We were greeted by Mike. He said simply “welcome to our store, let me know if there’s anything I can help you with. My name is Mike.” And he left us alone until he realized we were near the end of the store and then approached us kindly. We had all three of our kids, all under 5 with us and he was super patient and understanding of our needs. He showed us sectionals that had options of different configurations, he measured sectionals for us, and he helped us hunt for the right one. When we found one we liked I grimaced at the price, and he was able to offer us something mostly within our budget but more importantly with an outstanding warranty and one that fit our space. He was just so friendly, and professional, and not at all pushy or condescending. Someone has to give Mike a raise! I appreciated how clean the store was, how nicely organized it was, and how (even though there was a huge selection ) it flowed nicely. We had been to a competitor up the street (and several others) and thought that would be our only option. Being that we have 3 little kids we didn’t want to invest too much but also knew you we’d get what we paid for, and were pleasantly surprised by this gem. I never paid enough attention to know it existed. If you are shopping for furniture and shopping around I encourage you to give this place a visit. Hopefully you’ll be as happy with the experience alone as we were!
I would like to share a positive interaction I had today with Alex who provided a repair service today. Alex was very personable, professional and provided guidance regarding the repair as well as things to consider moving forward. Thanks for the kind service!
Update: so disappointed, called to check on our purchase and was told our items would not be in until sometime next year, it would have been more acceptable knowing this up front. Ended up canceling our order and looking elsewhere. We were told if someone had made a purchase first they had dibs on the floor models.Still giving a 2▪review because they do have a nice selection and Marty was great.Awesome shopping experience, we were greeted by Marty who helped us tremendously.We did let Marty know up front we were just window shopping, and he assured us to there was no pressure.After looking around and trying out seating styles, we did end up finding a couch/sofa and two accent chairs by Lane.Marty took down some information and informed us these needed to be ordered and delivery would be end of October/beginning of November and these pieces were coming from North Carolina.We were hoping delivery would be sooner but with COVID-19 delivery is taking a little longer.The Cleveland Furniture Company Outlet is located on Brookpark Rd, with a few miles of the showroom located on State Rd.Marty was great with letting us know about extended warranty on furniture and also pricing updates.Over all we are pleased with our purchase and we will give an update once our delivery has been made.We would definitely recommend stopping in and taking a look around.They have bedroom, living room and dining room styles, outdoor seating, and kitchen dining as well. Shelving, decorative cabinetry too.
Me and my mom came in today. Store was nice, clean and friendly staff. Shoutout to Steve he worked his magic with the numbers and I ended up getting me a whole bedroom and sectional on the first visit! Would be back to purchase more 😊
Approached right away. I use a walker and couldnt access at least 50% of the sofas. Nice selection. I felt the prices were a little higher than we wanted to spend, but told we could possibly get a better deal.
Excellent customer service!! There was a misunderstanding/mix up with my order. EVERYONE I dealt with was kind and friendly. They quickly corrected the order and took good care of me. In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this company is shining bright! I will definitely buy from them again and would recommend them as well!

My man sunny helped us purchase very sturdy and beautiful queen bed set and 2 full size beds one for my daughter and another for my son.. the place has amazing furniture at very reasonable prices.. we also got set up with delivery and assembly and a 1 year warranty... remember the name is sunny and he will help you find exactly what u want at the price you want 💯

I bought a new brown couch. The salesman was friendly, helpful and professional. The delivery was quick and easy. The men were polite and professional.
Still in shock. My friend who is foreign and pregnant went and purchased furniture in March. She was told her furniture would be delivered in mid May. At the end of May when she didnt receive it she paid a visit to the store. She asked for a refund because she needed something soon, because she is pregnant. She was talked out of it and was told ot would definitely come by end of June. Well, its now July so she asked me to go.to the store with her due to Language.. When we arrived we discussed the situation with an employee we first were told he was up front to wait a bit. Well, another employee asked what the problem was. She told us the manger would be back at 5. It wasnt even 3. I said I can not bring her back she is pregnant. The employee made a rude comment that being pregnant was not a disability. No, her disability is she has one hand. So why would she even make that comment. I informed her that she was high risk and she stated thats no excuse and said it with severe attitude. Offended and told her it doesnt matter the situation ot didnt matter why we couldnt back and She started to throw f bombs at us and even threatened me by saying you dont know who I am I asked her what that meant and she starting arguing . Well, another employee came over and asked me to calm down. Meanwhile the other employee is waving her hands and swearing and yelling at us in front of the other employees. I was threatened again by saying he was going to call the Police on me even though she was told several times to sit down and cool off. ....reallly... your employee is swearing at us, threatened me and throwing F bombs s and upset my friend and you want to call and told me I provoked her...Then go ahead. Point is . .my friend is foreign, pregnant and disabled so why would you treat customers they way you did. There is more. When we left she came out sat on the curb of the store and was waving her fingers our way. I called and left a message with the Corp office by the way which I had to call another store to get the number because when I asked to file a complain. I was told just fo ahead. They didnt provide me with a number. If your employee gets loud and hostile and upset the customers to where we have to raise our voice to heard as well as refusing to sit down after being told, why would you tell us the customer is not always right. He also told me It was not my business. It is when I paid half of the bill. And there is no excuse no excuse no matter what, do you have the right to swear and threatened customers.

Not an honest company. Do not back up their products. Ordered a floor model recliner because they told me it was on the floor new for only three days. The chair they sent was NOT the chair I chose. This chair was a larger chair with the padding broken down. It even smelled used. The mechanics do not work properly. They want to makes repairs. They want to put foam in the seat and foot rest but the chair is made with gel infused memory foam . I am really dissatisfied. Just take pictures of items you may buy.Thank you so much Mike for taking care of my problem. He listened to what I had to say and didn’t make excuses. Within a week I got a NEW comfortable chair. I just love it. Again THANK YOU.
I live in Amherst, and my daughter took me to look at furniture here at the Factory Outlet nearly a year ago. I walked in and spent a good deal of time looking throughout the store. The salesman would occasionally come by and answer questions and talk about features of the furniture. I never felt pressured at all. I bought a couch, loveseat, ottoman, two side tables and a coffee table. Everyone who comes into my house complements me on my beautiful and very comfortable furniture. I tell everyone where I purchased it. I will definitely be going back for some other items I need..
Dont waste your time or your money here. Ordered furniture in November that I was told would be here in January and its about to be April and Im still waiting! Awful place of business and even worse customer service! Save yourself and go anywhere else!Edit: in response the the owners reply. I have called several times in fact. It seems there is never a manager there that I can speak to!

We had a great experience shopping in store. When we got our table, there was about a 3-4 inch scratch on it. The table is a yellow/tan wash wood with all sorts of wood pattern. I knew I couldnt fix it myself. Alex came to our house, fixed the scratch and I swear I couldnt even tell you where the scratch was. He was artistic with the solution and coloring so that the scratch blended into the rest of the wood, rather than being filled in and ending up being noticeably a different color. I couldnt recommend the store or the repair department any more highly. If they dont get it to you in perfect condition, Alex will absolutely make it look brand new.

We were greeted by a salesman who was very aggressive, he made it clear we were not welcome. Not only was he rude to my husband and, I he told me I couldnt find a bedroom set in my price range when I was litterally staring at one. Its a shame I would have spent a lot more money for the right set. If you want rude consieded salesmen and people who stare you down from across the store this is the place for you.

Be careful about quoted prices here... it felt a bit like shopping for a used car with great salesperson having to talk to the “manager.” The inventory was great, but I was told firmly that a leather sectional would sell for a certain price due to Labor Day sale as approved by the “manager.” I went home, grabbed wife and kids, and then came back with wife’s approval. I felt terrible for the sales person when she came back after I said sold and was ready to buy in cash. Apparently the manager reneged on the price and wanted several hundred more than I was quoted because he thought it was a 2-piece sectional and it was really a 3-piece. Or, the manager just didn’t do the right thing and blamed his salesperson for his own mistake. Needless to say we left after too much wasted time on a holiday. I will not be back.
We purchased a recliner, which was delivered today, by Larry Woods and another gentleman. I was concerned with the delivery as we had a love seat recliner in the room where the new one was going. My husband and I could not get it out of the room and temporarily put it in the garage until trash day. I voiced my concern with Larry and he assured me not to worry they would take care of getting it out. They did get it out with no problem and brought the new one in. Such gentlemen, professional and both wore a mask. Thank you Cleveland Furniture Co., for hiring such nice people, both sales and delivery people.

My husband and I ordered a couch 8 weeks ago, and still no couch. I called to cancel because order had been pushed back 2 times for shipping. They want to charge me 160 dollars to cancel. They said it will be here on the 6 nine weeks after order. Not a good experience and will not recommend this company. I am hoping the manager sees my post to help me with this. . This is not how u keep customers comming back. FYI I have called the store 3 times. Funny I ordered ottoman from wayside same week and received my ottoman exactly when they said.
My husband and I went in Looking for dining Room chairs. The service was Excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Cant wait for them to re open Ive been told I need to buy a new table and this is the place.
Fiance and I went in looking for an ottoman or a coffee table. We were greeted as soon as we got there. When we told the salesman what we were there for so he took us over to the touch screen to browse the inventory. Okay neat trick Im sure some of the older less tech savvy customers like that. Im 34 my generation has touch screens on our refrigerators. I went into the store to see in person. Touch things check the quality. So we wander off and start looking at other stuff. He saw us looking at coffee tables asked if we were looking for those we said maybe.. right back to the touch screen tapped the coffee tables and walked away. So my suggestion is to either replace all your salesman with tablets or get some people that understand why someone walks into a brick and mortar store in 2019.That said they have a nice selection and decent prices. Just have to find what youre looking for yourself.
My husband and I was looking for reclining chairs before covid-19 and found them here. All I can say is from the time we walked in, the salesmen Tom helped us, and when we had them delivered, the two gentleman were so polite and were more than helpful setting up our chairs. It was just a great place to buy furniture. We went back yesterday to buy a coffee table, dresser, and loveseat, and yes you guessed it, Tom was there again to greet and help us. Great furniture, & great prices. This place is huge. Tons of selection and brand choices on any type of furniture you could want and the prices are very good. Salespeople are helpful but not pushy.Just make sure you inspect your purchase carefully before you leave the store because some pieces had minor wear and tear consistent with floor models.
Alot of furniture, prices seemed a little steep and when we told the salesman what we were looking for, instead of saying they did not have any, sent us looking through the store and then disappeared from the floor
Mom and I went in looking for a couch. We were here several hours, and this was a really great place. They let us look, checked in on us a couple of times, and ultimately we walked out with a mattress set for me and a plan to go back. The prices were really reasonable and everyone we dealt with was fantastic.
If I could leave zero stars I would!!! This place took my 2600$ and 3 months later I have nothing to show for!!! And when I call it’s a different answer every single time!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! And you aren’t saving any money over any other furniture store!!!!

The furniture took a little longer due to us ordering a color they didnt have in stock and all of the covid 19 shutdowns, making it harder for them to get it but, at the end they did deliver. Their set up/delivery starff did a great job, quick and they had PPE on very happy with their service.
After 18 years of marriage and 18 years of hand-me-downs, my wife and I decided to buy our first brand new set of livingroom furniture! Stopped here because its locally owned. Dont let the word outlet fool you. This place has good stuff. Nice selection of affordable pieces. Our salesperson Tom was helpful and not pushy. We ended up ordering from the customizable section, but were happy with the price (hundreds less than the same thing at other places) and we got to pick our colors and upholstery. So long as theres no issues with our delivery, I give these guys a big thumbs up!

Would have been 5 stars because the service was wonderful however....when I purchased a sofa and loveseat, the sofa was in stock...the loveseat was not. I was told that it would take 30 days to get the loveseat. I was okay with that, especially since I was told that other furniture stores have people waiting over 3 months to get their furniture. So here we are over 5 weeks later (I purchased the furniture at the end of May) and now Im being told that It may be shipped around the 17th of July and that I may be able to get it around the 27th of July!!!! According to them, I never should have been told that it would only take 30 days. I guess theyll tell you anything to get the sale! NOT HAPPY!!!!
This would have been 5 stars...My buying experience was great. Jane was a big help, was knowledgable while not being pushy, didnt rush me. I appreciated that. I bought a sectional and headboard. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to be delivered because of manufacturer being backed up. I called today to check status since were nearing the 4 week mark. The man that picked up told me to call back bc they were really busy. Ok? So buying customers are more important than ones that have already given you their business, wanting to check on the status of their furniture?? I got the impression once you buy something, theyre not as helpful. I called back, asked for Angela.. The convo seemed kinda rushed to me and I didnt feel like a valued customer the way I did when I went to purchase furniture. I was told my sectional was out of stock. I was never told this. Supposedly, its now pushed back to mid-July. Jane should have checked on this and told me. This is the first time in the 16 years my husband and I have bought new furniture and were extremely excited to have it delivered. The headboard hasnt been shipped either. If I would have not called, I would have never known. This has me very disappointed. 5 stars for my shopping experience, 3 stars now after finding out about my order.

My husband and I order furniture the beginning of Dec told it would take 4 to 6 weeks . It was 10 weeks and when they delivered my bedroom furniture the dresser was damaged had to wait another week and a half. Very disappointed that it took so long.
My fiancé and I went there today on a whim and we were not disappointed! Tom helped us getting exactly what we needed and the prices you just can’t beat !!! We will DEFINITELY be purchasing more items from here ! Extremely satisfied customers!
The family always went to Basista furniture in Parma for our furniture,now that Basista is closed we have found a new place to go!!The selection is great the prices they will work with you on, andthe customer service is excellent.
I’ve called three separate times, and had three separate bad experiences. First time calling, the lady directed my call to a voicemail instead of a salesperson, the second time the lady hung up on me, and the third time the salesperson that I finally got through to asked to call me back. He took my name and number and never called me. There’s a reason why roughly half of the reviews on here are 1 star, and I’m proud to add to it.
