Best hospital too bring your precious Vehicle if it got hit by another vehicle, Champion will perform Surgery or whatever wrong w/ the body of your vehicle. My SUV got hit while parked on the Street, & someone come passed & hit it, I took it to Champion & they fixed whatever was damaged on it,,pefect place to go.

Excalibur is the Best Auto body shop there is period. I was rear ended and they fixed my car and added a lip spoiler. As a surprise. Just got rear-ended again by a texter! They are working on my car now and found me another even better spoiler I wanted but couldnt afford ! I sent my boss there to have his car fixed when he hit a deer and Ive still got my job. Car rental place enterprise is right inside the same building; so you can leave with a vehicle when you drop yours off. They follow all covid-19 protocols to keep you safe! Your car will look like the day you test drove it to buy it. For real.

Done a great job

I was happy with the work they did to my truck,but when I went to pick it up there was metal shavings and grease all over the interior....I spoke to the rep and she told me to bring it back and they vacuumed it out but didnt get under the seats.

They were extremely professional, friendly and they did great body work on my vehicle. They also noticed several other issues with my vehicle, called and notified me, and asked if I would like them to address them as well. I would definitely go back. Thank you!

They did a FANTASTIC JOB repairing my car.

Conned me out of $5000. Told me to sign a paper allowing them to appraise my car. The paper gave them the right to repair it. They put $5500 into an 8 year old car with 200,000 miles on it. When I questioned them, I was fed some scripted response like they do this every single day. Also broke 2 x tennis racquets during the appraisal by setting 100lb boxes on them. They didn’t see the problem with that either. They were unwilling to purchase the repaired car for the price of the repairs even though they deemed it “not totaled” prior to fixing it. I could’ve had $5500 towards a replacement car. They knew this and did what they did anyway.

I couldnt be happier with the work Excalibur did for me. I had an insurance claim as my car was broken into and I needed a new window and some repairs to a door. They contacted me within minutes of filing the insurance claim and were ready for me. Every person who I spoke with on the phone and interacted with couldnt have been friendlier and more positive. They provided me with detailed information and seemed genuinely sympathetic to the issue at hand. When the work was finished, I picked it up 3 minute before closing and they were just as friendly and kind. The car looks BRAND New. Couldnt be happier and cant recommend them enough!

After a deer ran into my car I took my car here. Thoroughly went over every dent and ding. Took pictures! When I picked up my car they missed a dent. I brought it to their attention and the manager said it wasn’t from the deer strike. It clearly was! When I asked what he was going to do about it he said it would cost me hundreds more. I was so mad I walked away before I said something to escalate the issue.During my initial estimate I asked about a couple of other dings on my car that were unrelated.I believe he quoted me about 500.00.The interesting thing is I had someone from a dent repair shop not only repair the dent he missed but the other quote as well. The repair shop perfectly repaired almost all the dings on my car for a little over 200.00.The deer dent took 5 minutes to repair.Why would a business owner be so thoughtless.I would never ever recommend or return to this place.Beware !I would give it negative stars if I could!

I use geico insurance excalibur auto is the shop they send me toI have had a bad experience with both my auto repairsI had to take my tahoe back, they put a front end on it kept coming a loose. They didnt replace washer fluid tank until I spoke on it.Next my f-150 they day I picked up on the way home had no oil in it ?Ive never had a problem and I regularly change oilBut it was empty not even reading on stick

From the moment I walked in I was treated like royalty! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and was initially told I would be able to pick it up concluding the repairs on the following Tuesday. To my surprise, they called me on Friday (JUST 2 DAYS LATER) of the same week to come pick up my car. The work was perfect and had my car looking brand new after a hit and skip in Tremont. Upon arrival was greeted in a very friendly manner and introduced to the shop manager. The process of repairs to my vehicle were explained to me in detail and updated on a regular basis. Vehicle was completed in a very reasonable time and my vehicle was delivered as if it left a detail shop. Very impressed overall with the service i received and the repairs completed on my vehicle.

Got my truck back and I’m very disappointed my remote start doesn’t work anymore the used a lot of old parts that the insurance company paid to replace with new parts. One of my tires was damaged in the accident they replaced it with a different tire now I got 1 different tire from the other 3 tires so it shakes on the highway when I go about 70.They gave me my truck back dirty I could tell that it was painted. My truck look worse then when I took it there then when I got it back. It rides different I would not recommend this shop to anyone

Great repair shop body repair experiences

I’m not sure why there’s any negative reviews,I hit a deer around midnight last Tuesday,Did nearly $2500 dollars worth of damage to my vehicle,I filed my claim with my insurance company around 3 AM, by 4AM Excalibur had already reserved me a rental car and an appointment at 8:30 am the same day to take my vehicle in.They had it finished by Friday morning,Had to have a section of my vehicle repainted due to damage, and they even sent me home with an entire bottle of touch up paint, with no charge.I could not have asked for a better experience,The staff was very kind, The shop manager walked me through everything that was damaged on my vehicle, and explained all the repairs thoroughly. I’ve never written a review on any business in my 20 years of life,But absolutely had to for this. Thank you Excalibur!

My last car was stolen and had quite a bit of damage. When I picked up my car it looked Brand New! I found this shop because they are a Geico shop but they did very good work. My new car is there because of an accident. I insisted on them.

Excellent fast service with the most smiles they are thorough and wanting to help youj get through everything you can, they even have complimentary coffee hot cocoa and even air fresheners, I got my car back in 3 days and it was in perfect condition, I couldnt have asked for more it was pleasant all around

None of my cars will ever see the inside of this shop again. Quality of work is questionable. They blame the insurance company the insurance company blamed them. Just a mess the car was released to me covered in (shop) dust.The dust was even on the inside of the car because they had to replaced the windshield. It was towed from there to Central Cadillac. Where it received the proper repairs and returned to me cleaned inside and out and completely detailed. The tires and wheels were even clean and had dressing put on them. NEVER EVER again. I dont care what Geico promises none of my cars will be in that shop !!

Blatantly lied costing me $5000. Broke things inside the car worth $400. Car has run terrible since I got it back and they dont return phone calls. Even if your insurance wants to use this shop....dont. Thats how I got roped in and ripped off.

Office staff was warm and welcoming. Very thorough and explained in understandable terms.

I would totally go somewhere else they left things unfinished on my vehical. Only good thing was the receptionist at the front desk due to her customerservice.

Went to get an estimate and was quoted $3300.. Found another shop to do the work for $350.. HUGE difference, they put things in the estimate that didnt even need replaced. Definitely felt like they were just out for money and not customer service

Great people great service and Im hard to please.

This place ripped the hell off of my boyfriend, called him for a job told him to come in for an interview me called an hour later and said he found someone else when he had said weeks ago he was promised a job. Wouldnt take any of my vehicles to these shady people, they just use you, upcharge you, and dont care about anyone but themselves and their profit.
