This store has the worst customer service ever. I will never go to this store again. My furniture was supposed to be delivered on a certain day, we waited all day for them to come as they were telling us they will be there everytime we called. There was nonshow from them. We called the next morning to be told that they will be here before 2pm as we stilled waited and no show. We called cooporate for them to do nothing either. Im a very dissatisfied customer.

Ive used this location for 3 rentals in the last 2 years and found them to be great. The store is well maintained, the rental process was easy, they delivered when they said they would, set everything up and picked it us at a mutually convenient time.Ive rented refrigerators, and other major appliances with no difficulty.highly recommend.

Never have I ever experienced such disrespect.Had a delivery set for a week for Wednesday 12-2. It was a bedroom set for my son - mind you, as we were expecting a delivery, I cleaned out the bedroom and removed the old furniture and mattress.I had called at 2Pm and asked where it was and they said within an hour - they said the truck was in NYC in traffic. 2 hours later, they still did not show up. They said they had to go from NYC to the store and then make deliveries - but was guaranteed it would be delivered today. It wasnt until 7PM that I called again and was told that they may have to reschedule - the delivery men were up and down and then I spoke with Mike.As soon as I got on the phone with him (after being on hold for 20 minutes with another employee) he answered saying, Um, yes? What do you want?. He then disrespected me the entire phone call and told me he (as assistant manager) couldnt reschedule me. He then told me that I no right to be upset because I barely put any money down - mind you, I put down the required payment. I then informed him that I had taken off the entire day for work (as the delivery was mid-day) and he told me, that was too bad and your problem, not ours. He continued to disrespect me the entire phone call and proceeded to reschedule me for tomorrow.Never have I ever experienced such unprofessional, disprespctful, amateur customer service.

Never ever, ever, ever, ever again. Lol. On your due date theyll blowup your phone and any reference youve provided upon applying for their merchandise. Mind you, not passed due but on your due date they will hunt you down like a hawk. Lol. Thats just the bad part lol which you will not encounter if you make your payments on time.

Their customer service is really bad, you walk in and feel like they do not want to help you. I dont know why some retail stores hire people like this. Young black man that does not want to do his job.

Very rude and disrespectful staff they need training on how to speak to people (Mike,Danilo and the supervisor Natalia) very disrespectful .... Go get some training to learn how to be more professional when speaking to costumers specially when u dont own the store and u pushing customers away

POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH EMPLOYEES.Disrespectful, rude, and they make agreements in which they wont follow through with. I would suggest anyone go to a nearby store and not this one specifically.

I personally think Rent A Center is the worst company you can buy anything just save your money and buy it from different place specially electronic TV they will go bad in 1 year or 2 dont waste your money .... Too bad to see There are many Latinos who work there and see how they sell garbage to us that in 1 year or 2 years they go to the garbage to pay semen or a month at the end we go out paying double the best they gather and when they have buy somewhere else they sell everything they sell. it will harm you so buy safe and everything will be a problem do not let them see your face As they have seen me and many people ..👎
