I traded my Acura for Lexus Rx 350. They gave me the $25k I wanted for my trade six years ago.Yes, I would use them again for another purchase.However, I am really looking for a four door sedan convertible. I’m narrowing my search to Lexus, Toyota, and Crown Hyundai. Low mileage is more important to me than the year of the vehicle. I would want to buy a certified vehicle.

My tire light was on for the second time this week and I asked them to investigate…..turned out to be A very minor issue which they fixed on the house. Shelly the service advisor was very helpful and helped me gratis…..great service from Lexus. I can recommend their service department.
Went to get a new battery for our car. They have everything from ease of making service appointments to a very relaxing environment to wait. Complimentary water, soda, snacks and the facilities were very clean and maintained.We were especially pleased with Anik! He was patient with me and all my questions regarding new and upcoming Lexus vehicles. Very professional and knowledgeable!Price was great and they wash the car after work is done. Had an oil change performed on my car with a new air filter. I was told that I needed over $3200 in repairs so I got a 2nd opinion from another local shop. My car was not even in the bay for 5 minutes when the technician came in and wanted to show me something. You guys completely forgot to attach the air box lid and vacuum hose after replacing the filter. And for the $3200 you were trying extort from me the car only needed a new timing belt, the struts had no signs of leaking that was stated. The 2nd opinion shop provided me with pictures and showed me what was really wrong with my car.

This is normally my “Go-To” location because service is always on point and timely, but my normal service tech was not there and it showed! I was told my service should take no longer than 2.5 hrs when the appointment was made and I was there for 4 hours for an oil change and tires. I had a very important appointment that day that I had to reschedule. Because I had to now rush to get back to my office 45 minutes away, they hadn’t completed the courtesy clean on my car, no explanation of the warranty information - signed the bill and I was out the door. Just wasn’t too happy at all. I gave a 4 instead of a 2 because my normal service tech, Alex would have never let this happen and she’s awesome.
The staff is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile they make you feel special and listen your needs I can wait to get my next car from there we will be back for sure what a great car buying experience

He made our experience pleasant and easy. He took his time and listen to our needs and with that being said he found us a Vehicle that meets our needs. He was Honest, Kind and just so pleasant to do business with. He also called us to make sure all was well with us. The Lexus dealership in Clearwater has gone above & beyond. They first picked up my car from my home for service. They left me a loaner at no charge. The car had some warranty work, so I kept the loaner longer. They delivered my repaired car back to me. I had a check engine light the week after. Again they put me in a loaner until my car could be checked & reset. I have compared prices with 3rd party “discount “ providers that do not offer the service and value the dealership offers.

My husband and I recently leased a Lexus RX 350 2WD from Lexus of Clearwater. Mr. Eduardo Hernandez was the incredibly patient and competent salesperson who took us through the process and had the patience to show us the best options for us. He speaks Spanish so that made it an even more pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating in every way. And when it came down to choosing between the car from the Lexus dealership and another car We had found elsewhere, it was our experience with Mr. Hernandez that led us to choose the car at Lexus of Clearwater.
The worst service I’ve encountered at a dealership no less Lexus Dealer. From waiting to receive my loaner to getting called back. I had to call numerous times to find out the status of my vehicle. I was told my consultant was on vacation and was forwarded to 3 different people. My car was dropped off on a Tuesday I finally received a call Monday night. Car is still not fixed correctly. I will be driving to Wesley chapel Lexus from now on and will be giving them the deposit on the new IS500 as well.
Overall, excellent experience. This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had in my 45 years of life. This staff was beyond impressive. My salesperson was Eduardo and by far is the best. The finance manager Josh, is a one of a kind. Josh was able to work his magic and place me in a car of my choice at the price I wanted. The crew as a whole was remarkable. We couldnt be happier with our experience at Lexus of Clearwater. We had an excellent salesman Steve M. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very laid back. He made the experience of buying a car extremely pleasant and not forced. The weather was horrible the day we came in for a test drive. Steve ran out onto the lot to grab the car and pull it in the dry dock area for us. He walked us through all of the amenities of the car and we were very impressed! Jerome was also very helpful in actually getting us the car we wanted (it happened to be located at another dealership in Tampa). We very much appreciate him going to bat for us and tracking down our dream car. He worked with his GM and they had the car delivered to us the very next day. Paperwork was painless and the car was spotless/gorgeous when we picked it up (I didnt want to drive it it was so pretty!). I have never been to a dealership that was so considerate and helpful and took care of all my needs. Joseph my service writer at Lexus of Clearwater took complete charge and took care of a problem that my warranty was not able to help me with. He did that because he wanted me to be completely satisfied with the service from Lexus of clearwater. By the way I have never owned a used Lexus I am finding they are wonderful vehicles.

Two last times our experience at the Lexus of Clearwater specifically for service was horrible. About a month ago or so we brought our Lexus ant wait 3!!!! hours just to wash a car!!! Than no one cannot find where our car is. Service representatives were not even trying to help only one person (dont remember his name) was trying to find where is our car. He find our car parked up front of the entrance with the keys inside. Not acceptable service. Than we were looking to purchase one more car and brought our bad experience to the management. So, recently just had a regular service and NOTHING CHANGED. My husband was waiting 2!!!hours and the same thing no one doesnt know where was our Lexus. Is that seriously Luxury cars dealership?! Plus, person tried to sell in addition 2 tires because according the diagnostic 2 or the tires need to be replaced. Why? The tires had 2 nails and couldnt be fixed just replaced the estimation of $730. We declined this service and decided to check at the Tires place, who simply diagnofor us, took these nails out, checked everything and everything was fine, we dont have to replace any tires. The Tires place has not charged us a single penny for it. What is that going on with the Service Department at the Lexus of Clearwater. Sorry, but it is not Acceptable customer service. Very disappointed. P.S. Cannot complain about the sales person Steve-he is always great and we referral several people to him, but please pay more attention to your service department it is terrible.

Eric my service advisor at Lexus got me in that day and serviced my Lexus put a new battery in and had me out of there by noon so I could go on with my day. The service at Lexus of Clearwater has always been impeccable and I attribute that to Eric and the great staff. Would not buy a Lexus anywhere else.

I phoned the service department and asked about an oil change. I was told we can get you in the afternoon it looks open So I drove 45 minutes to get there only to be told that it’s a three hour wait for an oil change I highly suggest you do not use this dealership for anything

Six month service on our new IS300 went very smoothly. Appointment made with the service consultant of our choice at at a time and date of my choice. Checked in on time and given a time of two hours to complete, and work was completed just as stated. Additional request to change default start up settings also completed just as requested.Lexus of Clearwater also provides a great waiting area, with a spacious lounge for watching TV or an area for quiet working, and with guest wi-fi.Overall, a good service visit.

As I reviewed the results of my recent service with Eric, my service coordinator, I remembered a small piece that had fallen off some months in the past and went out to the car to get it. Neither of us knew what it did, but Eric had the car put back on the lift and the service tech figured it out, reinstalled it, and I got on my way with mystery part safely back in place. An example of the extra steps these folks take to make sure all is well.

Brought in for a fuel pump recall. New service area is much larger now. Nice and clean open space where you can see your customer service reps. In and out quick with a loaner. Gave me a full tank of gas. Kevin my service rep is professional and personable. He does a great job.

Lexus of Clearwater has the best service technicians. We recently dealt with Michelle. She was awesome. She realized that the dashboard on our Lexus was due for a factory recall that needed to be done asap and before the recalls expiration date. She quickly set up our appointment and scheduled a loaner for us. The Lexus factory didnt work as expeditiously as Michelle and our appointment date kept getting pushed back and delayed, but Michelle contacted me right away every time the factory pushed back the delivery of the dashboard. Michelle was awesome and the service team at Lexus of Clearwater was equally great! Thank you Michelle and all the service techs at Lexus of Clearwater. I will now request that Michelle be my service rep.
In my hunt for a new vehicle, I decided to try out Lexus of Clearwater due to the recommendations from relatives. I am glad I did! This is a first for me and the Lexus brand.
