Not honest on keeping you informed or updated as they had my car for over a month. I can’t say miscommunication because there wasn’t any. Small business or big business consumer’s satisfaction should be a mutual goal otherwise what are you in business for? They’ll continue to give you the run around about your car. I’d call Monday and be told that Friday it’ll be ready come Friday there’s an excuse to call Monday, then repeated. Less excuses more work..If there isn’t enough workers please don’t take someone car apart to have it sitting there so you’ll have guaranteed money. That’s a huge inconvenience because someone else could be fixing it faster and efficiently. I would never recommend this company for any repairs or diagnostics nor air. They aren’t people of their word. Prices may seem low however them keeping your car for extreme periods you’d be spending money elsewhere for transportation!

Guy said he just forgot to do work on my car so took longer for that. I was not compensated. Work will take them sometime they dont communicate so that they dont lose your business. didnt keep their word on a credit for work so thats twice i been there and it was a bad experience. The work got done just took 2 weeks later and some misleading information. Even if they put it on the quote they gave you dont believe it.🤷🏽‍♂️bad business but good workers

Extremely honest and reliable staff! I have had both my husbands car and mine worked on here for the past couple years. Its nice knowing that your car will be fixed properly with quality materials. They can get busy at times so I suggest calling ahead if youre in a hurry!

They just keep your car way too long . FYI if u take your car here be sure to have a back up car or know someone who will drive u around for like a week. Other than that great service .

Tim the owner is great. Cannot ask for a better, more honest mechanic who is resonably priced. Definitely recommend!

Affordable prices

I have never had a more awful experience with an auto shop than I had here.He kept my car for 20 days and didnt do a single thing to it. In the 20 days that he had my car he never one time called me to give me an update on what was going on.The 3 times that I called him during that 20 days his response was always Call me back in a couple of days.If your car is in any way shape or form electric or hybrid or of that sorts do not under any circumstances take your car here.The shop is a cave and none of their mechanics know what theyre doing with newer cars.The first day I took my car to him I told him three things that Toyota told me and he still couldnt figure out.Ive known Dumbo for over 20 years and his shop came highly recommended. Its a shame that I have to give this type of review about a man I have very fond memories of.All his reviews are from friends and family and he deletes negative comments so this will probably never be seen to begin with. My hope is that the couple of people that see it before it gets deleted will understand that if you have a newer car take it to a real mechanic and stay away from the caveman.

This place is the best. Tim is very knowledgeable and polite. He sticks by his word of how long it should take to complete the work . And hes very reasonable. This is the only place I bring my auto for repairs.

Came highly recommended, bur unfortunately my repairs where not up to par; even though I was told to come back, time is an Essence to me in the car should have been tested to find out everything was done the inconveniencing that there was still problems with the service and other problems were found out or additional problems its only says to me that the car was not inspected once it was finished
