While some have had bad experiences, and they surely complain and gripe and write reviews, MANY OF THOSE WHO HAD GOOD EXERIENCE NEVER BOTHER to WRITE / SHARE THEIR GOOD VIEWS.Here is my experience where I went to help buy a FRIDGE / and SELF CARRY OUT with a home depot rental truck.My neighbor downstairs purchased a Large fridge, tried to be cheap and NOT pay for delivery. I went along as a good neighbor.1) It was DAMM TOO Heavy to unload when we got home.2) It would not fit into door.3) No one was available to move it inside,We left it outdoors covered in tarp and then eventually negotiated to buy a smaller fridge for a GREAT PRICE.Now with the wisdom of past experience, she paid for delivery / Install and have them take back the bigger fridge and also TAKE BACK THE OLD FRIDGE.She also GOT BACK THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE ?Fridge is working great for past two years.What do you call that experience? Good customer service, good product for the price?? She never bothered to write a review.Many of those who complain are just plain cheap, and want things for free or just not owning up to the responsibility and truth.Do we write a bad review, every time the scratch off or lottery did not pay out, calling it a bad product?

Great prices! Very very bad delivery service i purchased a standing freezer the delivery man came to my house telling me hes doing curbside delivery. I said to him this is my second time buying from your company and you came here before and installed my washer,dryer and refrigerator I even tip you and you gave me back some of the money. How is it now your going to leave my freezer outside, he said he wasnt paid to do the delivery I offered to him and his partner and they still leave without putting my freezer parts on.i definitely will not return to this store again period.

I recently purchased a washing machine from this store and it has only been 2 weeks and the machine is already having malfunctions and not working properly. I have purchased other products from this store that been fine yet with this purchase I’m really disappointed. As well I been trying to come in contact with someone in order to get help with this and see how can I fix it or what type of warranty is been offered and there is not type or reply at all. I’m very unhappy with the service and the attention / customer service from here.

I was very impressed with the quality of the appliances offered and the low prices. We purchased washer and dryer for less than half the cost of a regular price. They delivered and installed for us the next day. We actually had some problems with the installation of the washer (the drain hose was loose), and they helped us figure out how to fix that and were very patient with us. GREAT SERVICE!!!

Prices are great. But delivery and installation sucks. Deliveries are overbooked Ken did assist as best as he could and was very helpful. I had a big order full kitchen set and washer dryer set. Washer and dryer have multiple dents and scratches. But I had to keep going behind the deliver guys to close doors and clean up after them. Also they were very rude and tried talking beihind my back in Spanish not knowing that I understand spanish. I will shop there but I will not get delivery and installation again.

They sell damaged equipment without serial numbers. We moved into our house and had a fridge and dishwasher that previous owner bought from this store. The previous owner left the receipt and we experienced issues on Day 1. When we called, the rep said he would help with the issues and then never took another call. CHECK FOR SERIAL NUMBERS ON THE APPLIANCES you purchase from these crooks. Go to Best Buy instead and use Rakuten to get 3% cash back. Now I’m going to go to ripoffreport.com and post a review there. Then I’m going to the store and taking pics of the owner and posting on social media, Reddit, and wherever else I can. I’m going toMake this store famous.

Very pleasant, wide selection. If you dont mind dings and dents ( sometimes hidden by your counters), this could be a great savings. Also slightly used AC units and dehumidifiers. I bought 2 used or refurb humidifiers and still working a few years later like new.

Stay away, purchased a so called new refrigerator without any scratch and dent on May 20 2017 and it died a week ago try calling Elite Exchange but no answer on top of that the model number and serial number sticker which is usually located on the inside walls or the inside of the door has been removed from get go. I would never waste my money on this place ever again and go through the hassle which I had to face during the hottest month of the year. Plus if you purchase from Elite Exchange LG dont offer 5 year extended warranty since LG has a class action Law Suit on their LinerCompression compressor and in my case there is a rattling sound coming from compressor. Please do your research before buying.

My washer is super quite, I love how the modern design looks in my laundry room... its almost too much for my basement. I just love it! The washer is very quiet during its various cycles and once the cycle is finished you receive a pleasant tune reminder.. BEAUTIFUL!!It is very spacious allowing me to wash a Large amount of cloths including a big king size bed comforter with no problem.Karina is Lady who you need to see to ensure you have chosen the right appliance. Horrible service! Weve bought a washer and refrigerator there. The refrigerator did not work because the whole temperature control unit was missing and when we returned the faulty fridge by our selves they were not able to replace it with other working fridge in the same price range.We do not recommend this place.

On December of 2015, I purchase the following appliances from Elite Exchange. Washing Machine, Electric Dryer, Dishwasher and an Electric Range. The oven was missing one knob. The Dishwasher panel need it to be replace due to scratches. I was assured by the sales person that this will be taken care of before delivery. I was also informed that they are an official LG representative and any problem, we could call Elite Exchange and they will send and LG technician. Once we received the appliances none of the repaired were done and now there were two knob missing on the oven, and the dishwasher has not work properly. I informed Elite Exchange of this. So far they had sent 4 oven knob and they were all the wrong one. I call LG to come in and services the dishwasher and I was informed by LG, that they do not repaired furbish appliances, SO after many phone calls and conversation!!! This is the month of April and nothing has been resolved! STAY AWAY FROM Elite Exchange!! The saving does not make up for the aggravation! and they purposely miss informed me!!! I am still waiting for them to either resolve the problems or reimburse me!

Prices are OK… But purchased an air-conditioner and asked four times if everything I needed was in the box and was told dont worry about it its all in there only to get it home and find that the tube that I needed to connect the outport side to the window was not in the box… When you have to go back twice seems like Home Depot is actually the better deal
