This company is disrespectful I don’t understand when ur a business u force a issue with a customer 1st I bought a alternator for my vehicle the alternator was defective the owner refund my money so I had to go spend more money on a another alternator that I really didn’t have because at some point there selling defective equipment I also bout a battery champion is the name in the bad battery I fill as a consumer they try to force there hand against u because who’s bout a battery and it goes out after the battery went out I called Detroit auto to get a refund they told that’s it’s basically electrical they can will not refund my money I fill that they now if the stuff is working or not to be able check these issuers when saleing defective products business like this acts like a$100.00 or more means something to them cause they don’t want to take a lost I fill as consumer if ur in type ov business to sell anything the company’s offering I fill it should be notated to the consumer if it is defective or not they don’t update nothing butt want to sell backed dated crypt I fill as a consumer that if a company is forcing ur hand agasint u and y are the customer which they know the customers always right they try to change that policy if a customer notice a sign in the company before u buy they I believe they would not get any business they failed the system busy forcing a customer hand agasint them knowingly that they know there saleing bad products I fill that the manager /owner protects there own so I fill whomever reads this would except the fact ov these money grubbers taking ur money and giving defective products these are what u call shisty businesss these shysters no the problem at hand I was told by the owner I can’t not get my funds back they can exchange it I said u know what that’s petty theft they know stuff is cheap butt they force a customer hands agasint them not to pay the refund the owner told myself it’s used battery’s so if it’s used why are they back out from what’s doing write I fill they think this is rite butt in reality it’s called stealing when the product is only a month or less old so my advice is make sure when buying anything ov this nature do ur homework before u buy or spend more money for used and defective crypt lieu this business makes sounds like it’s worth a high $ amount I believe there inflating prices on defective stuff so they can live above there means like kings and queens then there customer sales rep just as rude as the owner is crooked he want a issue I’ll be the one to give him a issue because I’m getting ready to reach out the couroarte office ov this used crypt there inflating prices these people are straight scums and scammers trucks are for kids not for grown folks who
