I took my car up to meineke to be served, by being early in the morning I wanted me some coffee,so I walked and got some coffee not really knowing my way around got lost coming back and wind up at SAS automotive,I had walked at least an hour and it was very hot like a desert out there,the manager that own the shop was so nice to me he gave me a ride back to meineke,, his wife even gave me some water,I dont know what would have happened if he or her didnt,I probably would have passed out, I owe them my car to give it service one day.☺️Thanks again Sir & maam.

This place is great! Fast, honest and with in budget. Took very good care of me and my car. They fixed what need to be done and told me of a few things I would need in the future. Price was right and Lee and bill made a new friend will take all my vehicles to them from now on. Thanks guys.

I went here to inquire about parts for my van. The owner didnt seem to want to be bothered by my needs. I have gone there in the past and he was friendly and helpful. I dont know why the change in attitude. As of right now I wouldnt recommend going to him.

Great service. Great prices. I have taken my car here for a while on a friends (from the eastside) recommendation. They offer options to the degree of repairs: new parts vs. used replacement parts; whether something must be repaired vs. just riding it out; they have even fixed things and NOT charged me because it was very minor. I never feel taken advantage of or scalped here. I would and do recommend this place to everyone.

I really liked the service I received. I could tell that these guys were honest mechanics. If you live in Ohio city or Tremont I would definitely recommend them for car repairs.

These guys are the best. I ended up coming to see them in a panic because of an AWFUL sound my car started making. I called them and they got me in right away. Not only did they get me in right away but it took them no time to get me a very reasonable quote for the brake work I needed. They completed the work in just two hours and got me right back to work.The customer service while I was there was wonderful and the owner really went the extra mile to make sure I didnt miss any work appointments.

There location is good but its a small garage. They do great work but somedays you may have to use patience at this garage.

Fair price and great people

When I went up there the door wasnt open at 9:00am, I had to called them to open the door unprofessionally, and result I almost fought this ratchet person for looking at me crazy, and my life threatening.

They didnt have the part I was looking for

Car had a leak, called them up they looked at it for free called and gave pricing options and identified problem. Fixed car within hours. Very fast service for a problem that I thought would take days to fix. Will be back for certain.

I know the owner George and the guys and have never had a problem with anybody there, they do what they say and keep their word. Couldnt ask for anything more
