Came across this place through my insurance, had a minor but pretty bad scratch on the right rear door of my 2021 WRX from someone hitting it while it was parked (only had the car a few months) & This place went above and BEYOND to even buff out the smallest & tiniest imperfections. My car is literally sparkling all over, the wheels look even more brand new, the inside looks insanely detailed and clean. I couldn’t be happier with it but also with just how nice they all are & helpful with the entire process. It felt like I’ve been there many times before even though it was my first & they made me feel really comfortable. Thank you to the whole team! You guys are awesome.

Went to this auto body shop to get body damage repaired towards the rear of my car and some exterior pieces painted and installed. Chose it because it was the highest rated, local, body shop.My car was complete and ready for pickup on a rainy evening. I couldn’t make the pickup personally so I sent someone in my stead. The car sat all night until I could take a look at the work done in the morning. I had a few issues with the repairs. My drivers door would occasionally remain locked when using the unlock button on my remote and the lock was very stiff to turn, strange black residue on air condition vents, and most notably was my trunk being full of water. I remedied most of that problem by replacing old worn out taillight seals that were reused but also noticed a seam that was previously spot welded had come apart and was leaking as well. I couldn’t fix this myself so I brought my car back since the work is warrantied. After explaining to the receptionist the issues with the repairs, I was told she’d have to ask if they could fix the split seam under warranty because my car was previously repaired poorly on the same section they worked on. I found it odd that they would even question repairing it but in the end they did anyway.Picked up my car after a few days and looked over the repairs again. Seam was fixed but my door lock wasn’t. Receptionist insisted that I never brought that problem up and it would take a bit of time to fix. I really didn’t want to leave my car for a third time so that was that.These repairs were done a few months back but what compelled me to write this review today was looking at the overall quality of the finish. I came across paint that is starting to lift on a new body piece that was sprayed (rear bumper.)There is also a noticeable difference in the clear coat appearance of panels that were resprayed and “blended”, very textured and orange peely. I have attached pictures of an untouched panel versus a resprayed panel as well as the lifting paint on my bumper.I wouldn’t recommend this shop, but if you do decide to go with it, invest in a breaker bar because they will also torque your wheels to high heaven.

I took my car in for an estimate, for a side mirror. Justin was really nice and friendly and came right away to check out my car. The estimate was very reasonable and he was honest about the wait time. I found this body shop to be professional and would give them my business.

This place is awesome. I went there on a whim to get a second quote because it was on my way home. I needed a new front bumper cover and headlights installed (which I provided to him). He went above and beyond. Hes the type of the where a handshake is as good as a written contact... at least that was my impression.I had my 2010 Toyota Corolla front bumper cover replaced and painted, replaced mad broken clips all over from the accident, he touched up some chips in the hood I think without me even asking.Someone else here mentioned hes an artist and I agree. The work was flawless. I have to say I used to use GNC auto in passaic for a few cars and things I wanted done but they did a worse job on my hood seams on a brand new at the time 2012 Toyota Tacoma, and that was an insurance repair, so its not like they couldnt have spent more time and billed the insurance more.This guys quote is not a bait and switch he said 500 I paid 500. We did not know the mount for one headlight was bent and he stayed to his word and did the extra work for no charge. No body shops do stuff like that. SEAM AND COLOR MATCH WAS perfect. Seriously. He defintely has those skills you want when you get your car fixed. And no I was not given a discount or anything o the sort for this review. I beleive that good work deserves notoriety.Ill be using him again soon for my fender that had a little damage when I bought the car.

The process from start to finish was great. I recently got into an accident where the fault was 50/50 so I decided to fix the back bumper out-of-pocket. Even though my vehicle had significant body damage, I received my Jeep in a spotless condition, and as promised. The owner did a final walk-around in my presence and explained everything that was repaired.This body shop handles a high volume of repairs but quality seems to be one of their core values.

On 11/26/19, a lady tried to merge onto my lane in Paulison Avenue in Clifton and hit my car. To make the situation a bit complicated, the lady who hit me had a lapse in her car insurance. She did not leave though. She stayed with me and promised to pay for the damages. We decided to look for an Autobody Place near us and we went to New Trimble to get a quote. Ivo was great and he quoted her a pretty decent amount. But, to explore other options, we decided to go somewhere else to get a second quote. The 2nd place was considerably higher than Ivo’s so we went back and she payed upfront as promised and I secured a date to get my car fixed. It was in the shop for 2 days and I must say, I’m very impressed with the results!!! Everything was perfect and they even detailed my car :) which was a total surprise. Overall, I was satisfied not just by the service but the level of professional work that was done on my vehicle was up to par! Thank you to Ivo and his team!

I had an unfortunate accident on the highway where my passenger mirror was ripped off during the thunder storm. I know the secretary Emilia, very well and she put my car in the body shops hands. It was amazing how quickly they were able to receive the parts and repair my car. Ivo is a man of his word and he took very good care of my car. I was happy to know they have a 24 hour security camera surveillance for their lot and to top it off their work has lifetime warranty! I loved the costumer service & professionalism of this business & would recommend it to everyone and anyone!
