Either the guy does not know what I need, is just blowing some smoke or was not listening to my inquiry..100 dollars to hook his machine up for an audio digital turn on via VCDS. Cable to program is $199 in Rostech (bought cable but delayed in post)..to top it off was very RUDE and LOUD( probably why he was not listening). I am not the only one who had this experience..YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Very very unprofessional, dirty business area, takes to long to fix car. Has a bunch of unfixed cars all over the shop, barely anywhere to move, and has a very smart mouth to the point u probably would slap the sh@& out of one of them. FYI, only 1 of workers speak ok English, that’s the 1 Ull probably have to slap

Relatively new to the Cleveland area and my car broke down, had it towed to this location, and its a very good shop. these are good people and Id reccomend them to anyone in the area. They do specialize in foreign cars which is one thing to keep in mind.
