When you need to go to work and you’ve discovered your car is missing, it’s obviously going to cause a lot of stress. The last thing someone needs— is to call the company that took your car at the hours they are suppose to be open— and NO ONE ANSWERS. I must’ve called at least 80x before someone actually answered. If I could give you negative stars I would.If it is a police towing prepare to pay an arm and a leg ($270) and you need to get a release form from the police dept. Thanks to covid— you need to EMAIL the police and wait forever for them to send you the release form. If you don’t pick up your car the day of— it’s even more money the next day.You people are thieves and you make an already hard day even harder.
