Fast, friendly, amazing communication what more could you ask for?

We have used ABC Automotive 3 times for our repair needs on our older car. First repair went fantastic, and I thought they had made a customer for life.Second repair was an oil change that ended up costing almost $90. We were not warned of the cost before the oil change was completed, but were told that they do normally try to warn people. I really believed it was a fluke thing.Third repair- I called yesterday to confirm that if they do the repair, the diagnostic fee is free. They said yes, so we had the car towed there. Imagine my disappointment this morning when the phone rang, and the repair is over $350 to replace a car battery. (Yes, part of that fee is the diagnostic fee.)Long story short- buyer beware. If it isn’t in writing, there’s a good chance it’ll change here.
