Rich stated he was too busy to do the work I needed to be completed. He did proceed to point me in the right direction on what needed to be done with my vehicle and also told me what I should expect to pay. He did this all on his time. His professionalism is excellent. Not too many other people would have taken the time to do that.

Chris is great. I had a transmission problem that 2 other shops charged for diagnostic but couldn’t fix.Parma Transmission diagnosed the problem at no charge fixed it that day.

I had an oil leak. Got an appointment in about a week. The dealership said it would be 3 weeks before they could get to it. The trans and torque converter were rebuilt in less than a week for SIGNIFICANTLY less money than the dealers ballpark quote. They did great work in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I took my vehicle to Parma Transmission fully expecting to pay mega bucks to fix it, imagine how happy I was to find out it was only a minor problem that ended up costing me less to fix than I would have spent just to have a dealership just diagnose the problem. The point is that an unscrupulous repair shop could have easily taken advantage of me and charged me for unneeded repairs but thankfully I found an honest operation.
