Took a friend here needing a vehicle and she got exactly what she wanted. I stopped to talk to the other dealer there they were both pretty nice, so I decided since I needed a second vehicle I would give them a shot. A week later I took my boyfriend there and we purchased him a nice 2011 Ford edge in great condition Pete was more than helpful, informative and broke a lot of things down to us. I didnt expect this outcome but I am very happy with our experience and my purchase he worked really hard to get us what we needed and to get us going. within a matter of a couple hours we were on the road he alleviated so much for us. If anyone is looking for an inner city neighborhood honest car lot try auto right they could have played us gave us a lemon or wanted us to jump through hoops just to get a decent running car but they did not. Every car dealership was telling me no or was giving me a high downpayment but all that changed when I met Pete over at Auto Rite they worked with my downpayment and even kept monthly note in my pay range, was out the door driving under 2hours dont like sitting all day in the dealership

Mike & Tony were great! Purchased an extremely clean Volkswagen. I drove in from Columbus and was weary there may have been some hidden issues that the pictures didnt show, this was not the case. The vehicle had nearly new tires and everything was in really nice shape. Mike was able to assist greatly with the financing portion. This is not your shady side street used car lot from craigslist, they do their due diligence to search out nice used cars, make sure the tires are new or in great shape, new fluids, and tuned up in good running order and even make sure the cars are clean and detailed. You dont get that from many private owned used car dealerships. Would buy from Auto Rite again. Thanks guys!

Never going to buy a car there wrong people to deal with

The buying process went well and was pretty painless. 6 weeks after I wrote them a check for the truck the temp tags they gave me expired and I still dont have the title from them. They said they could do nothing to help. So now I have a truck I cant drive until I get the title from them. This truck is used for a business and this was very disruptive.

This dealership is a big SCAM. I dont trust nothing this dealership says or does. They lied initially about the remainder amount of money I had to pay and claim their calculator is different from mine when numbers dont lie. Secondly, the guy is extremely rude and even hung up on my when I asked a question. I would never recommend this dealership simple because you will get screwed. All they care about is money and could careless about you or the car they sell you. BUYER BEWARE

My sales /finance person was Pete Petit he was wonderful help me with my bad/no credit kept in contact with me low down payments low monthly payments made sure the car was wash in good condition overall I had the best experience with him if u need a car in have a little down payment go see him he’ll make sure your token care of.

Not very business oriented. I called these guys on a Monday about a inquiry to purchase a vehicle from them to find out one their employees has the vehicle out so he can move, to call in on Wednesday ...stopped by Wednesday their showing the vehicle off turn around vehicle gone, stop by again on Friday about it to be told its still out, take my info..name and number, no call, so I decided to call them Monday morning- vehicle was out still for sale got it back Saturday, to come on in were here to 7, stop by again at 4pm to be told it was just sold 5 minutes ago. Really😒 to be told we have another vehicle for sale...gtfoh!!! Really 😠😠

Very good car lot, very decent cars they also have a car layaway which is very convenient although I did find the some of the cars here are a bit overpriced.

First let me say Mike Legati was very helpful and even went on a test drive with us because we were out of towners. Other then mike let me just say that this experience was less then I amagined. We left the car lot with a 2014 F250 and was told that the vibration was just because of rough tires. We made it 25 miles toward home which is 4 hours away and the tire pressure lights Came on. One of the tires had popped off the rim. We had to stop at Ntb in Medina to pay 2000 to get the rotors, hubs, breaks and tires replaced just so that we could make it home. This is not a good tactic at all to lie to customers and put their lives at risk on the drive home just to get the sale. Their mechanic couldn’t even use a screw gun to take the tool box out of the truck. Very dissatisfied. And all this after picking our trade apart maybe they should spend more time servicing their vehicles instead of criticizing the trade.

No prices on the car windows. Sounds like they want to force u to talk to a salesmen. Dont like their tactics

The worked with me on a truck I bought and was great through the whole process, the few minor things that was wrong with the truck they made sure to fix so it was 100% before I drove away, I took the truck all the way to Texas and back a week later and it drove like a dream.

I have had good experience with auto rite I have purchased an 2008 dodge charger, 2110 chevy equinox & now I have 2013 chevy equinox and I never had any problems I will recommend auto rite to everyone :-)
