This place will rob elderly! Do not shop here!!My mother purchased a couple of couches on nov 10 2020 . We were given the floor model during COVID without our knowledge……. Till this day 10 months later still no 2nd sofa ….. they have been holding our money hostage for almost a year…. No apology no nothing…. Just rude shady people giving my poor mother the run around…… now instead of giving the couch they want me to pick up my money …… they would let us return the couch that was a floor model and we are stuck with on couch that doesn’t match …. This place is a joke

We got a bedroom set over a month ago. When i got it i noticed the the chest is cracked in the inside all down one side, and a broken drawer from bed. Went to the store to talk to Elena. She said to put in a claim on the page. Went on page. Put in claim i got the drawer for my bed. But nothing has been done about the chest . I haven’t got email or phone call. Disappointing. I chose this furniture store out of many store. All i need is some type of communication on your behalf and my chest dresser .

NEVER NEVER order from this company!!We ordered our sectional in (3000+) June 2020!!! It came November 2020 in the WRONG CONFIGURATION!!! We have now been waiting 14 months!!! For our furniture!!! Sergio and Alina have been doing nothing but giving us the run around. First they said January, then February, then April, then May, then June then August, then September 8th!!!! Still nothing??? They even told us to call their manufacturers our self …lol They refuse to give us our money and told us we have to wait for the manufacture (that is supposed to be USA made to get back to us?!?!

Wanted to buy a mattress set but as soon as we walked in the door, we could see in the back area, two children, around 4 and 6 of age, jumping from one mattress set to another with parents right there ignoring their behavior. Only good thing was that they graciously took off their shoes. How great was that ? When finally a clerk came over to help us, we said that we were distracted by the children jumping all over the furniture. They continued to do that. She may have said something to the parents, but at that time, we decided to leave.

Istyle was the only store in the Cleveland area that carried a modern/ contemporary looking sectional. Color and material options required a special order and Elena was very helpful and provided good information through the entire process. After waiting close to four months, the sectional arrived a couple of days ago. The delivery went smoothly. In addition to providing a delivery date and time window, the crew called 1 hour before delivery; the call prevented wasting half a day or worse waiting for the delivery. The delivery crew was also very professional.

Elena was wonderful in helping us buy a new television stand, loveseat, and sofa. I stopped in on a whim and decided to check them out. They have a nice variety of eclectic and unusual furniture as well as traditional pieces, neatly displayed in their large showroom. I was impressed with their sale items and they seemed very reasonable! Even though there were several other customers in the store and Elena was working alone, she was very attentive and kind, and made sure to answer all of my questions. I decided to get an Ashley king mattress. To my delight, the delivery process was outstanding and I received a courtesy call to confirm delivery for a Wednesday. I was even more thrilled when the delivery crew just happened to be in the area on a Tuesday evening and called to see if they could bring the mattress early! They were super proffesional and very nice. All in all a great experience and Id put them on your list of places to check out when shopping for furniture!

This is a wonderful store. My parents have made many purchases here and now that I am old enough, Im starting to do the same. Weve bought great pieces here ranging from art, to living room furniture, to dining sets, to bedroom sets / pieces. The prices may seem high but what you pay is honestly what you get in this case. Everything I have from this place is still in great condition and very usable (5 - 10 years later). The employees are very professional and go out of their way to make the customers happy (example, they let me switch out an Ashley memory foam mattress after 2 weeks). My parents recently purchased a chandelier from here and the lights went out on a piece that was discontinued. They got the manufacturer to work on the discontinued item, and performed a repair because my folks didnt want a different substitute item. Overall, very pleased and recommend this place to anyone. Ive been around to different places like Value City, Bed Bath & Beyond, Levin Furniture... Im not saying those places are bad (okay... Value City is actually the worst), but this place is just great. Also, their selection is amazing. This is NOT your typical store. Their inventory will blow you away, whether youre looking for something modern, or just something different. I know this is a long review, but after years of shopping here, these guys definitely deserve it. Keep up the great work!!

Worst customer service ever. 2 trips to the store, multiple phone calls, the same BS. The manager will call you, never has. I recommend you dont buy here. 9-19-2017 Still not fixed, a young girl called me and said they would call me back to schedule repair 6 days ago. These people are the worst at service. Update 10-13-2017 went back into the store for the 3rd time, still no calls for my repair. Update Update:10-14-2017 after finally stopping out to look at my Cat Napper they had to locate a plastic piece that broke off. 5 hours later they have the part and the repair took literally 5 minutes.

Went here with my mother to buy furniture, and there was a lot of options to choose from! The lady who helped us, Elena, was very helpful all throughout the process of choosing the furniture I wanted. She was very kind and patient with us.It should be advised, though, that youll want to bring your own cart for moving your purchase out of the store. All that was available at the store was a little 1 foot by 2 foot cart. While that little cart was better than nothing, it was likely designed to move boxed furniture, not pre-assembled floor models. Moving floor models with it was awkward and a hassleGreat store, overall! Dont pass it up, it has everything you want!
