Tried to get a tire fixed. They said they couldnt the tire was to bad. Ask to buy new tire was pretty much told they didnt want to sell me tires. Lol. Thought this was a tire store.

Several months ago I had my rotors and brakes changed. In the last couple of weeks my steering wheel and truck would start to vibrate every time I put the brakes on. I called and set up an appointment, the service technician told me that the rotors were warped, but since it was under 12000 miles since I had the work completed they would take care of it. They said it would take about 1 hour, which turned into 2 hours, upon picking up my vehicle I noticed grease all over my front seat. I told them and they came out and sprayed and cleaned the seat, he said it’s clean but wet, not one time did I hear the word “sorry “pretty bad customer service!!

Exceptional place and fantastic people that went above and beyond even though they did not make a dime off of me. We were traveling cross country and had a blowout on a 44 foot gooseneck trailer. We stopped in here but they did not have the tires or even the jack large enough to lift our huge trailer. they let us us their tools and their parking lot to changer our tire and did not charge us a dam. Michael was exceptionally nice and went above and beyond to get us back on the road!

I wish I could give zero stars. Went there Wednesday September 9, 2020 at 715am. Not one car in bay, employee s (2) standing around and was told they couldnt even get my car in for at least an hour and half.Unfortunately I ran over a screw and needed a plug. I was already late for a trip for my grandsons birthday ( the next day in Florida). Thanks to Google I found Cleveland Tire 2 miles down the road. They got me in and out in less then half an hour. They were friendly and happy to help. Not like the arrogant service writer at NTB. Ive lived in the area for over 10 years and will never return to NTB. They are popping up all over our area but I rather give my money to our local hard working mom pop shop.

After noticing a flat on the way to a job, I pulled my tire, and got a ride to NTB around 4:15. They were very busy on this day but assured me they would fit it in! I did my work and when I pulled back up around 5:30, a super nice employee rolled it out to me and when I asked how much he said it was just a valve stem so no charge! :)I know from my dads old shop that it takes time to take a tire off the rim and put back on. And with people in front of me; this is a business that takes care of their customers. 5 stars I will be back.

Had a blow out of a boat trailer tire. Stopped by here for a replacement. Staff was so accommodating! I was in and out within 45 minutes with brand new mounted tire! The staff here was so pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this place to anybody!

NTB always gives us great service.

AVOID THIS PLACE my fiance went to have her oil changed in December. And everything seemed normal.When I went to change her oil this time I noticed they rounded off half of the drain plug and I was not able to get it off. I had my fiance call them and the guy on the phone immediately was very accusatory and was rude. we showed up to have them check it out to make sure it was them that did the service and sure enough they were. the manager or whoever you was that checked out the car was very rude about it and said oh look I can get it off right now with no problem he accused me of not having the right tools which he didnt even know what tools I have I was a mechanic I have plenty. He had a breaker bar thats the reason he was able to get it off easily the torque specs on a drain plug are 25 to 30 foot pounds and should be able to be removed by any socket or wrench. and he did nothing but make rude comments the entire time and when I finally spoke up about it he told me to never come back again. trust me with service like that I will never be back and will never recommend it to anyone. Which sucks because they use Valvoline oil and NAPA oil filters. the service was so terrible and the guy was extremely rude dont ever take your car to this place.

If I could leave 0 stars I would you were rude to my wife after we purchased a 1 year rotation and balance and alignment. You think you can talk down to women and hang up on them and get away with it? Thats not very professional. Hope yall have a nice day.

On Thursday I attempted to make an appointment online, and the site kept reloading so I called the Cleveland TN branch to make an appointment. I inquired on the phone about the promo Id seen on the website for $20 off an oil change and free tire rotation. The associate confirmed the deal and I asked if Id like to make an appointment on the phone right then, so I did. When I arrived for my appointment Saturday I was told by Michael that the $20 off promo can only be used if you schedule online. I explained that this contradicted the person who took my appointment and also showed him the that this was also not mentioned anywhere on the NTB website. I asked him to make an exception as I had already driven out of my way etc, and Michael rudely insisted there was nothing he could do for me period. I was pretty put off by his attitude that conveyed he didnt care at all whether I wanted to be an NTB customer. I would not recommend this business to anyone because not only did they not honor their own discount, but also because customer service and common courtesy are both non-existent, at least at the Cleveland TN location.

I must say what a pleasant surprise. Reasonable pricing and super courteous customer service! I will be back. So pleasant not to be constantly upsold unlike competitors in the area.

I have used this shop for years with many vehicles, both personal and business use. Recently, I went in for a quote on a set of four new tires. My vehicle has low profile sport tires so they had to be ordered. I was told five business days. A week later, I call back (no communication from the shop)... still the tires haven’t arrived. They told me they were delayed in shipping. With everything going on these days, I understood. I call back two more times and after two weeks, they finally arrived. When I called the last time, I made an appointment for the following day. When I arrive to my appointment 20 minutes early I am greeted by the staff and told it will be a while bc their computers are down and had to be restarted. After about five minutes I am finally helped. I told them I had an appointment and that my tires arrived yesterday. Then the salesman goes into the shop without a word, and never returned. After several minutes of no communication and the phone ringing off the hook. The other salesman returns and is on the computer and informs me he has bad news. One of my tires was sold and he doesn’t know who sold it. The point is, this location has very poor customer service and their communication skills are almost nonexistent. He politely informs me he can order one more tire or a new set of four but it will be 3-5 more days. I told him no thank you, I’ve waited long enough and this is the last time I will use NTB on my three vehicles. I will gladly pay more at a local competitor and even if I have to order tires from them, at least they know how to run a business and with great customer service and communication. The guy who checked me in shamed me for showing up early. Nobody was friendly at all. When my car was done, the same guy who was rude to me at the beginning casually said, “You know your car is done, right?” on his way to the bathroom. I think it had been done for several minutes at that point. Then, they tried to get me to buy tires I did not need. I only went here because I had a really good coupon. Extremely disappointed and will not go back.

We were traveling from Cincinnati and had an issue with the brake pad sensor after just having a brake service and was left stranded here in Cleveland, TN. NTB helped us out immediately and figured out that the sensor was not fully installed and was loose. They were very understanding and didn’t overcharge me for something that everyone else would have. Absolutely awesome team! Now we can drive safety without issues. I highly recommend them!

I came here the first time because it was conveniently located, and I keep coming back because of the crew. Fair pricing and exceptional communication; they will not try to sell you something you don’t need, and they will take the time to explain exactly what your options are and why. Went to pick up my car after an oil change, a few hours later I went to put windshield fluid in and I noticed my oil cap was missing, I could see where the oil had splashed up, and it was left at the front of the hood of my car, it could have ruined my whole engine, but luckily I just went home after the oil change. I had called and they weren’t helpful. I would not recommend going there for as simple as putting a cap back on it could have done some serious damage.

It is hard being female and getting your vehicle worked on. I took my truck in for a front end alignment at a popular place in Athens and was told I needed tie rod replaced. The estimate was about 250$. I took it to another place in Cleveland for a second opinion and was told I needed ball joints replaced and the estimate was almost 1000$. My brother recommend NTB. I took it there for front end alignment and did not mention the other two places. I received a front end alignment with a 6 month warranty. I was told upon asking that my tie rod and ball joints were good, which is what I thought all along. Finally great to find some honest people to do business with!

If you value your vehicle, DO NOT take it to the brand new NTB on Paul Huff Pkwy in Cleveland. I had a nail in the back passenger tire of my Jeep, so I took it there to have it patched. They said it would be about 30 minutes, so I decided to leave and meet a friend for dinner while I waited. When we returned, they were backing my Jeep out of the garage. Perfect timing! Well, as soon as they back it up, the guy driving decides to jump it at a couple standing in front of him and then slam on the brakes. He proceeded to gun it through the parking lot, around the corner, where he finally throws it in reverse and jams it into a parking space. Of course, Im sitting in the jeep behind him when all of this is taking place. I jump out, confront him in the parking lot and tell him he better have a manager waiting on me when I walk through the door. There was no manager there, but he gives me my keys and tells me theres no charge. I definitely wont be going back, except for tomorrow when I go to talk to the manager. Its ridiculous that your staff cant do their job and treat other peoples property with respect.

We popped a tire on a trip from MI to FL and no tire places around had a replacement tire for us. Cathy went above and beyond to help us! She placed the order for the tire at about 6:30 pm the night we had the flat and they had the new tire put on and we were back on the road by 11 am. Thank you so much! Would recommend to everyone!

Checked their website and found the tire I need listed for $167.99 per tire, called to order the tires and the price I was given was nearly $300. When I asked why the price is different they tell me the tire is no longer available? Sounds like bait and switch to me!

Horrible establishment, my family and I were broke down on the side of I75, i needed my spare tire mounted, they refused to do it because the tire was used, I ended up going to Walmart a few blocks down the road and they took care of me.

Paid for an oil change and tire rotation, on my first visit. Oil change went fine but they didnt rotate the tires. When asked about this they made up some BS about not being able to rotate the tires because one rear tire was significantly less worn than the other three. Suggesting that one was a replacement. They couldnt even tell that all four tires were exactly the same and relatively new. All of my tires are in good shape with similar wear. On 3/3/19 The guy up front told me he could give me Aspen tires that would be compatible with my Goodyear eagle..he said they was made by Cooper tires..so with that being said I chose those and bought 4 new tires..after I got home I looked and they arent Cooper tires..so I hope these Aspen tires are Are not as bad as the reviews of being loud and not a good choice...I know my hubcaps are plastic..but one is cracked now..and the guy that worked on my vehicle lollygagged..and slammed my hood down..I dont think I will be backUPDATE: I had to go back for a bubble on the side of a brand new tire..on 3/22/19..22 days after I bought them. The guy said it wasnt a bubble that it was because of my rim slightly bent..I told him the back one was bent worse and didnt do that..all 4 rims was bent when I bought this car a year ago and the other tires didnt bubble.this better not cause me to have an accident..and then the guy said he didnt know about supposed to replace my hubcap..I waited till they brought some...i wont be back

Gave one of my tires to someone else!!!! I ordered 4 Michelin tires and made an appointment on-line for installation. The person on the phone was very nice and confirmed the tires were at the warehouse and would be sent to Cleveland TN store. That was Tuesday, my appointment was for Friday afternoon. I went to the store for my appointment. The counter person pulled my car into the service bay then come out, checked the computer, then back into the service bay. After several long minutes, he came back and said they only had 3 tires. They had given one away as a warranty replacement for a road hazard. They did not have any more of these tires in stock and were not trying very hard to get more. They offered a couple of alternatives, Sumitomo and Continental. Note the same tire as the Michelins. Seams like they should have called me and let me know they no longer had my tires. I told them to pull my car down off the rack and I left. Very poor attitude on their part and they should have tried harder to find a suitable replacement. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know to use one of the local shops. National chains usually suck, this one certainly does.

We had an appointment set at 11 o’clock today for an oil change. At 1240, I went to ask how much longer it would be until our vehicle was ready. I was told that they were not even able to get to my vehicle yet. So almost two hours of my day was wasted sitting in a waiting area to have absolutely nothing done to my car. I told the guy at the desk to please pull my car around so I could take my car elsewhere. When this location first opened, the service they provided was 2nd to none especially for the prices they have. The last few times we’ve been here, the wait times have been getting longer and longer, and the service provided becomes more poor with each visit. They desperately need more help in the Bay Area and could use more people working the phones on the inside as well. May give this location one more chance because their prices are 2nd to none and because they used to do a good job. Gave two stars because the guy working the inside was super friendly and very apologetic. Hope they get back to what they once were.

I would give a better rating but they tried to put the tires that I wanted on the front on the back and I had to wait well they took them off the back and put them back on the front after I had already told them this from the beginning they tried to tell me my front wheel drive car had to have Traction in the rear end simply trying to sell me more tires its probably going to make me go somewhere else I hope in the future they think this through before they delay somebody who has a wheelchair

Okay if I could give it a no star I would.I had a appointment for 10:30 am, we arrived a little early because I had my children with me. I needed time to get out 2 infants and a 7yr old. So he takes my keys and said they would do my oil change ASAP. Even during the appointment time my car was never touched, driven into the shop for service or anything I wait a total of 27 mins and they still didn’t do my oil change. I was furious at this point because one of the customers that was still waiting for his car kept looking at my children because one was crying 😭 and he just kept looking at me and my children like they were from another planet. So to keep my 7 yr old from asking me why that man keeps looking at him angerly. I decided to leave after 35 mins I ask for my keys as I wait in the front I ask my sister to take my children to the car as I wait on my keys. He never gave them to me as I was waiting in the lobby he had my sister to walk over and get them while it’s raining as she is holding my infant son trying to keep the rain off of him. So at this point I will not ever attempt to use this company!! And then I receive a email from them saying they checked my tires and serviced my vehicle!! (When they never touched it)!! LORD these people. Then they send me emails for customers that did use them. So now I have emails for a man named (dale) I got 3 for him and 2 other emails for different people from this company! Obviously 🙄 they don’t know what the hell they be doing..

I went to NTB to got a diagnostic one day I was told it was 60$ by one guy. I slim white guy I cant remember his name but he said I needed a o2 censor and it would be cheaper if I replaced it myself. I appreciate his advice and he seemed pretty cool. But I replaced it and my car still was acting up.so I tried to take it back the follwing week to got a diagnostic another guy told me it was going to be 120$ plus the price of repair. Ijs thats preposterous

Called to get a price on 4 tires mounted and balanced. They were over $100.00 more than the other 10 shops I spoke with. The guy tried to make me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about. He didnt understand I probably know more about tires than him.

Had my wifes car there to get a tires rotated an front end alignment. Picked it up an had to take it back because it wasnt done right. So make sure the alignment is done right.

I had a coworker tell me that my rear lights were not working but when I turn my lights on they will work. So I drove to the NTB on the way home asking if they would check my fuses . Like, pop my hood and take a look at my fuses to see if anything is burnt. I got the old, yeah come inside and I can write you up a ticket. I worked 5 1/2 years in management in the automotive repair industry and let me translate what this means for you - if we can get them in the shop we can offer them a diagnostic which would range from $55-$100, then that will lead to sales, and they wont waste our time with the free stuff. I am no longer working in this industry, and I am fully capable of checking my own fuses. I stopped by to see if they would be helpful and welcoming and I will say this is not a great start for a place like Cleveland, Tennessee, which is a great town looking for a great automotive place to take your car to. Tire Discounters is coming, there are other places we can go. Sorry but NTB continues to live up to the mediocre reputation they have always had.

I called this place, and the man that answered the phone was so rude to me. I was asking about a tire, and then he asked me a question that I could not answer. The he says: apparently we can not see eye to eye and you need to take your business elsewhere. I thought wow all because I did it k ow the answer. This place needs to be closed down it should have never opened up it sucks. I cant imagine doing any business with the way these people talk to you on the phone or treat you in come there.

UPDATE. .. Lauren with costomer service has reached out to me and we have come to an agreement even though the management is off a bit at this location.. she has been very kind an understanding of my issue an it was resolved quickly..... I will try them again in the future but only after some time has passed or new management ................. worst experience Ive had in my 45 year had a complete brake job done drove home seemed a little sluggish an loud squeaking but I trusted them its normal less thanweek later front breaks lock up an almost catch fire finally bring it back they tell me bad calliper 277 more dollars on top of the already 500 they replaced front for free.. but said back was already bad .. that was after getting very agitated an argument with Id say the manager but this should of not happend things break I understand that but replaced front because they were at fault but not back I call bs...now I see this time they raised my hood to check break fluid I would assume.... they did not do that last time Im sitting here watching just like last time... they didnt check it I call bull crapp... plus get in a fight with your customer telling them there is no proof your front breaks were locked up well why are you changing the calliper an breaks on the front for free hmm I feel I just got ripped an lied to .it just so happens to be on same side as well ..just saying...and on top of that Im sitting here posting this review on a Friday losing time an money from work been here almost 2 hours now 3 an half hours last time .

Called for a price for a alignment and balance and rotation was told looking 129.00 out the door and then I get there they are all sitting on tires in the bay, pull in the guy prints out paper work then it shoots up 156.00 I question it and they tell me well we can drop it down I passed up a appointment with massengil tire locally owned because NTB told me a different price, so there for I have NTB do it because it had to be done. As the guy is pulling it In the chain is up and the other guys are telling him to come in pull in with the chain up to the point the chain is stretched on the front of my car, they all are laughing because they think its funny they Im in the lobby now waiting for the clowns to finish but if I see a scratch you will be hearing back from me, they are rude un-professional young punks and I will never give them my business again and DO NOT RECOMMEND You either *** just witnessed them throw my center cap across the bay and it hits the ground and hes laughing about it no wonder Im the only idiot her and have been for the past hour I want my damn money back !!!!*** alignment wasnt needed but my steering wheel isnt straight what ever that means just glad to be out of there (***=update)

I needed a nail pulled from tire and patched. They were fast and efficient. Used that tire on road trip that same day. That tire is still going.

They will rip you off! My fiancé came home crying because they told her she needed new tires for her brand new car as well as 2000 dollars worth of work. They were able to sell her the tires before I could tell her not to get them. Buyer beware!

Well came in around 2:00 pm not that busy at the time. Needing two belts replaced. Quoted me 150 buck. The young man working the front assured me he will get right to it, and it only take about 40 min. So I was like ok sure let’s get it done. Well 40 min. Turns into 2 hrs and 10min. I noticed a autozone guy come and make a delivery. So I’m sure that they brought my belts. So I was curious on how much my belts was from autozone. One belt was 27 and the second was 11 so that’s 38 bucks in parts but NTB charged me 73.00 in parts. I can understand a mark up price but not almost double of what I paid. I feel like the service is slow and I got ripped off. And after inspecting my belts I don’t even think they replaced one of them like I payed them to do. Any how I’m very disappointed in my experience and will no longer spend my money there.

I got my van towed here. My starter needed to be replaced. They told me that the cheapest starter they could get was 350 dollars, and it would be 512 dollars total. For a starter replacement. I bought the part myself for 76 dollars, and had another place install it for 100. I was told by Todd there was an upcharge for them to get the part, and that they make their money off of parts. I would go anywhere else, honestly.

Couldnt figure out how to get my car on the lift because its too low. Ive never had an issue and have been to plenty of tire shops. I was in a time crunch so I offered a few solutions Ive used at home if the jack was too high, all of which were met with a blank stare.

Went to get new battery for my wife’s car and they charged me 264 dollars. My mom got the same vehicle year and everything and charged her 170. Why 90 dollar difference. Won’t ever go back there again. Maybe to bring in receipt’s to show them.
