Do not recommend. They do NOT guarantee their work.Spent $1200 to fix the AC on a Sienna van. Didn’t work. They checked again and found “the actual problem”. No refund on the parts we didn’t actually need and no forwarding of money already spent to fix the problem.Staff were friendly enough but the business practices are not. If you have to visit a Toyota Service go to Chattanooga.

We made an appointment and was still their for 2 hrs. After 2 hours I asked for my car back.

I drive further to use this service center than necessary because they go out of their way to explain what they are doing and why. They are very thorough with their inspections and make sure you understand what may need replacing now or later and why. This time I got a free car wash with my service.

Had to get my moms truck serviced, fast friendly, and super clean ! Even had all chairs sanitize with signs so you would know that the things around sitting area in lobby was sterilized

Been there a few times the help was awesome. Very friendly people and great customer service 👍 👍👍 👍👍. And if you get a chance to stop by talk to Russell and Alfred these guys are great.

Bought a new Avalon in 2017,was told we recieved 2 free oil changes.Got one was charged for 2nd one because it was a few miles over.was never told about a milage or time frame...

2017 Toyota Tacoma making rear-end noise spent $2,300 to fix it and made the problem worse and they will not do anything about it. Says its normal after they said they could fix the noise for 2300. And will not return my money. Please never deal with Toyota of Cleveland, go to Murfreesboro or Knoxville

Will not call you back and to ask 1 question u have to go through 7 different poeple maybe one day they will it my truck in to get it fixed but unlikely
