Fair priced and FAST retrieval. Found the motor we needed, and it was out and loaded on my truck before lunch. Had me on my way in no time. 2011 Mazda runs like new.Definitely will be my first call in the future!

Very nice used parts dealer. You approach the counter and ask about a part and they get it for you. You dont pull your own parts. Its mainly 2000s and up model vehicles. Very good customer service. So far in my experience their prices are competitive!

Great customer service good deals on parts

I cannot say this enough, this place has saved me time and money SO many times. I dont make alot of money, so I usually buy used parts for my cars. Ballards Auto Parts carries a wide range of parts for many different vehicles, and their prices are very reasonable. They even have a website you can check to see if they have what you need and the price before you call. Very handy. They even offer a limited warranty on the parts they sell. Thats more than I can say for some places I have went. Highly recommended for all you do it yourself people that cant afford those high new price tags.

Do not go to Ballard Auto Parts!You will find better service and prices from any other salvage yard in TN or North GA. I deal in cars and need parts constantly. I dont mind paying a fair price or even a little more for quick service. Ballard offers neither! Go to Chattanooga Valley Salvage or any other salvage yard. Keep away Keep away Keep away. In this economy every penny counts and so does service when you have multiple places to shop.
