Every time I take my car in to be serviced I am treated with the up most respect and feel so welcomed. And they take great car of my car. And if they find that there is some kind of recall then they make sure that they let me know and set up a appointment for me to come in to have it fixed. I will not take my car anywhere else. By far the best car buying experience Ive had in my 65 years. Rick was very friendly and helpful. I wasnt asked to sign a bunch of releases or provide documents before my test drive, and they didnt insist on going with me. Rick just said have fun and call me if you need anything.There was no pressure, they dont have dealer add-on stickers, and their documentary fee is lower than most. I made a fair offer, and they accepted it. I was on my way home in less than hour with a cleaned up car and a full tank of gas. Finance Manager Gary was very friendly and respectful. He didnt pressure me at all to purchase an extended warranty. I dont know how many times I was thanked for giving them my business. If you prefer no pressure, bombast, or arrogance, this is your place.

I bought my Mazda C-X9 here in 2016, love the car. Fortunately I havent had a major issue from this car, its been a great vehicle. The service Dept. has been adequate each time. Donna is super friendly, and helpful. I would have given 5 stars, but all these folks talking about quick service, that doesnt happen for me, it is always well over an hour, for a general service, oil change and I drive from Chattanooga each time. I was told when I bought the car I could have a courtesy car to go eat, etc...however the two times I have asked they havent had one available. So that kept me from giving them 5 stars, other than that it has been a good experience.

I went in for a promotion. I dont have great credit but the promotion said they would take care of that and was told they only had one vehicle that would work. It was a recent trade, not even cleaned yet and it was an insult to my intelligence. Trying to force a car on me that was not what i needed and was worse than my car.
My experience goes back years to the time this dealership totaled my car on a service check and refused to do a thing. I even tried to buy the replacement from them but I got much better deal elsewhere from a dealer that owed me nothjng. I said Id never go back then. But I recently tried to buy another new Mazda. Bought a 2020 Mazda elsewhere last week. I saved a bunch of money. And every time I try to give this dealership another chance for service I get burned. There isnt a shred of integrity in the place. I love Mazdas. Great cars. Just buy elsewhere. Get service elsewhere. Donna is super nice. But her kindness eventually has proven hollow. I live in Cleveland. My 2 Mazdas come from other dealerships in the Atlanta area. Todays experience with service will be my last. I will drive somewhere else to shop and to get service...even for free warranty service. Fool me once...shame on you. Fool me twice...shame on me. Lesson learned.

We took the car in for a oil change 3 weeks ago. Well last Sunday The car was on the side of the road over heated. Called Mazda AAA to have the car towed to the dealership. Monday service called asking who left the washer fluid cap off because it fell into the belts causing damage. Informed it was them who did the last service. Wife picked up the car Tuesday. No apology, no sorry we damaged your car and left you on the side of the road NOTHING. I had to complain to the service manager Randy who i felt was annoyed I was wasting his time. (he did give 2 free oil changes lol like I will use them now). Next day we realize no AC. We take the car back for repair . Again No response from management at all. Wife goes to pick the car up the next day and the white leather seats covered in grease. She complains and they rub it around with a rag smearing it around the seat. If I ever step back in the dealership it will be too soon.The condition of the shop is terrible not what you would expect from a dealership. Trash and old parts laying everywhere. very dirty greasy .

I trust Gray Epperson Mazda to work on my Mazda and check everything is in working order. I have been to a few places that didnt tighten caps or one time left the oil cap off entirely. I know with Epperson I do not have to worry about the details. Trust is avaluable thing. Leave it with Gray Epperson and have peace of mind like I do.
The service and parts staff are awesome! They are super friendly and helpful and they explain things very clearly. They never talk down to you or assume you dont know what theyre talking about.I dont necessarily like waiting in the sales lobby when Im getting my car fixed though. Sometimes the sales staff try to make jokes that are a little off color. If the waiting area in the back was a little nicer, I would probably just wait there when Im getting my oil changed.

02/14/19Vehicle dropped off making noise and informed it could be the following week before work began.02/26/19I was contacted and advised my issue was a motor mount. I authorized repair.02/28/19I was contacted and advised my issue was a second motor mount. I authorized repair.I understood that this may not be the cause of the noise but we had to start somewhere.Over the course of the next six weeks, I contacted Gray Epperson every week to two weeks. They never initiated contact. On two occasions I called and was asked to leave my number and never received a return call. Over this course of time, I was told they were trying to get in touch with someone online, their tech was going to a class, it was a ground wire problem, and then a different ground wire problem.04/12/19Called and left number for return call. Waited 2.5 hours and called and asked to speak to service manager. They were not available, so I requested general manager. Not available, left number for return call. I received a call from someone later in the day from a gentleman that claimed to be the service manager. He said that my work would begin on my car on 04/15/19.04/16/19No contact from anyone. I called and spoke to Donna at 5:00 pm. She informed me that Dylan had been fired and they would start on my car on 04/17/19. When I confronted her with the fact that I was told work would begin on 04/12/19 and my car had been there over 8 weeks she told me I had to understand it was a complicated problem. I explained that I felt I had been very understanding given the length of time my car had been there. Ultimately the problem shouldn’t have been that complicated since they had already changed two motor mounts and the third one was the problem.04/17/19Received voicemail regarding my car04/18/19Received call from Donna at 9:03 to let me know the problem was a third motor mount. I authorized repair. Received call at 9:59 that problem was fixed and car was ready to go.04/29/19I contacted Gray Epperson to notify that the cover for the underside of the engine was missing and requested that it be shipped to me. Was told it was too large and couldnt be shipped. I then requested it be delivered to my home. Was informed I would have to come pick it up. I protested explaining that this would cause me to leave work early missing wages and spend additional time and gas driving to and from Cleveland due to their mistake. This was met with the option of coming on Saturday to pick up the part which is still an annoying inconvenience given the fact it was their mistake and the amount of time I was already inconvenienced by their keeping my car for 9 weeks.I called once more to speak with the general manager and again had to leave my number but never received a return call.
So far so good. Time will tell.
