Told me to sign form to get them to be able to appraise my damaged car. This form also gave them the right to repair my totaled car which they did. Every response I received was like they rehearsed this. So they took $5500 I could’ve put towards a new car and repaired my totaled car with 180k miles on it. Also broke 2 tennis racquets worth $200 each in the process and denied fault. Worst business I’ve ever worked with.

Ive used this shop more than I want to remember. Eddie, Henry and Michael are always helpful, knowledgeable, fair and honest. As one might expect from such a great bunch of people, Excaliber Auto Body-Cleveland does great work too. I recommend them whenever I have the opportunity.

The work they did was great, but I had a lot of extra miles on my G35 ? I think they took it for a nice fast test drive !
