Pepe service was great we were passing through from Philadelphia to Connecticut and saw an add online. Pepes price could not be beat, so we stopped in and bought a Down Draft Range sight on seen. We required a specific down draft range because we removed a wall and had no top vent. When we got back to Connecticut we realized a very important part (The blower motor) was missing from the packaging. We could not just drive back to pick up. Pepe was extremely responsive in resolving the issue, and sent the part to us via UPS. We had to call back a few times during the installation and Pepe was very responsive. We would absolutely recommend Pepes Appliance!!

Pepe Appliances prices cannot be beat! I needed a replacement on a Window A/C Unit and price was amazing! I definitely recommend Pepe Appliances!
