Steve was excellent he went above and beyond to make sure I received the best customer service. He took his time and answered all of my questions he showed me many different bed and made sure I received the best fit. He is a excellent, excellent, excellent sales associate and I have told Multiple people about the great experience I had there.

The clerk was very knowledgeable. As soon as we walked in he greeted us and answered our question about 90 day pay out or lease to own. He asked our budget, and he walked us over to the mattress’s in our budget. He picked 2 mattresses he thought we would like. The 2ns mattress was a winner. He started putting in our information, and within 10-15 minutes we where walking out the door. FREE shipping to our address. Oh and he explained to us the lease and the 90 day payout. The clerk showed us what we would be paying if we did 90 days and if we did the long term. I love that he was ALL for saving us money. 90 days same as cash price is what we went with. All together was $600. And because there was a promotion we walked away spending $1.08. We don’t start our 90 day pay out until we receive our new memory foam mattress and box spring. Would definitely go back. I was very happy with how fast he was able to find me and my husband what we wanted and explained everything in detail, literally all within 10-15 of being in the store and walking back out. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I sent a message thru the chat and asked if they sold queen size bed rails and they got right back to me saying that indeed they do sale queen size beds rails and was able to go purchase them. They will be delivered on Wednesday. Thank you so much.

I was going to order a mattress online but it said 7-10 business days so I called the store and asked if there was any available and if I could pick it up myself Brandon was very nice and told me I could I was very pleased and it didn’t take long and he carried it to the truck for me now that’s what you call great customer service.

If Youre Outfitting Your Sons Very First Apartment, It Was Money Well-Spent!I think the managers name was John, and he couldnt have been more helpful! We had a great experience at both the Avon and Steelyard locations. The salesmen were knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. They were more interested in educating us in order to help us make decisions than trying to sell us expensive mattresses.

Got a good mattress from here with an extremely low-quality boxspring and frame. The boxsprings bottom fabric covering came off with almost no force when I was putting it on the frame, so I had to buy a staple gun to fix it. The boxspring also slides off the frame very easily. The frame itself is of so-so quality and doesnt feel very sturdy. If I could do it again I would have just bought the mattress here and gotten a foundation somewhere else.

I needed a bed. The manager help me out to get me a bed. I sent to him some of my friends. When you are down GOD put peoples in your path if your house is in order. Im proud to have good nights sleep. Sometimes I dont want to get out of the bed.

Went looking for a Guest Bed, The Guys there at the store were attentive, Courteous, even tho it was pouring rain outside, they still seemed to actually care about the Customer.
