Mariann made the process fun and e citing for my wife and I appreciate that, especially after some rough appointments that had discouraged her in the past. Had a nice experience after we sat down with the designer/salesperson. He was able to draw up a semi quick 2D/3D of the kitchen dining room area that we were changing out in a smaller fixer upper in Avon Lake. Northeast Factory Direct on W 140th has cabinets, flooring, other amenities. We were very happy with the design and will update this post on the install.

The staff were friendly and efficient the stock far more than I could have imagined. The clerk was friendly listened to what I wanted, identifief several choices for me, checked immediately to see if the one that I liked was available and arranged a purchase. The whole process took less than 15 minutes.There was no waiting. I heartily recommend shopping here.

Meagan was amazing! Super knowledgeable and patient. We were looking for a sectional for our new home and I feel like we dragged her through the whole store cause I wanted to try every single one. We found a lovely sectional and once we decided on that, we went into the room with the dining tables and she really went out of her way to help match a table to the couch and floors in our new home. She did help me relax with the whole process. She even went and got pillows from the other room to show how the colors worked so well. She deserves a raise for sure.

Has been quite a horrible experience. From the first salesperson walking away from us when I told him the clearance patio furniture was not what I was looking for and the new was not within my budget (Guess well see you in the spring then) (I was looking for 2 chairs and a loveseat), to the supervisor when I requested my delivery fee refunded (was a nightmare from the scheduling to the forgotten pieces) telling me we dont always get what we want, these are the rudest customer facing people I have ever dealt with.I recommend no one to go here!!!!!

We went today for the first time to NEFD-Cleveland in search of end tables. We were greeted as we walked in and were allowed to roam freely throughout their large store, which we appreciated. My husband found an end table he liked, as did I, so we asked if it came assembled (which it did!) and it was in stock, too, so we bought it! Happy, happy!! Kudos to Lauren for her smiling assistance! She was great!!

Beware of this company! The manufacturer they use has three grades of cabinets, low-grade, mid-range, and high quality. They charge you for mid-range and you end up with low-grade. You pay for high-quality they order you the mid-range. Profits over people always with this place!

Went into the Cleveland location for the first time and was so excited to see all the couch and chair options! I ended up finding a nice and comfortable L shaped couch for $700 that I purchased. Staff was really helpful when I asked for it, but let me browse on my own. Would definitely recommend.

The pricing was phenomenal compared to home dept. The quality of all hardwood cabinets was excellent.The design team at Northeast Factory Direct was great to work with and their attention to detail exquisite.If youre looking for new kitchen cabinets and do not have Northeast Factory Direct bid your project, you are making a very large mistake.

My kitchen came half done. The kitchen designer made several mistakes on our order therefore some cabinets had missing parts and one came in a wrong size. Also, when we placed an order and they took nonrefundable deposit, I have found out that price did not include the installation which is an additional a few thousands of dollars. Poor communication skills on their part.Customer service is terrible. People are rude on the phone, talk over you, and dont return your calls. Wait time on your order is outside the time frame they promise. It is 6 months, no matter what they tell you.Not worth the money nor aggravation. I am very dissatisfied with results. No, I do not recommend Northeast Factory director for your kitchen remodeling.

Josh did an excellent job in designing, setting up details for my kitchen that is going to be gutted out. Assured me that the time line should match up and I shouldnt have to do anything except buy the appliances. Update will come when the project is done.

I was kinda nervous about having to order a new kitchen by myself, but Jayson was so helpful and explained every step. I knew exactly what I wanted in my kitchen design so that saved a lot of time! Jason added a coffee nook and a pantry on the computer drawing and it was above and beyond my expectations! I’m so excited about my new kitchen now! The best thing I loved was I will be getting a lot better grade cabinets at a lower price than the Big store quoted me!

Ordered a large TV stand 3/16/21. Scheduled for delivery 6/26/21 did not even leave the delivery truck because it has a damage on it. Three (3) weeks later 7/17/21 delivered with missing parts (legs) and damaged. When will they ever get it right? Now we have a useless piece of furniture in our living room and no one knows when this will be repaired/replaced?

This place in not a good place to shop at all stay away!!!I would not recommend to anybody..We ordered kitchen cabinets in March in Macedonia location with Josh,we were told it will take 4-6 weeks,it is took 8.5 after a million of phone calls and emails.Josh who helped us with design of the cabinets was great .So....several cabinets were back ordered, and Alicia at the wear house was very helpful and tried her best for cabinets to arrive sooner.Here is starting....cabinets were delivered with 1 missing, 2 others shipped in the wrong size and third one in a different color and one extra that we never ordered .I tried several times to contact customer service and Josh, it very hard because Michelle at customer service seems completely careless and not returning the calls when she has to,another guy said it is not much he can do about and basically hang up on me, you would not hear even apology for the mistakes...nothing....no one trying to resolve the issue.Pay more,but shop with the better bussness,customer service is the most important and here is very poor one...the energy you will spend trying to get some help from them does not worst discounted price!So far still waiting to get help and resolve the issue,update will come...

This is a terrible place to get your kitchen. They do not make custom made cabinets as advertising . Cabinets come pre-manufactored from Vietnam. I end up with 4-8 inches spaces between the walls and cabinets simply because they did not have the right size cabinet. Some cabinets have missing parts like shelves, bottoms, inner walls connections. Promised to fix it but never did. Its been 5 months. My kitchen is still not finished. I have to hire carpenter to make it look decent and most importantfunctional. Customer service is far from perfect. The secretary is rude and not helpful, gives wrong information. Takes about a week to return a phone call.No. I do not recommend

We met with Beth and she was not only very knowledgeable and helpful but very patient with both my husband and I. Selection is incredible. In fact so much to chose from it is a little overwhelming. We recently purchased kitchen cabinets from the Euclid location and could not be happier with the experience thus far. Andy was our designer and he did an amazing job. From the first phone call to the final order, we stayed in touch via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Andy took all of my ideas and turned them into a customized design to address all the quirks we had in our original kitchen layout. We cant wait for installation in a few weeks!Update: Its been a year with the new cabinets and we couldnt be happier!

We went to NE Factory in September of 2020 and purchased a bedroom suite. We selected a set that was supposed to be in stock with the acceptation of one night stand. We got excuse after excuse about why it was delayed. I understand that covid caused many delays in many industries, including mine but after 5 months they finally delivered SOME of the furniture. We were told the main dresser would be here in a month. That was over 2 months ago and it is way past the scheduled delivery date for the dresser. Still no word on where it is. We were offered no explanation. I dont think after this experience I will buy from them again or recommend them. I get upset every time I hear their commercials about delivering when others cant. Its just not true. We could have purchased the exact same suite from another store and probably had it by now.Now to add to this review, the furniture was delivered finally after over 10 MONTHS. The main piece has a huge gouge, not just a scratch but a gouge. My wife sent an email and its been 4 days with no response. I have asked for a phone call to discuss resolution but thus far have not received one. At this point Im not sure which way we will go but filing a complaint with the BBB is probably the first step. I have never experienced as poor customer service as I have from Northeast. What a disappointment.

I bought my bed here. I was slowly walking around and thinking of what I wanted to buy for my first mattress. One of the employees came up to me and said you know what, I know the perfect mattress. Lay here and Ill be back. I was like whaaaat? and he said trust me. and It is honestly the most comfortable thing I own besides my couch. I like to split my sleep so they dont get jealous of each other. Couch sleepers know what I mean.

The staff was great, they approached us to see if we needed anything and our sales person made it a quick and easy check out and was pleasant and smiled, Nice to see!

I generally do not write reviews but I just cannot let this one go. We ordered our bedroom furniture in January 2021 and paid for it in full. The web site said 8-12 weeks for delivery because of COVID-19 which is understandable. Mid April I wrote an email asking for the status and was told that the shipping container from overseas was delayed (yes, thats correct, not made in the USA) and it was going to be June before it would ship. Come June I email again and it was still delayed but we had our $150 delivery charge refunded to us. With no updates I emailed again only to find that our bed had arrived but nothing else.They offered to ship our bed to us now or wait for all of it to come in together. We opted for the now option and received a text to set up delivery either by the text link, or by phone. I scheduled via the text link and received online confirmation of bed delivery July 16-I took a screen shot. We later emailed again and a representative told us that evidently our online confirmation never registered and that delivery date was now full. We then had to stretch it out another week due to their very limited delivery dates. Long story short it has been over 6 months and we have given this company thousands of dollars but dont have a single piece of furniture. Our bed is sitting in a warehouse and our dressers must be floating in the ocean somewhere. This has been the most awful experience and they deserve 0 stars. Would be nice to have our furniture and a refund. Never buying here again. Please dont let the commercials fool you.AUGUST UPDATE: Received bed only, nightstands are sitting in the warehouse, and chest and dresser are not going to be shipped until the end of October. If I receive the dressers as stated it will have been 11 months since ordering.

The representative that took our order was new but she got someone to help so the order was placed correctly. So far so good, the cabinets came the week they should. The delivery was to call us with a 2 hour window which they didn’t, just showed up. The few problems that we have was acknowledged quickly and new parts were to be sent out within 10/14 days. It hasn’t been 14 days but I’m sure things will all work out.

It was my first time ever going to factory direct! Rob was kind and knowledgeable!! We left their with savings and now we can fix up our families home built in 1956 to keep it going strong. High Quality Cabinets for a very affordable price and so worth it!!

This experience has been terrible. We ordered and paid for an entire kitchens worth of new cabinets. We have been patient since this was taking place during COVID19. However, they have burnt out our patience. Theyve lied about delivery dates. Delivered obviously damaged cabinets and a drawer base with NO DRAWERS! They have our money. So it doesnt matter to them that weve had to push back our move date 3 times! And they have NO answer to make this right. Just keep waiting. No offer to deduct cost, refund us for damage pieces, or anything that would help make us feel better. If youre redoing your kitchen pick someone else. This isnt worth it.
