used car from there, yesterday 1 month old was in the shop 4 times, we are seniors was told nothing wrong with car from front wheels loud noise finally third time there brakes all in front pad rotors still a noise then fourth time it needed a new berring, and hub in wheel, from now on will take car to Hyundai, still issues but told they dont hear noise.so from day 1 nothing wrong to fourth time parts were needed.good luck to you all.😤

My experience with Fette Ford started off well, but quickly went downhill. After purchasing a CPO vehicle and extended warranty, I experienced issues with the suspension and brakes which should have been identified if the dealer actually did a thorough CPO evaluation as expected. Upon bringing the vehicle in for service, I was handed disclaimers regarding interior and exterior work that was done on the car. These disclaimers where not presented at time of sale, even though I had asked about the CarFax accuracy, of which no other work was mentioned or noted (likely that the dealer had the work done without entering the info that would be reflected in a CarFax).Parts were ordered for my car and I returned later for install. At this time another disclaimer was given to me regarding ‘cosmetic’ work on my car. Again, this should have been presented earlier. In addition, Fette tried to charge me a $100 fee for service deductible.!!!As expected I had an intense conversation with Salesman John, Sales Manager Juan and Pre Owned Manager Dan. All had excuses for the timing of the disclosures, and it’s obvious that they are not operating openly and honestly. No surprise I guess for car dealers.So now I’ve had my CPO Certified vehicle back to the dealer 3 times, each issues that I have had has been confirmed by their techs, with different parts replaced. One suspension problem persists, which will entail another frustrating dealer visit.The bottom line is for you to go somewhere else for a car. CPO means nothing at Fette. They have repair work done off the CarFax radar, and cannot be trusted!
You want to get taken advantage of--then Fette Ford is the place for you. After scheduling an appointment for a RECALL fix--we were told when we arrived that not only did they NOT have the parts need--but that we were due for over $800 worth of service work--that we were not aware of prior to dropping off our vehicle. Thats just too serendipitous for them and too inconvenient for us. This isnt a one-off either. It took us 7 hours to get a lease deal from them. They followed that up when it came to renew/purchase the vehicle for making us wait for over an hour for a scheduled appointment. Once that started--they didnt know why were there and even after we wanted to talk specifics pricing--they wanted to start to 7-hour process all over again. Dont be fooled--they are masters of taking you for a run.

It has been three years since I last posted a review for Fette Ford in Clifton. Since my lease was up I visited the dealer again to lease a new vehicle. This time I was ably assisted by Christopher. Christopher was both polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable regarding both the vehicle and the leasing process. He was helpful without being pushy. The finance rep was also quite helpful. I am pleased to say that once again, I was able to drive off the lot in a brand new quality vehicle. Thank you Christopher and Kia for another great car buying experience. I had a complicated problem with my brakes on a 2015 Ford Escape. Ryan and his team diagnosed the problem professionally, fixed it effiiently, and kept the car running safely. Im very pleased with the results.
Bought a 2021 GT500 car was not dealer prepared. Multiple issues from day one. Dealer buffers the situation with no solutions. It’s been 30 days plus. I had to removed the ride spacers, install the rest of the bumper kit, install then catch can. Gypsies stay away.
If you are out of state DO NOT get a car here. I financed a car here on May 4th. The salesperson I was working with was excellent - Frank understood my needs, worked with me to get the payment to be the right amount, and was just overall patient and informative. He has since left Fette. Another gentleman on the sales side I spoke to, Chris has also been excellent and helpful. The problem I run into now is that I have been waiting on plates from the NY DMV. I understand things are backed up, that’s the DMVs fault. But it was May 27 and the DMV told me my dealership hadn’t even processed the paperwork yet. Three weeks later!!!But now It’s been over two months and I keep having to go back to the dealership to get extended plates. The problem is, I’ve left their manager, Rahmi several messages (I think this is his name - no one will give me an email they just forward me to his VM) over the last few weeks. And when I say several I mean several. When you get temp plates you have to go and get them extended every 30 days until your official one comes in. But when I call to ask the status or even ask if I can just schedule an appt to come in and get new plates everyone directs me to Rahmi and he never answers his phone or returns a call. Now I have a car with expired tags that I’m paying a ton of money for, that I can’t really drive. With everything going on with the cops right now, you think they’ll care if NY dmv is backed up? When I had to get my plates extended in June I had to physically show up unannounced because no one would respond to me.I just wish this team outside of the sales team were more responsive. I just took out a 50k loan like hello? You can return a call. I would advise people who are out of state to NOT use this dealership because 1. The headache of the Out of state DMV but moreover 2. Once the sale is over, this team will not help you. The women on the mainline sound upset that you call every other day and the manager will not answer or return your calls.

Meh just like any other dealership, they are your best friends until you buy the car then everything changes.PLEASE UNDERSTAND YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY (ZURICH) IN ORDER TU BUY, REGISTER OR OBTAIN FINANCING.The financial advisor will offer you 2 different rates, obviously the lower rates only applies when you buy an extended warranty, in my case the rate was 7% and that was the best they could do but magically they dropped it to 4% when i agreed to buy the warranty. after the pressurei ended up paying $3000 for a SERVICE CONTRACT, $600 for a MAINTENANCE ADVANTAGE PLAN. financial advisor also told me this: you only need to worry about putting gas on your truck, the surprise came when i took my truck for service and they charged me $700 dollars for my front brakes and quote me $1500 for a 60.000 miles SERVICE SCHEDULE, i was told by the service advisor that what i paid for only covers wear an tear. Totally opposite of what i was told when buying the truck.I decided to cancel the warranty but it was even more frustrating, i spend a week calling this dealership, they dont want to hear from you, my call got pass around, someone even told me that they call me back right away but obviously i didnt happen. finally i had to call ZURICH directly, they were actually very competent and guide me trough the process.if someone ever ask me for this dealership, my answer will be: i love my truck but i would never give my business to them nor recommend it.

Ford was my choice for my very first brand new lease. I was helped by a salesman who was very nice. He told all sorts of false information about leasing with Ford. Regardless of my entire night, I enjoyed my first brand new car. One piece of information I was given was that when I returned the lease, if I traded it in for another Ford lease, I would have my miles rolled over and would be given a better deal since I was a returning customer. Well I believed him and 3 years later I went back to Ford to lease again. This though will be the very last time. I wasnt given any sort of deal or help when leasing my second vehicle. I was rushed with the trade in and with a typical salesman instead of working with me. I had a few issues with my car and was told they were no big deal. I had an alert that my vehicle had a recall and needed to be brought in. I am a young woman and work 2 jobs at different locations. I live with my husband about 45 minutes away from the dealership. I asked about a loner car since my brand new car had a recall. I was told they do not give out loner cars and if I rented one it would be at my full expense. I just recently found out I am pregnant and stress and anxiety are at a all time high. When I arranged to use my mother-in-laws car and dropped mine off I was told loner cars are only available for over 5 hours of work. Regardless, they had my car for 3 days for the shear inconvenience. I pointed out multiple issues outside of the recall and was told they would fix them. That was another lie. I am very unhappy with the way Ford treated me as a returning customer. This will absolutely be my last lease from them.

The diesel mechanic, Pat, who I have had great experience with was the one who serviced my truck this time, thankfully. Fette would have got a 5 star rating had it not been for the memories of the previous service when Pat was unavailable; the fluids were not checked, the tires were not checked and the oil filter was, apparently, not tightened properly hence oil was dripping on hot components making it appear that the truck was on fire. Also, oil was all over the outside of the truck. If I could be assured that my truck would be serviced by Pat there would be no worries as he is thorough and competent.
Bought a car here at the end of November basically sight unseen coming from Pa. Did all the paperwork over the phone or through email. Provided proof of current insurance, Id copies... everything needed to buy and register a car. Drove over an hour and got the car that night. Everything seemed OK and drove home on a 30 day temp tag. Its a month later and I find out that registration was never filed for and now, on Christmas day, tomorrow my temp tag will expire and I cant drive the car. I have bought multiple cars out of state and never had this issue. Told them multiple times that my tag was expiring soon with no suggested solution. Will never buy here again and suggest you dont either if you are out of state. Communication is horrible and phone calls are not returned.Dont respond with the generic please call us about your negative review, you know who i am and can reach out to me. Losing the ability to drive a recently purchased car on Christmas day is unacceptable!

I purchased a 2018 Explorer sport on February 10 since then the vehicle has been in service twice for more than 20 days, I was told that the technician was on the phone with Ford to fix the problem but he was also working on 4 other cars. My aunt purchased a vehicle from here & her car mirror wasnt attached properly & just by simply adjusting the mirror with the door handle buttons, the mirror fell off and shattered. A nearby mechanic picked up her mirror and asked her if she was okay, and told her she had a faulty mirror. She called the dealership and they responded that her warranty doesnt cover the repair for damage that wasnt done around the perimeter of the premises. They racially profile their clientele at this location. After 3 months, they finally gave a response just to continue waiting for a mirror that is on emergency expedite list, because the one they ordered never worked to begin with.. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle here.
If I could zero stars I would!! There is about 1 employee who is worth anything, but after all the issues I have had recently - primarily with the service department, I will never return and would NOT ever recommend, ESP to any female. NO WAY, STAY AWAY!!!Update 2/20 - I saw the response from the owner - I have already been in contact with the GM Chris. I have his cell phone number and the issues were not resolved. SO NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Its sad because between my family and I we have probably purchased over a dozen vehicles here.
If you are investing in a car, I highly recommend talking to Fette Ford. I was dreading buying a car, particularly because I wanted one slightly used. The Fette Kia sales team was a complete surprise. I have never spoken to a more customer focused group. Dan, Adam, and Rami could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. After asking what I wanted, the first car Rami found for me was perfect. Adam seemed to know everything about the car. It was the first day I ever looked at Kias. There was absolutely no pushing; no prodding; no rushing; and no backing me into a corner. They made buying a car a great experience. The car was great in every way. I was willing to drive as far as necessary to get a good price, so I was amazed I didnt have to. I had endless questions and they answered not only them, but Dan anticipated others and answered them. After giving them the cash, the car was made to look even better – like new – and we still inspected it to see if there was anything else I wanted done. Fette called afterwards asking if everything was OK and telling me not to hesitate calling them with any questions or concerns. Fette Ford really went above and beyond and continue to do so. I am still thrilled with my car and have had nothing but compliments on it. I have also heard more and more praises about Optimas from friends and neighbors. After having the car for a week or so, I had some questions. They helped me instantly and again, I was reassured that whatever happens, just come by because they will be there for me. I still cant believe this happened. I had no intention of buying there. They looked too big. I just wanted to see some colors. Do yourself a favor. Just give them a try.

I was very disappointed with the service this time around. Contacted Fette for an appointment and was put on hold for several minutes until my call was merged with another customer on hold. Called back and made the appointment and called again the day of the appointment to confirm.When I arrived there was no record that I was scheduled. I did get my oil changed however did not get the typical sticker on my windshield with the milage for my next appointment. I dont know what happened, their customer service use to be good.
If you want to waste a precious afternoon watching sales people shuffling around aimlessly, this is the place for you.Feel free to call ahead so you can get misleading information.

Brought my car in for an airbag recall, after arrangements were made by Ford representative over the phone. Having worked at a dealership previously, I am familiar with the operations of the repair shops, which is why I normally will shy away from bringing my car in for any work to a dealer. I also am a former technician, seeing as I was so tired of receiving the constant notices from Ford, about the airbag recall I finally gave in to getting the job done. I arrived as scheduled at 7:30 am, and had to wait since I lived too far away to make other arrangements. I am a member of several Mustang communities, and based on others experience I was hoping to see the same time frame as others have experienced for this recall, which many have said they were in and out in under 30 minutes, unfortunately, I cannot share the same experience, as I was kept waiting for just over 2 hours. The waiting area was practically bare bones with out at least a coffee machine, just 2 vending machines with unhealthy snacks. I watched the tech for 10 minutes idling with the car in reverse, after he completed the job, chatting it up with one of his buddies, who obviously was not an employee, and I was surprised since I saw a very large sign indicating employees only beyond this point. The service writer approached me and told me the SRS light would remain on after completion of the job, which I expected, but I thought at the very least they might offer a diagnostic for the SRS light, which they didnt.
Coming here is going to be a day I won’t forget. My husband and I were desperately looking just for a used truck for his work but ended up leaving with a 2020 F-150 for him and a Ford Explorer for me. We were helped right away and taken care of by Kenny from beginning to end. Never going to regret coming here. We were pushed in the right direction and make the perfect choices.

Experience with a F-150 purchase during COVID was solid. Frank was patient and friendly. I have a great truck and they were able to accommodate a trade 100% remotely within 24 hours of contacting the dealership. We live just a few minutes away so not sure theyd do that for everyone but grateful to have a vehicle ready for hauling gear and towing!
